The White Room

I had the most seamless wedding and I give the credit to the White Room and their staff. Destiny was such an amazing coordinator to work with and helped make everything about the big day truly special. The food is amazing, the staff, the view from the rooftop. Every guest who attended my wedding has mentioned how The White Room truly was wonderful!! I could not have dreamed of having a more perfect venue. I would recommend this venue 1000x more to anyone looking to get married in St. Augustine.

The White Room was a fantastic choice for our wedding. We searched high and low for a really nice, yet reasonably priced venue in our area without getting into Orlando. When we toured the White Room, I was so uncertain about the place and hesitant to commit to reserving the date..BUT our coordinator was switched around and Giselle made the world of difference for this experience!! She's so sweet, personable and understanding. She really helped in the excitement in the midst of crazy planning. As in planning any event, the venue staff will not chase you down for what you want, but they do present all your options for you to pick and request your response. It's just up to the client to pursue it and tell them what you want by the deadlines. After planning everything in 3.5 months, the day-of was perfect. Guests were thrilled with how beautiful the venue was and they loved the food. The service was absolutely wonderful and all the staff made sure we were well taken care of throughout the day. Not to mention they work so well with outside vendors. They truly went above and beyond to give us everything we wanted for our wedding day.

We cannot say enough great things about The White Room. This is the only venue my now husband and I toured in St. Augustine because we were blown away by the space, on site catering, day of coordination option, and options for customization. We had the pleasure of planning our perfect with Destiny. She responded very quickly with any questions we had prior to our day and made everything we wanted for our big day come to life. I can’t recommend her services enough. Our guests cannot stop complimenting the food and staff of The White Room. They were all extremely professional and efficient. We had a fabulous wedding at The White Room and I wish we could relive the day again.

I cannot recommend The White Room highly enough for anyone looking for the perfect place to host their special day. The venue itself is breathtaking; we had our ceremony in The Villa Blanca and our reception on the rooftop. The staff, especially our event manager Rebeccah, were an absolute dream to work with. Rebeccah was incredibly attentive, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. She took the time to understand our vision and ensured that every detail was executed flawlessly. The day-of staff were equally impressive. From the servers to the bartenders, everyone was courteous, efficient, and ensured that our guests were well taken care of. The food and drinks were delicious and beautifully presented, receiving numerous compliments from our guests. One of the standout aspects of our experience was how smoothly everything flowed. The coordination between the staff, vendors, and Rebeccah ensured that the timeline of events was seamless. We were able to fully immerse ourselves in our special day, knowing that everything was being handled. We are so grateful for the memories created here and will cherish them forever.

The White Room is a venue that you walk in, fall in love, and immediately know you have to get married there! The amount that is included in your cost eliminated so much stress from the planning process. All we had to worry about was a photographer, DJ, cake, and decor (and we were able to keep decor to a minimum because of how beautiful the venue is!) They handled everything else! Giselle was fantastic throughout the planning process- she answered any questions we had quickly and with detailed responses. Her and the entire staff made our wedding flow so smoothly. We got so many compliments on how perfect our big day was. Thank you to The White Room!

We did a destination wedding in St. Augustine, FL and got married at the White Room. From the moment I met with the White Room staff, to our wedding day, the team at the White Room made everything easy and were top notch professionals. Since we were coming from out of town, I was not able to see all the pieces come together, or do any tastings, etc. until the day of the wedding. When I saw how the team at the White Room and wedding coordinator put everything together, I was floored- it was incredibly beautiful. The food was great, the service was exceptional, and all my guests were raving at how much fun and how beautiful the wedding was. From my experience as the bride, my wedding day felt very much like I show up and the team at White Room took care of the rest during the day of. They really made it easy and as minimal stress as possible. I highly recommend this venue!

We were first interested in this venue mainly for the view, but after the first meeting with Rebeccah we decided we had to pick this place because we knew we were going to get taken care of. And boy were we! The communication after that first meeting was incredible. I never had a question unanswered. This place really knows how to take the anxiety away from the planning process. The one time I started feeling nervous was the day before the big day, but during the rehearsal Rebeccah made it clear that they had it under control. Also, she did a wonderful job directing my wedding party on exactly what to do the day of, I didn’t have to say a word. On the day of the wedding everything went so smoothly. They welcomed our dog, Rebeccah helped bustle my dress, and one of my favorite things was how much they made it a priority for the bride and groom to eat. We were welcomed with a whole tray of Hors D'oeuvres and our drink of choice and had a few minutes to ourselves to enjoy. Then for dinner they plated us up with all the awesome food and we were able to eat everything before table touching. Alan took over for the second part of the night and he was great with directing people to the dance floor and always making sure we had a drink in our hand. Lastly, all of the staff, the bartenders, the waiters, the woman directing the sparkler exit were so incredible! It was truly a night to remember and we are so grateful for The White Room team.

We had our ceremony in the Villa Blanca and reception in the Loft and Rooftop and it was perfect! Rebeccah was awesome to work with and great at answering all of our questions throughout the planning process. Rebeccah and Alan did an amazing job making sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire night, ensuring we had plenty of food and drinks which was very much appreciated. The staff and bartenders did a great job, they really are a well-oiled machine. The whole night was seamless and stress free, the food and drinks were great, the venue was absolutely beautiful, and we had the best time. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and wedding day experience!

I had my wedding at the white room and had such an amazing experience. They are so organized and try to take as much off of you as they can. They are one-step ahead of everything. The food is amazing, the views are beautiful, and the staff is great. I couldn't have asked for a better venue.

We had our wedding reception at The White Room and it was beautiful! The decorations were amazing and the flow of the night went well. Meghan was very helpful and coordinated with the vendors. We did not have to worry about anything! I would highly recommend The White Room!

This is a beautiful venue and they are experts in hosting weddings. We fell in love with the Rooftop & Loft the second we saw it and all our guests enjoyed their experience as well.

The White Room was absolutely incredible for our wedding day. They run a tight ship and I see why - everything was perfect, planned, and exactly on time and the staff was awesome to work with. First off, Meghan was amazing. She was willing to have multiple facetimes, phone calls, emails, etc. with me to plan for the big day and any last minute changes that came about. Her thoroughness showed and sooo many guest and my bridesmaids raved about how professional and punctual she was getting everyone and everything organized - it did not go unnoticed. Alan was our day of coordinator too and was always right there for anything we needed and the wedding party loved him. The food was incredible - I've been to many weddings in my life and that was some of THE best steak I've ever had. If you're looking for a venue that's stunning, memorable, and the staff is amazing and you can just enjoy the big day without any worries, book the White Room. I can't get over how tremendous they were.

Did our ceremony and reception here. Catering and bar was included with this venue and it was fantastic. The venue was beautiful and everyone working there that night was the best. Sarah was our event manager and she was super sweet and helpful with everything well before the wedding and the night of.

I cannot thank Rebeccah and her team enough for making my daughter’s wedding everything she dreamed of and more. From the menu to the seating charts and all the planning that led up to the big day to the staff running out to buy cake for our guests when the big beautiful wedding cake collapsed moments before the ceremony (the bride never had to know anything went wrong) every detail was perfect. The food was delicious, the servers and bartenders were wonderful and Rebeccah and Reece made sure things ran smoothly and we all had an incredible time. I cannot thank them enough for making the day so absolutely perfect.

My daughter had a beautiful wedding at the White Room. It is a beautiful venue and the food was delicious. Meghan and her team were amazing. Very attentive and friendly the entire evening. All our guests had a wonderful time.

We had an amazing wedding experience this July 4, 2022! Gisselle was our coordinator for my daughter's and new son in loves wedding. She was very responsive and friendly. She made things happen! At times, I know she went above and beyond to make the entire experience pleasant and memorable! The bridal suites and the men's study are a wonderful touch and a great place for pre-wedding pictures. The ambiance of the ballroom is romantic and very classical. The Villa Blanca for the ceremony was very dramatic and pristine white with chandilers. It was truly a dream wedding, on a dream day with tremendous fireworks...with amazing food and in a gorgeous venue! The food was very beautiful and tasted great from the hord'oves to the main course stations.... I have never had better chicken and waffles. You cannot go wrong. It was worth every single penny! My daughter felt very special and the groom enjoyed every moment.

We had our wedding at The White Room (Villa Blanca & The Grand Ballroom) on May 1st, 2022 and we were working with Giselle. The whole experience we had with Giselle was truly wonderful. She was very informative and answered all of our questions leading up to the wedding day. Giselle is very professional and was a pleasure to work with! Our wedding at The White Room was truly our dream wedding! We loved every second and everyone had an amazing time, including us! The bartenders, servers, food & drinks, the space and the views were incredible! I would suggest couples to book their wedding at The White Room and request Giselle! Everything was PERFECT! Thank you everyone!

My daughters wedding was a dream!! One guest said, “ just when you thought everything was so perfect, and then came the horse and carriage at the perfect time,” at the sparkler exit. We had a few hiccups, like, Publix not delivering the cake, because they forgot! But, our event manager, Sarah was right on it!! She told me not worry about a thing that she would fix it. Publix delivered exactly what my daughter originally ordered and was there in a timely manner. Sarah made sure all the flowers, cake topper, and their dog, Koopa was on the cake. It was beautiful! Sarah was our superhero! The only thing negative about the entire wedding night, was I felt the wedding party was rushed, and they did not announce for the guest to stand for the bride, so no one stood for my beautiful daughter and her father walking down aisle. I almost missed her it was so quick. But, I’m not sure if this was entirely the White Rooms fault. The wedding party, (groomsmen) were, at times, a little hard to handle.. Sarah also handled them very well. The staff/bartenders/waiters/waitresses, I got to meet and talk to a few, Amy, Diego, and Sarah, were so friendly and amazing! The guest were raving about the staff. And did I mention the wine was superb, and the food was amazing. If I had to do all over again, I would’ve splurged on more hors d’oeuvres and dessert station. The bride and groom had the best time ever!! Oh, and even the mother of the bride!! 😉

Personally would not recommend getting married at this venue, especially if you could have any unexpected life events occur during the year prior to your marriage. They are not flexible, and their contracts are 100% non refundable, and non negotiable. Unfortunately life does happen as we all know, like Covid, like losing a Grandparent. I spent $12,000 plus dollars with this venue and unfortunately life happened to me, and not one dollar could be refunded back to me, and in addition, there idea of flexibility was to reschedule the date but not even let me have an actual date, a “limbo land,” date of we will call you three months in advance and let you know what dates we have open and you can let your guest know last minute, and unfortunately that doesn’t work with guest traveling, trying to plan vendors, and let’s be honest, weddings are stressful as it is, that type of treatment with holding $12,000 of my money? When no services have been rendered. There excuse is they couldn’t sell that date again? Yet I found out they already have a wedding booked the morning of my wedding date too. Unreal. Highly don’t recommend unless you know for a matter of fact you’ll be getting married that date and nothing can happen before that date. The lack of empathy, just words can’t describe.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the White Room! I’ll start with the entire waitstaff. The staff was phenomenal! My husband and I both manage restaurants, and most guests were in the hospitality industry so when it comes to service, we look at the small details. This staff crushed it!!! Every single staff member was beyond friendly! Guests were coming up to us and complimenting us on how detailed orientated the staff was (even though we had nothing to do with them). Small things like removing the salt and pepper shakers after dinner service was done and cleaning up small crumbs were all appreciated and certainly noticed. The bartenders were quick to serve and were very friendly! Everyone worked very hard that evening and it showed. Thank you to every single staff member that made our evening flawless! Rebeccah was our event manager and she was on point with everything. From all the back and forth emails to the rehearsal to the day of, she was on top of it. She was very responsive during the planning process and did the best she could to accommodate all of our needs. We planned for a ceremony in the Villa Blanca and the reception to be in the loft/rooftop. The day of the wedding it was torrential downpouring so the decision was made to move the reception into the Grand Ballroom. Although it was not what we originally wanted, I believe it was the best move for our group. All of this happened because of Rebeccah’s recommendation. Rebeccah did an amazing job making sure the rehearsal, ceremony, my husband and I, and other big picture items were taken care of. Thank you, Rebeccah for all of your hard work! Then it came to Allan. Allan was a godsend! He was our day of coordinator and let me tell you, he and Rebeccah are the perfect dynamic duo! All of the small things he did for us and our parents put this experience over the top. From the guidance he provided, to all the drinks and even bringing us out tea, his level of service was exceptional and everyone seemed to take note. He was so helpful and friendly throughout the reception. Any questions, any needs, anything we could possibly desire, he was right there for all of it. He made sure we stayed on track with the timeline without being bothersome or overbearing. Every time I needed something or had a question he was one step ahead of me. Thank you, Allan! Overall I would absolutely recommend The White Room to any couple. Besides the stunning venues, exceptional customer service, the food was out of this world. It takes a lot for me and my family to be impressed by food (we’re definitely snobs) and we absolutely were. We chose to do stations and they did not disappoint. The Farmers Market Station and Seafood Station along with passed apps made for the perfect amount of food during cocktail hour. For dinner, we continued the station theme and it was perfect for our group. Everyone’s food was served hot and the Prime Rib was cooked perfectly. There was not a single thing that I would change about the food. We received so many compliments about the food! If you are looking for a beautiful venue with overly friendly staff and amazing food this is the place you want to host your wedding. I cannot thank this team enough for all of their hard work. You can tell everyone here loves what they do and it shows in the setup and the quality of the food. Thank you White Room for making my wedding simply amazing!

We did the rooftop venue & it was absolutely beautiful. Giselle & Allen assisted us and made the final details very easy. People seemed to enjoy the food & had a wonderful time. Only negatives were that the bartenders had a tip jar which we were assured they wouldn't, but when we brought it to their attention it was put away. Also, my cake topper was never added

The White Room is amazing. Unfortunately, the day of, we relocated our wedding from the Rooftop Deck to the Villa Blanca (followed by the loft). Realistically, this was always a possibility with an outdoor wedding in Florida. The staff, especially Sarah were super accommodating and made the transition smooth. Even though it was inevitable, I did not feel pressure to make the decision of moving indoors until 2-3 hours before the ceremony. This was nice because the weather can change at any moment in Florida and there was no pressure the day prior. Throughout planning, my questions via email were answered throughly and in a timely manner. The day of our event, Allen was amazing. He made immense effort to ensure my husband and I were provided with everything we needed (food/drinks) including amazing service. We were basically never empty handed! He was extremely great at facilitating our timeline in a professional and calm manner. I keep emphasizing, “calm” because I’ve heard stories or witnessed events where staff are pushy and seem stressed- this was not the case at all. It was truly an amazing, relaxing , unforgettable experience (even though we had our hearts set on the rooftop)!

The White Room played a huge role in making our wedding day the most special! There was amazing communication throughout the whole process, especially the day of. I could not imagine having our wedding anywhere else. The White Room is truly one of the best venues.

I could write a novel about our magical experience at The White Room! We got married in the Villa Blanca and had our reception in the Grand Ballroom. Our guests loved the balcony overlooking the river. We received so many compliments from guests saying it was one of the most beautiful venues they have ever seen, as well as the best wedding food they have had! Rebeccah, our event coordinator made sure every detail was exactly how we envisioned it. In the midst of the craziness of wedding day, she even took the time to help me bustle my dress before the reception. She had a major role in making our day so special. We could not be more grateful! Alan, our reception coordinator was also wonderful! He made sure everything was running smoothly and that we had everything we needed, down to to-go meals and cake at the end of the night! There are so many other things I could say, but long story short, you cannot go wrong with booking The White Room as your venue!

We got married at The White Room in September of 2021 and had the best day ever! The ceremony in the Villa Blanca was absolutely beautiful. We had about 100 guests who all fit perfectly in the Grand Ballroom for our reception. There are so many reasons to have your wedding at The White Room including the location, price, services, and food. Our coordinator Meghan was amazing and so responsive throughout the wedding planning process. Wedding planning was less stressful thanks to her. She really listened to our vision and helped make everything come true so that our day was absolutely perfect. She even recommended the "Marry Me Margarita", pepper jack wantons, and beef empanadas. Do not sit on these because our guests still talk about how delicious the food was. We want all of our friends to get married at The White Room just so we can go there for another wedding to relive our day.

If I could give The White Room more than 5 stars, we would! We got married last month (Nov. 2021) and truly could not have chosen a more perfect wedding venue! Our reception was in the Loft/Rooftop of The White Room, overlooking the beautiful St. Augustine downtown area and marina. If you're bringing 100 guests (or more) to St. Augustine for your wedding, you want an authentic St. Augustine venue, and I can't think of one better than The White Room. I'll start with the most logical part of the review - the price. The White Room is so reasonably priced for a truly top-tier wedding venue, plus the price includes your food, beverage, linens & furniture. With so much planning for a wedding, it was reassuring that we didn't have to coordinate additional caterers, and that everything was provided in-house by The White Room. Moving on to the more important pieces: food and decor. The food & cocktails were outstanding - not only did we think so as the married couple, but every one of our Guests RAVED about the food; we had hors d'oeuvres, entrees, specialty cocktails, mini-desserts and late night snacks, all of which were out of this world. And of course I can't review The White Room without mentioning the beautiful backdrop for photos and dancing. Last but certainly not least is the staff of The White Room; from answering questions via email for 2 years pre-wedding, to working with us days before to ensure all of our decor was set up perfectly, the whole process was seamless. Our event manager Sarah was also our night-of coordinator, which helped everything run that much more smoothly. Sarah worked with us on food tastings, the menu decisions, the decor set-up, and managed the reception evening so beautifully, we didn't have to worry about a single thing. We cannot thank The White Room enough for such a beautiful wedding, and I wish everyday that I could just re-live the day exactly as it was - there is not one thing I'd change! HIGHLY recommend this venue for your St. Augustine wedding!

The White Room was not only gorgeous inside and out, the food, staff and entire wedding experience was more than I can even describe. They went way above our expectations. We were married on the rooftop on Nov. 19th. The weather was really perfect, but a little windy. However, all went well regardless. Reese and Giselle kept us on track from the moment we arrived. We honestly didn't have one hiccup throughout. We decided to get married on a Friday because it was so much cheaper, and we are so happy we did. Thank you, Dawn & Tony Morgan

Our daughter's wedding was this weekend at the White Room in St Augustine, Florida. The wedding was held in the Villa Blanca room and the reception was in the Grand Ballroom. From the very beginning we were ecstatic with the venue but more impressed with the Staff. Meghan, our Event Director made us feel like we were the ONLY wedding she was managing! Every staff member was polite, helpful and very accommodating. The attention to details is amazing! I HIGHLY recommend the White Room! The Event Directors are consummate professionals!

BOOK. THIS. NOW!! If I could give 10/5 stars I absolutely would! Meghan was an absolute DREAM to work with and responded promptly to any and all calls or emails. She went so far above and beyond a day of planner for me and I truly cannot thank her enough for making my day everything I had hoped! She walked me through everything from the beginning and would check in to see if I needed any help during the wedding planning process if she hadn't heard from me. Even my guests loved her and she made sure everyone was settled and she really took care of everyone. Alan, my reception manager, was also outstanding. He always made sure Kyle and I had what we needed and if we did need something during the reception, he was on top of it. Not only was the staff absolutely amazing and a great time, but the views of this place are breathtaking. This place captures how beautiful old Saint Augustine truly is and the pictures I have received so far are incredible. The food was delicious!! Even at the tasting, there was nothing we didn't like. We went with the duet plate, chicken florentine and beef tenderloin with a side of mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. There was so much food and everyone was satisfied. Even the kids plates were delicious and the pickiest eaters devoured their food. It was overall, the greatest night of my life and I cannot thank The White Room, nor the staff, enough for making everything a wedding dream come true!!

Rebeccah and the entire team at The White Room were incredible to work with. They answered every call and email, no matter how dumb the question was, and were always o kind. Our wedding was the best day of our lives and that is all thanks to the entire team at The White Room. Highly recommend if you want an incredible venue, great food/drinks, and an organized, sweet, and efficient team!

I can’t imagine a more perfect Wedding for our Daughter and New Son in Law! The White Room St Augustine, specifically Rebeccah Grimm and staff were amazing. From the moment we toured the space to the last sparklers twinkle the event was flawless. The food was outstanding and needless to say the view from the rooftop stunning! Thank you Rebeccah and Gang for a Memorial Evening!!!

This venue was absolutely perfect and the staff there really made our day come to life. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful spot to get married, and Rebeccah was amazing. The food was fantastic, the bar had great options and everyone was so helpful.

Aside from being absolutely gorgeous, The White Room made the last month leading up to the wedding as effortless as possible, and the actual wedding day magical! Our event manager Rebeccah was wonderful and incredibly helpful whenever I wanted to change something about the menu, or a last minute table assignment switch. There were so many little things that surprised us and made our day extra special - like champagne in the bridal suite or the to-go bags of food for my husband and I! Everyone was organized and professional, and really wanted to make sure that our wedding was the best day ever.

When planning a wedding, the first thought on anybody’s mind is venue. We were planning our wedding from 3 hours away and were struggling to nail down a place. When I made the drive to see The White Room, the search was over. Talk about stunning! Rebeccah was incredibly helpful. We were planning a brunch wedding and she went over all the options with us for our wedding. When we booked, we were invited to a menu tasting where we got a chance to sample the wedding and once we tasted the French toast we were 100% sold. Rebeccah answered all my millions of questions and helped me every step of the way. When it came to our wedding day, I was able to relax because Rebeccah and our day of coordinator had every single detail locked down for us. The food is beyond incredible, all of our friends ask if they run a restaurant because the food was out of this world! Every single detail was perfect and I’m so glad we chose The White Room for our special day.

I cannot say enough good things about The White Room, Meagan, and Alan. From our first conversation with The White Room Team, we knew that they would make wedding day SO easy on us. Throughout the planning process, Meagan always had answers to our questions and solutions to any problem we thought we might have. There was not an issue she couldn't fix or anything they couldn't do. The White Room team took complete responsibility for making sure everything happened that needed to happen with our vendors, arrival, and take-down. The whole day went off without a hiccup! I literally cannot even think of one thing that went wrong, all thanks to The White Room. Our reception manager, Alan was also AMAZING! He greeted us after the wedding, during pictures, with our passed appetizers and some drinks. Throughout the whole night he made sure that my husband and I had food to eat and were comfortable and not worrying about anything. He made us our dinner plates and even boxed some up for us to take back. I truly believe that our wedding was so fantastic because of the amazing staff at The White Room. And oh by the way the venue is breathtaking and the whole day was absolutely stunning!

Literally an absolute dream come true!!!! I had Meghan as a wedding coordinator and from the very beginning she was readily available for any and all questions, responded in a timely manner and had GREAT advice and suggestions on perfecting the day/night to fit your vision. I honestly did not know what to expect walking in the night of the wedding and WOW were my expectations completely blown out of the water. Not only did everything look FANTASTIC but the staff was incredibly helpful and readily available to get anything needed and/or answer any questions. More specifically, my day of coordinator Alan was AMAZING - he made sure everything ran on time and that all my needs were met ASAP. I cannot thank him enough for allowing me to have the best, stress-free night ever. Highly recommend this venue to anyone!!

OMG ! best day ever. The White Room (specifically Meghan and Reece) did an amazing job. Everything from the planning to the day was perfect. Everyone commented on how great the food was and how accommodating everyone was. We felt special on our special day. Thank you, thank you, thank you. The White Room was an exceptional venue for my daughter’s wedding . The really know how to do a wedding! The food, venue, professionalism of the staff far exceeded our expectations. The entire day was flawless from start to finish. If you want the perfect day, book The White Room!

Where do I even begin?! First of all, 5 stars isn't enough because the entire staff at The White Room went above and beyond from start to finish!! We cannot even thank you all enough for making our day complete PERFECTION!! We especially want to thank Rebeccah & Reese for making all of our dreams become a reality. Rebeccah was there to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process. She was so patient with us and always so accommodating. We still have people talking about our wedding and how much fun they had, how delicious the food was and how breathtaking the views were from the rooftop. We could not have pulled any of this off without Rebeccah, Reese, the servers and bartenders. You all did an AMAZING job!! THANK YOU!!

The White Room was absolute perfection. From touring to booking and planning they were so professional and so friendly and helpful every step of the way. The venue was gorgeous. We chose to have our reception in the Grand Ballroom. The views and the room itself were perfect. Meghan and Reese were so amazing. Reese was so accommodating the entire night. All of the little things to make sure we felt special and pampered and our guests were treated perfectly. So many wonderful things to say about this venue but I’ll end by saying this: BOOK THIS VENUE!!!!!

I am beyond happy that I happened upon The White Room in my wedding venue hunt. Selecting a venue that includes catering, bartending, tables, chairs, linens, and so much more makes all the difference in the world to me. While that does come with a price, it was all worth it. We had booked the loft/rooftop space for both our wedding ceremony and reception, and when the rain clouds came in, the White Room staff was quick to set up backup plans inside, which turned out even more beautiful than I think it would've been. The food- both the taste and the visual spread- was wonderful. I've had so many guests compliment the food and the space. I totally recommend action stations for your food! All of the coordinators that I worked with and communicated with were so kind, responsive, and great at what they do. Special shout outs to Meghan, Rebeccah, and Reese! The White Room has the perfect blend of a historic, charming, and modern feel, and I'd recommend it to anyone for their wedding day!

To say Kelsi, Reese and the entire White Room staff made our wedding day dreams come true is an understatement. Our day was magical, from the kind and caring staff, delicious food, gorgeous venue and much much more. During the planning process Kelsi was attentive and answered every single one of our questions… and we had a lot! Kelsi was patient, understanding, and incredibly professional during the entire wedding. Reese ensured our reception was a success, from running out and getting us additional ingredients for the most popular drink at the bar, and getting me band aids when I needed them. The White Room staff goes above and beyond to make your day special, I truly felt like I could ask for anything and they would make it happen for us. Our guests continue to rave about how amazing our wedding is, and we know we will treasure this memory for the rest of our lives. If we could go back in time and do it all over again, we would and we would not change a thing! If you are looking for a venue with the best staff and most incredible food and atmosphere, The White Room is it.

Where to start about the White Room? I have seen many venues as a guest and bridesmaid and knew this was the one I wanted to see. I initially thought I want want my wedding in the ballroom but ended up using the Villa Blanca for my ceremony and the Loft and Rooftop for my reception. First, the Villa Blanca is just gorgeous for a ceremony. Second, the Loft is so beautiful and historic and had exactly the look I wanted (I wanted a very romantic wedding with flowers and rustic elements). Obviously, the roof top is also gorgeous and super cool and unique. I had friends, who have been to 20+ weddings, say that they’ve never been to a roof top wedding and how great of an experience it was. Trust me, the look of the entire venue does not disappoint. Also, I got married during Night of Lights so the roof top is a must have! Then, there’s the food, bar, and service. The food was amazing at our tasting the day of. We had an open bar and signature drinks which were all perfect and classy. The staff was absolutely amazing and always made sure my husband and I came first. We had drinks and a tray of appetizers while my dress was bustled while we waited for introductions and our first dance. They always made sure we got to try the food and had drinks in our hands. They also gave us two meals to take with us and some of our wedding cake (which I appreciate so much because I have never wanted to eat less than my wedding day unfortunately!) Then there’s the coordinating. I booked at White Room in September 2019 and my wedding was December 2020. Six months in COVID happened. As any bride can attest, this was possibly the most stressful and uncertain thing thats happened to me in quite some time. I spoke with my coordinated fairly regularly who quite possibly saved my mental health! They kept me updated on their capacity and COVID procedures and routinely assured me everything would be fine (and that I wasn’t crazy!) Rebeccah was so kind every time I spoke with her or had a question. I also had my day of handled by White Room and do not regret it. They set everything up beautifully and my timeline was exactly what I wanted. To sum it up, I couldn’t imagine a better venue. If you are looking at The White Room, book them! I have been to so many amazing weddings and dreamed of my wedding for such a long time and still feel like I had the best, most special day ever. Even during COVID they kept things running smoothly and for one night I didn’t feel like everything was different. I’m very impressed by the quality of their venue, their staff, food, bar, and service. I am eternally lucky and thankful that I chose them for my wedding!

This review is about a year past due, but I figured better late than never! I knew this venue was the one as soon as I saw pictures of their loft, and the staff at the White Room did not disappoint! We were pretty clueless about the planning process, but Erin made everything super easy and stress-free. We booked the rooftop & loft for our ceremony & reception and the view was GORGEOUS! The photos came out amazing because every single inch of the venue is beautiful. Food was amazing, and the staff provided excellent service for all of our guests. If anything went wrong that night, I never knew about it! I was beyond happy with The White Room and would absolutely recommend them :)

I cannot speak higher of The White Room! Before we were engaged, we already knew this is where we wanted to have our wedding, after many visits to St. Augustine. The location is perfect and the view from the rooftop is stunning! We were supposed to get married in April 2020, but had to postpone, then postpone again, due to COVID. The White Room made the rescheduling process so easy, which was very helpful during that stressful time. Our event manager, Rebeccah, was always very responsive to my many emails. The day of our wedding, everything literally went flawlessly. All of our family was amazed at how smoothly The White Room ran the event. Every little detail was exactly as planned. I might be biased, since it was my wedding, but our food was AMAZING. Our high expectations for our much anticipated wedding were exceeded and we could not be happier.

The White Room truly exceeded all of our expectations for our big day! From the moment we walked into the venue a year and a half ago to have our first meeting with Meghan, we knew this is exactly where we wanted to get married. The communication during the planning process was incredible and made us feel so much more confident considering we were planning during a pandemic and we did not live in St. Augustine. We were lucky enough to have worked with 3 excellent coordinators during our planning process. Meghan was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable during the initial planning process, she helped us out when we had no idea what was going to happen and for that we are so thankful! We then had Kelsi and Reese as our day of coordinators. I can honestly say they made our day of perfect. Kelsi was great at getting everything excellent for the ceremony, she was so sweet to answer all of my thousands of questions I had leading up to the big day and we have nothing but nice things to say about her professionalism and kindness to our family and friends during the rehearsal and ceremony. Reese took over for our reception and that lady is on top of everything! We never had to worry about a thing, even when a little rain happen she kept her cool and made us feel like nothing bad could ruin anything, and it didn't! I can honestly say this was the best day of our lives. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all of our coordinating team, the incredible staff that worked our event, and the venue itself. You all are the real deal and I will highly recommend anyone to you!

I could not say enough good things about The White Room! Our wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to this venue and their team! From the very beginning any questions we had were answered and Meghan (our event coordinator) was SO responsive and there for us every step of the way. They really make sure you don’t have to worry or stress about anything the day of your wedding and that you can just enjoy your day and take it all in. The food and service was also amazing. All of our guests said how good the appetizers and dinner was afterwards! We could not recommend this venue enough, we would pick them over and over again every time!
