Karen Adams at the Westin, Long Beach was an absolute joy to work with. Everyone at the hotel was professional and made sure we had an amazing wedding. The banquet staff was amaz...ing - they made sure we ate during our reception and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.
Karen is fantastic - she was always available via email or phone to answer our questions. She set aside ballrooms as a backup ceremony site in case of rain, she made sure there was water at our rehearsal, at the ceremony site and in the holding room - she thought of everything!
We had a great wedding and reception at the Westin. There are so many perks of having your wedding there - they offer a complete package. They even have a contract with a great bakery - so your wedding cake is included in the banquet fee!
Kathleen & Dean handled our room blocks and they were really helpful. Whether it was helping us determine how many rooms we needed or making sure we were able to check in early or handing out welcome gift bags to our guests, they are part of the incredible team there.
