Where do I even start? Jamie, who does the scheduling and negotiations for the hall is UNREACHABLE. Call her, email her, it doesn't matter. She won’t return your calls or emails. At least, she never made an effort to communicate with me or my now wife. So take that for what it is. Don’t you DARE go over your contracted time under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. One of the hall managers will show up and verbally assault your guests, threaten to call the cops if you don’t leave immediately because “that’s the contract”. Ya know, instead of being reasonable and understanding that we started late, and are unfortunately running late. Any other charges would be understandable and can be talked about. But no, fighting with my guests and threatening to call the cops is the way to go there. Again, if you’re planning your wedding and you’re okay with risking any of this; by all means schedule your reception with them. The servers they have; which by the way you MUST use theirs; are rude. Don’t have a minimum dress standard!? So like expect shorts and hoodies. Like they’re at a frat house. Not a WEDDING RECEPTION. Expect one of the servers to be constantly working in her homework and not focusing on, or attending to your guests. By the way; also stealing your liquor. Yea, she kept topping off her Dunkin cup with our liquor while in the job. And both of them were constantly rude to all of our guests. So yea, if you don’t mind any of these things definitely have your event or wedding reception here. However; I can’t recommend or suggest it. And I hope you find a better option than these fools.
