Wow! Warren Conference Center & Inn exceded all of our expectations on our wedding day. We had the pleasure of working with Jenny throughout the entire process and she was extremely responsive to all of our questions and requests. On the day of the wedding, Jenny and the entire Warren staff were constantly catering to our every need to ensure a smooth and incredible experience. We cannot thank them enough! The venue is absolutely stunning and made for amazing pictures on our wedding day. Warren was perfect for accomodating our out-of-town guests and bridal parties who were able to book their stay at the Inn. Not to mention our guests continue to rave about the food at our wedding, it was fantastic!! The venue itself was perfect, with the inn so close our whole family was able to stay. Absolutely recommend this venue to everyone who wants both indoor and outdoor wedding!

Book this venue!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Everything from the planning, communication and wedding day was easy and amazing. Our wedding day was so much more than what we could have imagined. Ashley the event coordinator was an actual artist when it came to setting up our decorations and was so responsive, professional and sweet throughout the entire planning process. We got so many compliments regarding the venue and decorations. It’s so perfect for a quiet, simple reception but also absolutely beautiful as well as a FUN time. The food was so good - and we are FOODIES we still talk about the apps and the bartenders were quick clean and professional. I would highly, highly recommend this venue!

We had our wedding reception at the Warren Conference Center and Inn on September 19, 2021; words cannot express how glad we were to have chosen this venue! Ashley was fantastic to work with. She was friendly, honest, and prompt with responses to any queries we had. Even when we decided to push our wedding back a few months due to COVID, (our original date was in May 2021) Ashley was very supportive, helping us find a new date. Our reception was inside the Hayden Lodge. Ashley and her team did an amazing job decorating; the room was stunning! Our guests were very impressed and raved about the food! We also decided to have a fire pit outside the reception area for guests to relax and make s'mores (those were our wedding favors), a nice touch to an amazing night. The vendors we chose from the Warren's preferred list were all a joy to work with, plenty of options. The grounds were beautiful; plenty of photo opportunities for some really great shots! To sum it up, if you are in the process of looking for a venue, I would highly recommend The Warren Conference Center and Inn. You will not be disappointed!

We got married at the Warren Conference Center on September 4th and are completely overjoyed! We worked closely with Kim over the past few weeks before our wedding day and she was amazing! The venue is beautiful and intimate and are generally willing to work with your requests. Kim and her staff took our decor directions and ideas and made the venue look amazing. We did not go hungry or without drink in hand. The inn is adorable and the cabins are so fun! We booked two cabins for both Friday and Saturday. They offer a complimentary room in a small inn on site which was quaint and cozy. If you are a former Framingham State Student you should certainly look into this venue as they are affiliated. FSU Alumni or not you will not regret choosing this venue. We highly recommend!

There are not enough words to say how exceptional how Ashley and her team were during this crazy process. Due to all the new and constantly changing restrictions-we were adapting up until the final day, and Ashley was optimistic and helpful every step of the way. They did everything in their power to give us a safe wedding that turned out to be an absolute blast. I am sure my friends and family will be talking about it for years to come. They put up a tent outside since we couldn't be inside, had fire pits and yard games instead of a dance floor. Perfectly socially distanced tables and chairs-yet as one of my friends said "the most normal happy night in 4 months" 20/10 you should book with them!!

We had our wedding at the Warren Conference Center 2 weeks ago and it was absolutely perfect. Ashley worked with us for over a year to help us create our dream wedding and we couldn't have asked for a better day. Even down to a few hours before the ceremony, we were in contact about the details and there was a solid backup plan in place in the event of inclement weather. Our family and friends had wonderful things to say about the venue as well as the inn where many of them stayed. Warren is a beautiful backdrop for a wedding and allows couples to have a wide variety of places for photos including a hidden beach! The food and drinks were all very good and catered to dietary restrictions. I would recommend Warren to anyone looking for a unique, picturesque wedding venue!

We got married here in October and it was amazing! Ashley was so great to work with from the very beginning. Day of she made my day! I thought we would have to move the ceremony undercover because it had rained all morning and we thought everything would be too wet. About 2 hours before the ceremony began the rain had stopped and since Ashley knew how much we wanted an outdoor ceremony she made it happen. They had go reset up and dry the chairs, but they pulled it off! I could not thank her enough for allowing us to have our dream ceremony. On top of that everyone loved the food, the grounds are beautiful for pictures, and having the inn on site was great!

We loved having our wedding at the Warren Center. From the day we decided to have it there up until the big day, Ashley was super helpful. The venue was beautiful and they did an amazing job setting up our decorations. The grounds were great - lots of places to take pictures and there’s a nice little reservoir you can go down to as well. Having the inn and the cabins on site was clutch - you don’t have to worry about transportation for your guests. The food was awesome, too! Overall, we’re so happy we had our wedding here and would definitely recommend it (especially if budget is a concern, like ours was).

My daughter was married at Warren this past July. We live out of town so I had to completely rely on Ashley to take care of everything. Ashley assured me that I should rely on her to attend to every detail and she did. She is an extraordinary event planner. She is creative, talented and extremely organized. I followed her suggestions and the Wedding was perfect. We had guests in most of the rooms so we were able to use the lobby for late evening songs and music. We had the Welcome dinner at Warren on Friday night and it was perfect. Saturday we set up games and brought in Kayaks from Waypoint Adventure in Boston. We utilized the beach as well as the lawn for a unique and fun way to spend the day. The groom and bride’s family and friends really got to know each other which is what my daughter truly wanted to happen. A lovely continental breakfast is served daily. The wedding went off perfectly. Ashley coordinated with the florist, Frugal Flower and with Whole Foods who did the cake. The food at the wedding was superb! The grounds are beautiful. Most importantly, every person who works there is part of an amazing team who truly cater to their guests. I wholeheartedly recommend Warren but especially Ashley who is an absolute treasure. The cost was way less than if we had been in Boston proper yet it was close enough if people wanted to sightsee. Call Ashley and take her advice on any issue. She is terrific and really knows how to create a memorable event.

Warren Conference Center was the perfect venue for our July wedding. I would especially recommend this venue if you are looking for an outdoor feel with indoor amenities (we were able to take great outdoor photos while our guests enjoyed the AC). Our wedding had a good amount of children and the center provided plenty of space for them to run around and enjoy themselves without disrupting the rest of the guests. Ashley is an awesome wedding coordinator. Throughout the whole process she was always responsive, patient, and very willing to accommodate any specific requests we had (something that you may not find at other venues.) As an added bonus- she handled our groomsmen's inappropriate jokes flawlessly.

The Warren Inn was the perfect venue for our reception. From the moment we met Ashley to the day of the wedding, everything was just perfect and stress-free. The grounds are beautiful and everyone there is very helpful and pleasant. The food was amazing and Ashley was so easy to work with. I highly recommend!!

The Warren Center was a perfect location to host our July 2017 wedding. We loved the indoor and outdoor event space, and having lodging on-site was a big plus for us and our guests.  Ashley and the rest of the staff were wonderful and gracious, and met every expectation we could have had from planning and logistics to friendliness and professionalism. The food was awesome and they even sourced a great bottle of rose for our summer wedding. Everyone had a great time. The photos we took on site were beautiful and it really was the best day ever thanks in huge part to The Warren Center. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone!

The Warren Center Conference & Inn helped us to create the MOST AMAZING wedding! My husband and I cannot say enough words on how great it was to work with Ashley and the Warren Center! From the moment that we booked our venue Ashley was there every step of the way to help us in the planning process. As crazy as wedding planning can be, Ashley made the process a breeze! On your wedding day you shouldn't have to worry about anything, and that is just what happened. We knew that Ashley and her team had everything under control, and honestly our wedding was perfect because of all her hard work! Our guests could not stop raving about the delicious food, drinks, beautiful landscape and venue space. There was plenty of dance floor space, the drinks were flowing and the staff was able to promptly take care of any small problems with an easy fix. One of the reasons we booked the Warren Center was because our bridal party and guests could stay on site. The inn rooms were very clean and comfy and the cabins were perfect for our larger groups! We will definitely be back for a weekend in the future, and hope to attend another wedding here. If you decide to book the Warren Center for your wedding, you will not be disappointed!

I recently had my wedding at the Warren in August of 2017. It is a perfect location for a wedding with ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and lodging sites on the grounds and provides several beautiful backdrops for photos. There are also many activities that your guests can enjoy during their stay, such as hiking trails and swimming in the Ashland reservoir. It’s so convenient to have everything in the same vicinity. There are also some really good restaurants close by in Ashland, Sherborn, or Natick, should you or your guests want to get food elsewhere. Ashley was our wedding coordinator, and she was amazing! So friendly, organized, and dealt with everything with a smile. She helps make the wedding planning process easier by responding to emails promptly and completely, and she makes the wedding day less nerve-wracking by cracking some jokes and being on top of everything so you don’t have to worry about a thing. The day went perfectly thanks to her! I would highly recommend the Warren Conference Center & Inn to others for their wedding!

We had our reception here in June 2017 - everything was perfect!! Ashley was very helpful throughout the process & made sure we thought of every last detail!! This spot has an amazing mix of indoor & outdoot space. Weather pending, there is plenty of gorgeous outdoor space for the cocktail hour, photos & taking a break from the dance floor!! Loved that the guests could walk back to their lodging!!!

There are not enough wonderful things I could say about The Warren Conference Center & Inn. This was the PERFECT wedding venue for what we wanted. We were able to have our ceremony, rehearsal and hotel all in one place. We had an amazing weekend and loved having everyone close by. This place is a well-oiled machine, and our day would NOT have gone so smoothly without the help of Ashley. She was incredible to work with. Answered all of my (stupid) questions, and was so accommodating. We had SO many compliments from our guests about the venue and especially the food (which was amazing). I would pick this place again in a heartbeat.

I am so glad we went with the Warren Conference Center for our wedding this past weekend! From the start, we worked with Ashley S who was amazingly responsive and so easy to work with. She made sure we had everything we needed so that I felt incredibly prepared and had nothing to worry about on the day of the wedding! The day before the wedding (rehearsal) was wet and rainy, but we lucked out with weather on the day of the ceremony and the grounds were lush and beautiful on the day of (and freshly mowed!). The bridal party was able to get ready in the Northern Lodge, which was perfect! We had our ceremony on the back lawn, cocktail hour under the awning and reception in the Hayden Lodge. Immediately after the ceremony, we were able to hop onto a golf cart and Ashley took us down to the water so we could get some waterfront photos and have a little privacy to enjoy the first few moments of being officially married! Everything was decorated beautifully and we got so many compliments from guests about the grounds, the food and drinks! It was an incredible weekend and I couldn't be happier. Thanks to all the staff at the Warren Center (especially Ashley) for making our wedding the most perfect weekend!

We had such a great experience with the Warren Conference Center from start to finish. From Day One, Ashley S. was so helpful and walked us through every part of the process. The Wedding reception went so well and we loved the way Ashley prepared the room for all of our guests. The food was delicious and our guests thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend the Filet! We had a crowd of 175 and felt that it was a perfect size for us. It was great to have our guests stay on site and the cabins were perfect for the groups that came to our wedding. Would definitely recommend the Warren!

Food was amazing. Ashley and Kim helped customize our weekend to be exactly what we wanted! They also made sure everything went smoothly so that we didn't have to worry. The staff was wonderful to work with. The location is beautiful. The only reason we are giving four stars instead of five is that we had some difficulties with the front desk at the Inn. Other than that, everything was perfect!

I could not be happier with our decision to have our wedding at the Warren Conference Center. It was absolutely perfect, reasonably priced, and Ashley was an outstanding wedding coordinator to work with. We got married September 25th and the weather and scenery were absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this venue!

The facility is beautiful. We used not only the conference center but the Inn as well. There were a few minor bumps in the road but nothing major. We loved working with Ashley, she is amazing and we can't say enough kind things about her. If we had to do all over again we would go with Ashley every time.

All my guests had nothing but nice things to say about the grounds and the inn. The food and service were great. Ashley was phenomenal and very patient with all the last minute changes we had to make to our final count and table arrangements. Looking forward to going back for a friend's wedding reception in the fall!

Beautiful venue, wonderful staff, delicious food, we can't say enough about this place! It is truly a hidden gem in central MA. Ashley (our wedding coordinator) helped with every detail and was very supportive throughout our planning process. The inn onsite was a fantastic cozy place for our guests to stay. We had a beautiful ceremony and reception here!!

Beautiful place but could use better upkeep. Very disorganized and rude staff. Literally did not get what was in the package contract.

There are not enough positive things to say about the Warren Conference Center and all the staff!! I just had my wedding there 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier with how things turned out! We began planning our wedding over a year and a half ago and when our original coordinator left her position, we thought things might fall through the cracks and that planning might become tricky. Not so! Ashley S. took over as our event manager and was amazing!! Ashley not only answered every email promptly (and believe me, I sent her a lot of emails over the course of 15 months!), but she also took the time to answer every question I had, no matter how insignificant it seemed. During the entire planning process, Ashley helped me to figure out the logistics and all the moving pieces to make our wedding weekend flow seamlessly. When things seemed to get hectic the week before the wedding, Ashley assured me that she had done this many times and that things would work out - and they definitely did! We had our rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding at the Warren Center and that was the BEST decision about the wedding we made - it was so easy and convenient to have all our friends and family check into their rooms (or for the bridal party, the super-fun cabin!) and then be done traveling for the whole weekend! I had a specific vision for our wedding and had lots of little details I wanted incorporated into the design - Ashley not only executed my ideas, but did so in a way that was so much better than anything I had imagined! Everything from the ceremony set up to the centerpieces and the donut "cake" that she somehow managed to create for us - it was ridiculously amazing! The food at both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding itself was delicious and plentiful and we received many compliments on the "unique" menus. Ashley and Judy the catering manager on site made sure my husband and I both had plenty of time to eat as well as plenty of food! I never had an empty glass in my hand! I can't thank them enough for ensuring that we were fed and happy all night! If you're looking for a wedding venue that offers everything in one location - rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, lodging - along with a beautiful location, amazing value, great food and the most friendly and helpful staff, then the Warren Center is it!

We held both our May 2015 wedding ceremony and reception at The Warren Conference Center and it was better than I could have imagined! Not only was the planning process a breeze, the food was amazing and the whole afternoon and evening flowed perfectly. About half of our guests also stayed at the Hotel and everyone raved how convenient and beautiful the whole property was. I would highly recommend The Warren Conference Center. They made me feel like a bride instead of a quota.

We got married here at the beginning of October. We thought our wedding would be nice, but the the Warren Center exceeded all of our expectations. When searching for the perfect venue, this was 4th on my list to see. After visiting the other 3 that I was so sure of, I was bummed out because they were not what I expected. We almost decided to skip the Warren Conference Center because I didn't expect it to be anything special. From the minute we walked in, I knew it was the place! The venue is really beautiful even in the rain. 4 months later and people are still talking about how awesome of a place it was! The accommodations are great, you literally walk across the lawn after the reception is over and you're in the hotel. They offer a continental breakfast that really goes above and beyond. The cabins are fantastic for after parties! Our wedding planner Ashley was very responsive and great to work with! I had a total vision and therefore had a lot of extra requests and decoration and Ashley and her staff did everything how I asked probably even better. It was literally exactly what I envisioned when I thought of our wedding and it was absolutely perfect.

I was planning our wedding from across the country which made coordinating a little difficult. I worked with Lynn from the Warren Center via email. I probably sent her emails weekly asking about the different packages and ways to enhance the reception. I knew after going on a tour of the Warren Center that I wanted to use it for our reception. The price was within the budget and a great value for what they offered. The food was really great and the wait staff was fabulous, so professional. The night of the reception Lynn wasn't able to be there due to a family situation. We planned for this and during the last two weeks Lynn arrange for me to meet with the staff that would be helping out the day of. This is where my frustration lies and an otherwise 5 star rating. Not because Lynn wasn't there but because the staff in her place was very out of touch of what I had planned out for the evening. Of course as the bride and planning the wedding for the previous year I am going to be the one to notice these things and probably no one else. To the rescue was Ashley, she was in charge of the wait staff but completely took over and made sure things happened as smoothly as possible. She had to ask me a ton of questions throughout the night on timing but she really did make the difference for me. My family commented on how pleasant she was and available. I do think our situation was "situational". I know another couple that used this venue and had a wonderful time. Our family and friends did have a wonderful time, as did we. I would have preferred events not feel so rushed in the beginning but if we had to do it over again, I'd use the Warren Center. On a side note, they prepared food for the bridal party during cocktail hour and they just kept bringing it out. I was so delighted that the bridal party was able to enjoy the tasting of cocktail hour as well.

Warren Conference Center was an amazing find. It was perfect for my camping themed wedding. Kim and Erika were amazing coordinators, and helped our big day go off without any major hiccups. Whenever we needed anything, they were there for us. They were very accommodating to our needs. The food was great, the atmosphere was great and the staff was great. And all for a very reasonable price!

If you are looking to have a great venue that won't cost you a fortune I highly recommend the warren center. My contact there was Erika, she's the catering manager, and she was amazingly helpful about EVERYTHING (even being on maternity leave she was helpful!) And when my wedding count exploded from 150 to 180, and back to 160, she said all the right things and gave me the advice I really needed to hear. The center itself is clean, well organized, and has all the right stuff for a great wedding: outdoor lawn space, a patio, a balcony inside AND outside, a second patio with arbors and seating, there's even a beach a little ways down the path for pictures. With an Inn/Hotel on site, and cabins that hold up to 12 people, it was a great way to have the convenience of a hotel without having your wedding in a hotel. They have a tasting in February, which I wasn't impressed with, the food and service itself were pretty lacking. However, the food at the wedding was a hundred times better, and I got plenty of compliments. The groom cleared his plate! I didn't get to try too many appetizers, but I heard they were delicious. The day of I was assisted by Courtney and Ashley, and they were perfect. I didn't hear about any problems all night, they took care of everything before it was an issue. They made sure Pete and I had food and drinks, and even carted me around in a golf cart for pictures on site. My wedding was a blast, and i'm so happy that I chose the Warren Center. Thanks guys!

I loved my wedding venue from the moment I saw it, and I loved it even more when we had our food tasting and EVERYTHING was insanely good! Wedding food is never really good, but this place was delicious! The grounds are so gorgeous in the fall, and they do a great job decorating with hay stalks and pumpkins. My only problem with them was our wedding coordinator. She seemed to have a hard time remembering things I told her, and I would have to repeat myself in various emails or meetings. And she was never willing to stay past 4:30. I get that everyone wants to get home to relax and have dinner, but you're a wedding coordinator. This is your job! But all in all, I definitely recommend it!

We just got married at The Warren Conference Center and Inn, and we had an AMAZING wedding!!!! We had our rehearsal dinner, and our wedding ceremony and reception at The Warren Center, and we will never forget this incredible place!! Lynn in Catering Sales was WONDERFUL!!!! From our very first meeting a year before our wedding, she was very gracious and friendly, and she was INCREDIBLY HELPFUL from the start of our planning process through the final hours of our wedding reception. Lynn was extremely responsive, available, and helpful; she made our wedding day a truly perfect day. She took such good care of us and made us feel so relaxed and excited for the big day! The Warren Center grounds are exquisitely beautiful with lush greens and flowers, and the gazebo and reception hall provide beautiful photography sites. Mary Ellen, Tricia, and Judy at the Inn at the Warren Center provided wonderful care and service for our wedding guests. They were extremely accommodating and responsive, and they really went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend a success. The Inn rooms and the rooms in the Northern Lodge were beautiful and very comfortable. Our ceremony was in the Inn, and the high arched wooden beams in the Inn created a beautiful framework for our ceremony. Our reception was held in the dining room of the Hayden Lodge, and the tables and linens were just beautiful. THE FOOD IS ALSO AMAZING!! All of our guests commented on how wonderful the food was - from the appetizers to salad to dinner and dessert. The bartenders, servers, and maintenance staff were all incredibly nice and provided amazing service. Thank you to Lynn, Patricia, Mary Ellen, Tricia, Judy, and all of the amazing staff at The Warren Conference Center and Inn! You made our wedding day just perfect, and we will never ever forget you!!!! Best wishes always!

Everything. They were fantastic. We REALLY loved that the Inn and the Hall where within walking distance (just down a path through the gardens) and the personal attention they gave us. The food was the best wedding food we've ever had and we STILL get compliments on it today.;Size. We had 140 and it was perfect. The venue says they can accommodate up to 250, but I know it would be really cramped.
