We LOVED our experience with Timeless Carolinas. We planned a wedding in New Bern NC in just 2 months and struggled to find photographer and videographer packages that were available and in our budget. Ashley at timeless communicated with us immediately and made the planning process "Timeless". Giana did our photos and we just cry every time, they are gorgeous. She made sure to include all of our special moments in just a short allotment of time. Kyle did our video and wow! We can't stop watching. Our photographer and Videographer were amazing to work with!! They were communicative throughout the wedding planning process. On the day of the wedding they were so kind and paid attention to every detail. They did an amazing job capturing our perfect day. They were so sweet and funny and every family member had great things to say about them. They made all the pictures run so smooth and we are so glad they encouraged us to take sunset shots!! We can't recommend this company enough! The communication was very professional, they were very responsive answering all of our questions we had during the planning process, and they got us our wedding photos back within a couple of weeks after our big day! I was so impressed with the editing style and how beautiful all of our pictures turned out. We were also so happy with our photographer - she helped us with posing, had suggestions for family photos that made everything run so smoothly, and got every shot that we wanted from our big day! There were a lot of candid photos taken and some desired photos weren’t included in the final portfolio. Ashley (the director who oversees all operations) matched us to a fabulous team and was super helpful and kept us organized in the run up to our wedding. Photo and video delivery was RAPID - we got our full libraries less than a month after our wedding. I’ve never heard of that happening. Importantly, the photos and videos were stunning. We loved the editing done by the team. Our photographers were Melissa and Rachael and our videographer was Eric. The 3 of them were the best, most thoughtful, fun, talented photography and videography team we could have imagined. We had such a wonderful experience using Timeless Carolina’s and our videographer Clayton! We are from Florida so it was important to us to be able to have open communication and meet our team beforehand. Initially, we had a different videographer who ended up not being able to do our wedding due to personal reasons, but Timeless Carolina’s did not miss a beat with updating us and introducing us to our new videographer. Clayton reached out and introduced himself to us and made sure to answer all of our questions and go over our vision with us. On the day of the wedding, Clayton was so kind and great to work with. My husband and I can be shy in front of the camera, but Clayton made it so fun and easy we forgot we were on camera! We received our wedding video in 32 days and it was absolutely perfect! Could not recommend Timeless Carolina’s and their team enough!

We just received our pictures back after anxiously waiting and are very happy. Communication was in point with Ashley. We even changed our wedding date after signing our contract and it was easily adjusted (from May to November). We had a couple of photographer changes which made us a little nervous because there weren’t any reviews on our specific photographer at the time. Nadia was our photographer and she had great ideas for poses and captured as much as possible within a short period of time! We had so many great pictures that the ones we didn’t like (a double chin or awkward facial expression) was just a candid photo to laugh at later! For first time brides, I would suggest having a list that you keep for the wedding day to ensure you get all of your poses and specific family/friend group pictures. There were some that we thought of afterwards. We’re so thankful to have found Timeless Carolinas!

we used timeless to do our wedding photography and videography and they absolutely killed it! they were always very responsive when we had questions and our two photographers and videographer were super easy to work with on the day of. if you're for looking more of a classic look to your photos and video, i would definitely recommend working with timeless!

Working with Timeless Carolinas was SO easy! I had booked with their Black Friday deal for a boudoir session and wedding day photographer (Christina Elmore) and videographer (Eric Hood) for 5 hours. I had originally been paired with another photographer but had concerns about her style of work and Timeless (Ashley MacKay) assigned a new photographer without any fuss. Communication was amazing, Christina and Eric went above and beyond (ex. we had extra time after taking couple photos before the reception and they brought us wine and food from our cocktail hour so we could have extra alone time!!!), and we're so happy with all of our results!!

Timeless Carolina’s is the best choice when booking wedding photography and videography. It was easy, affordable, and gave A+ results. We first met with the director assigned to us. Once they got to know us they matched us a videographer and photographer. We were able to have meetings with them discussing our vision and what we wanted for the day. Everything came out perfect with no hiccups! I couldn’t recommend them more!

Timeless Carolinas was amazing to work with every step of the way. Their client portal made it easy to make payments, and their communication through the whole process - from booking to the Big Day to receiving the photos - they kept us in the loop. Our photographer, Sarah Curfman, was so professional yet personal, and took the time to meet with us several times before the Big Day to be sure she could capture exactly what we wanted. The photos were exquisite and delivered in a timely manner - two weeks before their contracted delivery date. Can’t recommend enough!!!

We are so happy that we chose to use Timeless Carolinas for our wedding photography and videography! Both the photographer and videographer were easy to work with, listened to any ideas we had about photos or poses, and made it easier for two camera shy people to have great pictures to remember our special day. We added two extra hours to our wedding package to make sure everything went smoothly, but we ended up ahead of schedule and everything turned out great! Would definitely recommend using Timeless Carolinas.

Pros- Did a good job with the quality of content and communication. Cons- They sent over our photos and we realized they left out about half of them. Took 3 times to get all of our photos, prolonging the process. Also, I think they forgot to mic me up in our vows because in our video I sound like I am underwater and my husband sounds clear.

Everyone was kind and professional. When problems arises it was quickly resolved. I do believe the price you pay is what you get. I wish we could have gotten the lights off in time to get better shots and video of people dancing. That way we could have gotten more out of the end video like the glow sticks and the smoke canon. Overall enjoyed working with Eric and Angela.

The team was always available when I had questions, and they worked with us when our wedding plans changed. They got our full wedding gallery back to us in less than a month too, which was such an awesome surprise!
