I can't fully express how grateful I am to Rebecca for my experience at The Wedding Shoppe. As soon as I walked in the door I was overwhelmed by how kind everyone was and how beautiful the space is. I was incredibly nervous and anxious coming into the day and Rebecca calmed my nerves and walked me through each step. She found multiple dresses I loved and made me feel confident. I never felt any pressure at all, and was encouraged to be honest about what I did or didn't like and how I was feeling, as a plus size girly that made all the difference. AND as the cherry on top I said yes to the dress, I am over the moon excited and so thankful to Rebecca and the team!

I cannot recommend the wedding shoppe more! I had no clue what I wanted and Rebecca helped me so much. Made me feel like a bride and the only person that mattered. I walked out with the most beautiful wedding dress which I never expected to do! Having such a wide variety of sizes in stock made this a must visit storm for me!

Every part of my experience with The Wedding Shoppe was wonderful from start to finish. My first trip to try-on gowns was so fun and stress-free with Danielle’s help and I found the perfect dress with one of her recommendations! Kim was the most wonderful alterations specialist I could’ve imagined, giving us so many great tips and making us feel so comfortable and excited at each follow-up. My dress was a DREAM and I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone at The Wedding Shoppe!

I’m beyond excited to say that this past weekend, I said YES to the dress at The Wedding Shoppe! Having been there before with a few friends when they found their dresses, I already had a great impression from a guest’s perspective. But experiencing it firsthand was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. Check-in was a breeze, and my mom, sister, and I were escorted to a private room, where my incredible dress consultant, Ashlee, walked us through the process. Ashlee took the time to truly listen to my wedding vision, carefully noting my dress preferences and any concerns. She was so thoughtful in selecting dresses for me, but what amazed me most was how quickly she zeroed in on the one. The moment I put it on, I was overwhelmed with emotion and knew it was my dress. Even then, Ashlee encouraged me to try on a few more, ensuring I felt 100% confident in my choice—and I absolutely did. I can’t wait for my fiancé to see me walk down the aisle in this dress. I’m so grateful to Ashlee and the entire team at The Wedding Shoppe for making this such a seamless, stress-free, and truly special experience. It was a day I’ll always cherish, especially getting to share it with my mom and sister. I was absolutely blown away with The Wedding Shoppe! They have a beautifully decorated space with private suites for your dress shopping experience and a huge selection of dresses to choose from. But above all was the service I received from Rita. She is absolutely amazing and so good at what she does. She made the whole experience so special in so many ways and is just an overall sweetheart. I couldn’t believe how quickly we found the dress of my dreams! I truly couldn’t thank her enough!

My appointment here went better than I could have imagined! My stylist Breck was extremely kind, patient, and attentive to me as a person. She calmed my anxieties and reassured me that I was not being a burden. (I'm a very anxious person) I came into this not 100% sure what I was missing from other dresses I had liked. She took the time to analyze what I partially liked about different dresses, while keeping in mind my concern about dresses that would create potential skin sensitivity issues. I'm very grateful for her because this was one of my biggest concerns that I wouldn't make the right decision or that I would regret it after purchasing. (I didn't regret it.) Each time I look at the pictures I feel more at ease and I couldn't have done it with Breck's help. (Thank you Breck <3) About the store: The store is spacious and very accommodating. My maid of honor is in another state and they had a wonderful set-up with the TV in my dressing area to include her. I could hear her clearly and she could see from a great angle all the dresses we tried on. Which was a problem for me at another shop. They had great deals when I went to the store. Also, I'm around many many people who are getting married and I know a couple a women who also had success finding their dresses at The Wedding Shoppe. [Note: I will try to come back after I'm married to add actual pictures of my dress. It's a secret for right now! ]

I can't thank Abby and Rita enough for making my bridal dress shopping experience so amazing! I found ‘the dress’ at my very first appointment, and I am totally obsessed with it! They really helped bring my vision to life and listened to exactly what I wanted (and didn’t want). They never made me feel pressured or rushed, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. Their patience, attention to detail, and overall vibe made it feel easy and fun. I’m so grateful for all their help – you two are the best!

I have been telling EVERYONE how absolutely perfect my appointment at the Wedding Shoppe was this weekend so I have to share it here too! I felt like I was walking into a fairytale, everyone there was so happy to be there and the place smelt amazing?!? If you have the chance you NEED to ask for Melissa, she really made me feel listened to and picked dresses that were perfect for me. I really feel like she was my fairy godmother working her magic. You can tell she really loves her job and working with the brides to find them the perfect dress and when I found my dress she even cried with me and my family. Melissa and everyone at the Wedding Shoppe made me and my family feel so special and made the day so perfect. 2000% recommend finding your wedding dress here

The Wedding Shoppe in Berkley is INCREDIBLE! I went here because I live nearby and because my best friend bought her very CLASSY wedding dress here a couple years ago. This was the second place I looked for a dress and I found that The Wedding Shoppe had WAY more options. They also had nice changing rooms with DOORS (unlike the curtains at other places), giving me much more privacy. I was VERY particular about the kind of dress I wanted, and my Sales Stylist/Consultant, Breck, searched through HUNDREDS of dresses to find exactly what I was looking for. Breck WORKED HER BUTT OFF running back and forth for me. She was so kind and real - genuinely caring and attentive. When we were in the last minutes of my appointment and I STILL hadn’t found “The ONE," Breck asked if I’d ever tried a specific style of dress and if I’d be open to it. It wasn’t a style I’d considered before but, OF COURSE, the style expert knew best!! I tried on the dress she suggested, and it was THE ONE!!! Breck didn’t stop there — she brought me EVERY accessory I could ever want to make sure I looked absolutely FABULOUS. Breck did NOT push me to buy the dress or any of the accessories. She simply let me know that buying the dress that day would save me $200. One thing that surprised me (but wasn’t bad) was that I took the dress I tried on home THAT SAME DAY! It was in my size, and they explained that I could come back 4 months before my wedding for alterations (this was 8 months before my wedding). I asked if I could store the dress with them, but they said it would cost extra, so I took it home. It’s now hanging in my closet, and they told me to keep it away from bathrooms and kitchens. They also reassured me not to worry about wrinkles because it will be steamed after alterations. A cool, unique touch: When you’re done trying on dresses, you sign an ACTUAL wedding dress in their lobby with a Sharpie. The dress is COVERED in signatures from brides, and it looks so cool! The Wedding Shoppe — and especially Breck, the BEST Sales Consultant — were absolutely AMAZING!!! I tipped Breck $100 for the two hours she put into helping me find my perfect dress! I hope this rave review helps her and The Wedding Shoppe even more because they DESERVE IT. Thank you, Breck, for showing me so much kindness and for making me feel like a BEAUTIFUL BRIDE!

I had the best experience at The Wedding Shoppe! A friend recommended that I give it a try, and I am SO GLAD I DID! Marina was wonderful while I looked for a very specific style. She was patient and complimentary, making me feel absolutely beautiful! The dress fit like a glove and was more than I ever dreamed of!

RITA was an absolute PLEASURE to work with. She is an expert in her craft. I sent her photos of what I wanted beforehand and the FIRST dress she had out for me was PERFECTION. I still tried others on, we had a little fun and ended up back with the very first one. She listened to what I wanted, considered my budget and even thought about the wedding venue and over all look. Such expertise. This was a last minute appointment as well and a surreal moment for me ( a long time coming). She made me so comfortable. 10/10 A++

Samantha was amazing and helped me find just the right style for me. She listened to me ramble and worked tirelessly to find my perfect dress. Would definitely recommend!
