Kim is PHENOMENAL. My sister and I have been going to her for years- anytime I need a hem she is my go-to. I have always known that she specializes in wedding dresses (and her husband specializes in tuxedos and suits- together they make a GREAT team) so as soon as I bought my dress I already knew that when it was time to take my wedding dress to get altered I would take it to Kim. I also had my mother-in-law and all of my bridesmaids drop their dresses off to her as well. As expected, she did an amazing job. What I like best about Kim is that she will do whatever it takes to get the job done to your satisfaction. She takes care of her customers whole-heartedly as she knows how important this part of the wedding process is. As a former bride, I know that this type of assurance is few and far between and her customer service is definitely worth acknowledging. Thank you, Kim!
