Weddings of up to 2500 guests may be held at the Westin Chicago Lombard. With multiple event spaces to choose from, there is something to suit a lavish party or an intimate gathering. For large-scale events, the Grand Ballroom is an ideal space featuring a private entrance and elevated 23-foot ceilings, this spacious ballroom is both elegant and inviting. The Junior Ballroom features floor to ceiling windows also includes an outside private tree-lined pond terrace and inside gallery space to host your wedding events of up to 350. Our Lilac Ballroom, accommodating up to 540 guests, is ideal for more intimate celebrations boasting luxurious carpet and soft lighting.
The Westin Chicago Lombard offers a wide range of wedding packages. I offer extensive experience in wedding events of all sizes and celebrations. We provide set up of in-house equipment, including but not limited to; Tables, Chairs, Dance Floor, and Staging; and we include Standard Linens, Flatware, China Dinnerware, and Glassware. Of course, we also have upgrade options available.

My husband and I had the best experience with Kelly and her team. She was a pleasure to work with and made our Wedding a dream come true. She has helpful, attentive, informative and, answered all of our questions (and we had a ton). Also, the food was amazing and the rooms were immaculate.

The junior ball room was beautiful with all the windows and the setup was perfect. The team lead by Kelly S was spectacular. They helped with every detail making the night perfect.

My daughter wedding reception took place at this awesome Hotel. Kelly is the Manager overlooking the reservations and Contract. With a little luck and Kelly’s help we got the Grand Ballroom with just 4-5 weeks to go for 180 guests on a Saturday in September. The hotel provided us with an Event Coordinator Victoria Schultz from DVS Events. She guided us through all the steps and made our task much simpler. Bethany was on site coordination, and she helped us in making the event really a Memorable one. The Catering was done by Ashiyana, and everyone appreciated the taste and presentation. Samar Jain from Ashiyana gave personal attention to every small detail. Poonam creations made the Decor, and it was rich but tasteful. Poonam created a mix of ethnic but majestic look to the hall and Stage. Ruki Dole provided the Lighting and Music as DJ Services. He is truly one of the finest DJs in Chicagoland. The attendees danced till late at night and were mesmerized by his mixes. Overall, everyone loved and enjoyed the Great evening. Thank You Westin Lombard and DVS Events and its Staff for making our event such a Great Success. I highly recommend you hosting events for your Dear one at the Hotel. Great Job Guys and Many Thanks!!!

My daughter and her fiancé just their wedding at The Westin in Lombard, IL. My daughter handled all the details and worked with Kelly at The Westin. WOW! I was so impressed in many different facets of the property. First, the location is very conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. There is a restaurant on site, Harry Carey’s, which fit perfectly. We pretty much used this space as a gathering space, which worked perfectly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The housekeepers, as well as Ty and Charles (bellhops) were friendly and helpful. Kelly was amazing as our coordinator! She handled additional requests the day off with friendliness and professionalism. The Junior Ballroom was the effect size for the wedding and the staff provided a S’mores Bar, my daughter’s request. Everyone loved this!! The dinner was good and the bar offerings were generous. I’m so happy with the wedding, and a lot of the credit goes to Kelly and the staff at The Westin!

We attended my godfather's wedding here and had such a great time! The cocktail hour and dinner service was excellent. My fiance and I both had the filet for dinner which was perfectly cooked. There was a sundae bar that opened shortly after cake was served which was a hit with all of the guests. The ballroom we were in had direct access to a spacious outdoor patio which was a great place to spend time between dancing. The space was gorgeous and elegant with plenty of room for the large wedding & amenities. We highly recommend anyone looking at wedding venues to consider having their reception here!

We elected to go with the Westin Lombard for our wedding reception. Some great things that really attracted us to going to the Westin Lombard were:
- Reception Dinner Packages
- Brand name of the Company
- Location (really close to major highways, in between both of the Chicago airports and honestly it was close by to a Target which actually became really useful to us a wedding party and our guests on picking up things.
- The reception room (Junior Ballroom) was the main reason we selected the space as it had huge floor to ceiling windows and there was an outdoor space adjacent to the Ballroom that could be used for cocktail hour and when people wanted to step outside during the reception. Also the space is very accommodating as it could house up to around 420/430 people.
We worked with Tammy at the Westin and she really went above and beyond in everything we worked with her on. She was very hands on and very quick and detailed on communication whether it be by phone or email. I must admit that my (now) wife and myself probably sent more emails to her than anyone during our wedding planning process and she was always on top of it. We really liked working with Tammy as she was down to earth and helped us in so many countless ways such as how accommodating she was with our tasting, giving us insight into creative ideas for the reception and her meeting with our coordinator and us to go over details on the wedding a couple of weeks before the event.
The Westin Lombard lived up to all of our expectations. We were/are so gracious in working with Tammy and their amazing staff. Also we want to give a special thank you to Kazmier who was our head waiter that evening.
We 100% recommend the Westin Lombard for any type of reception events such as weddings as they went above and beyond what was expected!

We LOVED the Westin Lombard. Our event coordinators, Tammy and Glenna, were incredibly helpful and thought of everything--the fact that they came with the venue was such a blessing. They made everything personal and were dedicated to making our day special. Glenna even helped me fix my bustle when nobody else could help!
The Junior Ballroom looked beautiful and was big enough to fit our large wedding, while still small enough to feel intimate. The large windows made the room look so classy. The food was EXCELLENT as well. People are still talking about our food. It was also really convenient for guests to stay at the hotel right after the wedding--they merely had to walk upstairs.
The Westin Lombard made everything seamless, looked timeless and was the perfect space for a big party. Thank you!

I cannot say enough great things about the Westin Lombard! I booked my guest room block and wedding suite for my June 2016 wedding at this property. I worked with a number of the staff members throughout the planning process and had great experiences with everyone. Bridget C. was one of the most helpful and responsive people I worked with at the hotel and across all of my vendors. She was extremely accommodating and would always personally or have her team give me weekly updates on my wedding room block. She also helped to create signage about the guest shuttle that was picking guests up at the hotel and delivered personal cards to each guest upon check in. The guest rooms and our wedding suite were beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for. We also booked their largest suite for getting ready prior to our wedding and it was perfect. I highly recommend considering the Westin Lombard for your wedding or event room block!

Sue Spivek was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing! Very fun, helpful and ALWAYS available to talk. She went above and beyond to help make our day perfect.
We had our cocktail hour outside and the reception inside.
The food was delicious, and the staff was excellent. Everyone has told us that the food was the best wedding food they have had.

We had our wedding reception at Harry Caray's and it is at the Westin in Lombard. Our guests loved the convenience of staying at the Westin -- they could just 'pop' up to their room as needed for a breather or to get something. And we did not have to worry about them driving home from the reception! There was even a dog show there and it was fun watching all of the pampered pooches and their owners strutting their stuff at the hotel.
