Miranda and her team were incredible from day one of the wedding planning process. I felt like my vision was heard and I knew Miranda was working hard behind the scenes to go above and beyond to make the day turn out the way it did. Miranda's ability to understand our vision and bring it to life was nothing short of remarkable (especially because I don't remember providing her much detail or direction). Truly, her ability to transform our ideas and inspiration photos into a reality surpassed all expectations. I remember walking into the tent on our day and thinking, "this is absolutely perfect." Outside of the design, the team's expert coordination of a team of vendors was seamless, ensuring that every aspect of our wedding was executed flawlessly. We never worried about delivery or pick up logistics, setup, tear down, or anything in between--it all just happened. It was the smoothest, calmest, and most enjoyable day of my life. I found Miranda and her team after several other failed leads and let me tell you I am so glad I did. I would hire them again, and again, and again if I had too. Miranda offered so many helpful services (like coordinating/arranging florals for us, signage) in addition to her coordination services. Day of, Aly was with our bridal party pretty much the whole day to help with anything we needed. I had such a stress free wedding weekend and was really able to enjoy the whole weekend. I have no idea if anything went wrong- and that says a lot about Miranda and Aly! I'm so grateful for them!

I have worked with Miranda as a floral designer/wedding vendor for many years and she is the quintessential pro! Whether you are looking for full event design and implementation or just day-of coordination. She cares for her clients as if they are family! And as a fellow vendor, she cares for us, too! I have worked with her on full planning and implementation events AND day-of only assignments and in either category or anything in between, she gets the job done with grace and excellence. Whenever I have the chance to refer her expertise, she is at the top of my list.

Miranda is seriously a life saver. If you are hesitant on whether you need a day of coordinator or not. You do. And you need Miranda. Without her I would have been a mess. She helped to make sure my whole day ran smoothly even when it decided to rain and we had to move the ceremony inside. I did not have to lift a finger, she literally worked magic and made the inside of our venue into the perfect ceremony spot and without her it would not have been as beautiful. I can not say how much Miranda made our day special and worry free. Book her for your wedding and you will not regret it. First off, WE LOVED THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED & MIRANDA SCHROEDER! There is no better way to describe it, it's absolutely heart melting love for this company & Miranda. Miranda Schroder was our wedding planning (full accommodation. Planning/Day-Off/Post) & she kept us at complete ease at all times. She's intimately connected with every event space, event organizers, catering, flowers, makeup, DJ's, emcee's, rentals, decor...EVERYTHING within Central Indiana (and beyond.) We had a pretty set plan and expectation for our wedding and Miranda guided us to and executed that dream 100%. Miranda is a perfectionist with details and always kept us on schedule. She's 100% all the time and can mold the perfect wedding experience around any budget (small or large.) A don't feel like this written recommendation can even suffice, I'd shout it from the rooftop if prompted. We could not have asked for a better experience than we had with Miranda and her team!! They work so hard and it absolutely shows. We booked the day-of coordination package which I would recommend a thousand times over, if not the full wedding planning package. The Thoughtfully Designed Team literally made our wedding day a dream & a breeze! They were so helpful in making me feel at ease as a bride. Everything they did was seamless and full of excellence! We had 200+ people at our wedding and pretty much “kicked off” the end of Covid. We weren’t too sure how to approach the whole mask/sanitary/social distancing aspect while still having a memorable party. The TD team helped guide us to do what we felt led to, while keeping the main things the main things! We also had a lot of moving parts in our wedding!! Live musicians for the ceremony, dinner, and first dance and four interactive art installments made for a lot of extension chords and vision planning! Miranda really cheered us on and let us take creative liberty the whole time. The day couldn’t have gone smoother. I felt so at peace and would highly recommend this team to take on your day!

Miranda and her team were amazing to work with!! She was an awesome resource through the planning process and handled everything during the rehearsal and wedding day. I lost track of how many times I said ‘miranda will handle that’ — she truly takes care of it all, gets the job done and is so chill all at the same time. Loved working with her!

Where to even begin! First of all I am not one to normally write reviews but I feel that I must in regards to the amazing women and service offered by Thoughtfully Designed!! Knowing myself I knew that I would do most of the wedding planning, but it was super important for me to be hands off on my wedding day. I wanted my day to be very relaxing and enjoyable for not only myself and my husband, but our families and friends as well. I knew that I wanted a wedding coordinator but I didn’t know if it fit in the budget. Let me tell you that getting a “day of wedding coordinator” and partnering with Thoughtfully Designed was THE BEST DECISION. Hands down. My husband and I still talk to this day how perfect our wedding day was. Miranda and her team are such a joy to work with and truly made the day seamless!! We felt that we could fully enjoy every second of our day with our best friends and family. I truly can’t thank them enough for that sweet gift! Trust them with your day! You will not be disappointed!

Covid bride here! We had to replan our wedding in a completely new space & that’s when I started searching for a coordinator. After reaching out to, what felt like, every coordinator in Indy, I found Miranda & knew she was the one! We had a very similar sense of style & laid back personality. We hired her that same day & everything fell into place from there! She helped with all our vendors, decor, set up, take down. She made the process so much easier & made our wedding day flow seamlessly. Even my dad, who thought hiring a coordinator was a waste of money, said she was amazing & worth every penny. She’s professional & fun. That’s a good mix to have by your side in this process. I could honestly go on & on about why you should hire her but just reach out & never look back.
