The Woodlands Club

Cannot speak highly enough of Toni & her staff! They were extremely attentive to every little detail, were super organized, and were so nice! My husband was so impressed that the staff even took part in our bubble send off at the end of the night. The food was AMAZING, and they were super affordable. Our wedding was literally the best day ever, thanks to Toni and her wonderful staff.

This venue was absolutely perfect!! The ballroom is GORGEOUS! We loved that it was all neutral colors (gray) so it was basically a blank slate to work with. The room itself is so beautiful, we didn't need to do much, just some flowers. Toni was wonderful to work with, very organized and the day of went so smooth. She set up all our tables and did such a great job! We also heard numerous times from guests how AMAZING the food was! The patio area is so great! Gives a great setting for cocktail hour and a place for those not interested in dancing to hang out. The bar is outside on the patio. We had a couple tell us it can be hard to keep people dancing there because sometimes people get stuck out on the patio since it is so nice, but we really didn't run into that! Just have a good band or DJ and you'll be all set. We cannot say enough good things about the Woodlands as a venue!

We had our ceremony and reception at The Woodlands. Toni and Ben were PHENOMENAL. They made sure every detail was taken care of before and the day of. They were so attentive and made sure the event was flawless. It is a steal for what you get!

The Woodlands Club was a great choice for us! We could not have been happier with the service that we received from this venue, it was a beautiful place, and we Staff was extremely organized. I was planning my wedding from out of state, and found Toni and Benjamin to be extremely helpful throughout the process. They were both extremely helpful in facilitating with the planning process, and were always quick to respond to my inquires. Not only did the Staff exceed our expectations, but the venue itself is equally as impressive. The Woodlands provided us with both an indoor and outdoor space which made for a nice transition from cocktail hour to the actual reception. In addition to the beauty of the venue, we also found The Woodlands to be reasonably priced, considering the area and the luxury of having both a large deck and a large ballroom. We couldn't be happier with this venue and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to get married in ME.

We had the perfect wedding reception at The Woodlands. Toni and Ben were fabulous to work with and offered suggestions and creativity to ensure that our vision came to fruition. Chef Stephanie spent time with us to make sure she understood what we wanted for appetizers and the dinner - and created a menu that was out of this world. The service was fabulous - no detail was overlooked and it was literally an enchanted evening.

I was planning my wedding from out of state so most of my communication was through email. I worked with Toni for most of my planning and she was very responsive to all my emails, and trust me there were plenty of them. I also had the pleasure of working with her assistant Ben. Both are absolutely amazing and made sure all my needs were met. The chef was also extremely helpful and the food was absolutely delicious! All was phenomenal the day of the wedding and received many praises from our guests! The food is award winning for a reason and to be honest was a major reason why we picked The Woodlands for our ceremony and reception. The day of the wedding went completely smooth. Toni knows exactly what she's doing and will make sure you have a stress free day and everything will run the way you want it to. The night of the rehearsal I brought my favors to finish putting them together. Toni would absolutely not have that. She insisted that she and her staff would finish my favors, which may seem like something small, but it's really those small things that go a long way and just one example as to how The Woodlands will do whatever it takes to relieve stress. With that being said I can't forget the staff. They were completely professional and did such an amazing job. They're also not so stiff that it almost makes you feel uncomfortable for them. My husband and I are not ones for taking ourselves too seriously and it was nice that the staff seemed to have a little bit of fun with our family. At one point there was a line of 3 or 4 of them staring at the dance floor. As my father in law walked by he just kind of looked at them, and one just said "Entertainment" as they watched all my guests dance the night away. So I know at least a few had a good time with my family! I really cannot recommend The Woodlands enough. Toni, Ben, the chef and staff are all phenomenal!

the venue at the woodlands is very beautiful. the staff did a good job staying behind the scenes and made sure the venue was set, and tables were cleared when they needed. the food was phenomenal, hot and tasted great. the site to take pictures was a little small and was restricted to a certain area, but we made the best of it, at least we got to use some golf carts. they set up everything that we asked, the way we asked, and people were courteous to us. While the price per person was reasonable. We were definitely surprised to find that after booking our date the price per plate increased 1.50 pp. That didn't seem right to me, but maybe thats the way it goes at other places also. I also heard that many of our other vendors had a difficult time working with them, but regardless, everything still went off without a hitch.

The team at the woodlands club was down right incredible, right from the very start. They cater to your every need and desire. The are very proffessional and the venue its self is just breath taking. I would highly recommend the woodlands if you are looking for complete elegance and class.

My husband and I recently got married on June 16th! We had our ceremony and reception at The Woodlands and it was amazing! After our first visit there, we knew that was where we wanted to get married. We had beautiful weather, so the view from the deck over the golf course was incredible! Our guests enjoyed cocktail hour outside at the bar, which gave a nice change of scenery to the indoor reception room. We chose a buffet style dinner and the food was delicious. Toni was so great to work with and her staff was extremely helpful the day of the wedding! They helped make my visions come to reality. They are very accomodating and extremely friendly! We had an amazing time! If you're looking for a mix of outdoors and inside, The Woodlands is a great option for you! We received so many compliments from our friends and family that they had a great time!!

I would highly recommend having your reception at the Woodlands to anyone! Toni and her staff did a phenomenal job during the planning process and they exceeded my expectations on the day of our wedding on 8-19-2011. The wait staff was professional, the food was definitely the best I've had at a wedding, and the venue itself was spectacular with views of the golf course, and the outside terrace decorated beautifully. Toni was so helpful and provided top notch service, advice and planning tips!

I got married on Columbus Day weekend. The view off the deck was amazing, the food was amazing, and the staff was amazing!!! The deck is one of the best features of the room. The cocktail hour outside, set the mood for a great evening. Toni was great to work with and very helpful. She was very reassuring the week before, when I was going in a million different directions. I would recommend the Woodlands to anyone!! We are still getting compliments and my parents, and husband and I are very happy with the way everything went on our special day!!

We had our reception at the Woodlands, and loved it. It was a beautiful day in June so we opted for a cocktail hour for guests while we took pictures. The food was excellent, best food I have ever tasted at a wedding. We paid for an extra hour we had so much fun. I liked that the prices were laid right out for us, there were no hidden "cake cutting fees", etc. The event coordinator Toni Nappi made things very easy for us. We paid a down deposit about a year before the wedding, half at the wedding, and the rest of the bill came well after the honeymoon was over. It made it very easy on us to come up with a large sum, as most weddings are. That being said, I thought they were very affordable in consideration of other places we checked into. The only downsides, there were no local hotels in Falmouth/Yarmouth so guests had to go into portland for that which was about a 10-15 minute drive. In hindsight we should have rented a big house. Overall, we loved loved loved the Woodlands Club and highly recommend them for their events. The room was beautiful, the patio was magnificent, and the food was the best I've ever had at a wedding.
