We were referred by a friend that had recently booked Toast for their wedding, and let me just say I am so glad we took their advice. We booked and built a package to include a photographer (Aleisha), a DJ (Horace) and the photobooth and none of these disappointed. We were able to communicate as much as we needed to with Toast and with our photographer and DJ. They were quick to respond and very easy to work with. They took all our notes from the forms we filled in and made our day a very special one. The photographs came out beautifully, I have so many favorites. Our dance floor was never empty, we danced the entire night. And the photobooth was a lot of fun, the props were great and we just all had do much fun with it. I cannot recommend them enough!

We worked with DJ broddrick and we love him! he was very good at all things communication in the month leading up to us to the wedding. he never made me feel like and inconvenience for asking questions and during the day of he went to work and i wasn’t bothered at all. he did a great job with all of the special moments like walking down the aisle, dances and reception.

For our big outdoor Indian wedding in Wimberly,Tx, we worked with Toast Entertainment and DJ Gerald over our special weekend. We had a wonderful experience! Toast was very accommodating with the equipment we needed and with the last minute changes thrown our way! The prices were very reasonable and fair and allowed us to go all out! One of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding! Booking Toast Entertainment for our DJ and photo booth package was hands down one of the best choices we made. From start to finish, everything was seamless and beyond expectations. Reno, our DJ, was an absolute rockstar. He handled both our wedding reception and the day-after boat party, and let me tell you—he nailed it. The equipment setup was top-notch with ample speakers, lights, and microphones. Reno followed our playlist perfectly, read the room like a pro, and had our guests on the dance floor all night. He really listened during our intake call and delivered on some very unique requests, which meant a lot to us. We even had a looming chance of rain for the boat party, and Reno handled the situation like a true champ. He overcommunicated with us and brought so much peace of mind in the midst of weather worries—exactly what you need during a potentially stressful situation. As for the photo booth—it was such a hit! Our guests loved it, and the attendant was professional, friendly, and on top of everything. Great props, smooth setup, and awesome memories captured. Truly, Toast Entertainment exceeded all expectations. The team was professional, personable, and just got it. I’d recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or event. Working with Toast was a breeze and we’re so happy we had William B. as our DJ. First, Toast has a cool online portal where you can categorize your song recommendations into must play, do not play, etc. and then you let the DJ naturally do their thing the day of. Second, we appreciated William’s insights on how to best use the space in our wedding venue beforehand, because it worked perfectly. The ceremony music went off without a hitch, microphones for speeches were great, the Toast uplights throughout our venue looked fantastic, and the dance floor music was chef’s kiss! We highly, highly recommend using Toast and you’ll be lucky to have William as your DJ!

We booked Toast for our wedding this past weekend, and everything went great! We went with the DJ and photo booth package. Our DJ, Isaiah, and our photo booth operator, Eric, were great! Isaiah was great at announcing our wedding and keeping the party going! He would periodically check in with us to keep us updated on what was next, which I appreciated. Eric was very kind and had a smile on his face every time I saw him. Additionally, I felt like I had a million questions leading up to my wedding. Toast was always great at responding quickly and answering all my questions. Prices are reasonable as well. I'd definitely recommend them!

Alex Torres was our DJ and we could not have asked for a better experience. He was super genuine and easy to communicate with. We had a pretty specific playlist, and he knocked it out of the park. He played every single song we absolutely wanted to hear, along with some others he threw in that were right on theme with the others we had chosen! It was pretty cold and windy on our wedding night, but Alex had a smile on his face the whole time. He really kept the party going! My father in law wanted to sing a few songs and play guitar, and Alex was so accommodating. We brought the guitar and an amp, and Alex had a microphone and everything else we could’ve needed. It was super special. I even had a ton of our guests approach me throughout the night saying what an awesome DJ we had. 10/10 would recommend Alex for any event if you want to have a great time. Thank you Alex!!

Will was an awesome DJ! He responded to the crowd's energy so well, keeping things exciting when everyone was high-energy, and slowing things down as guests got tired. His timing was perfect, and his song transitions felt effortless.

Alex Torres was the DJ at our wedding and we had the BEST time! Alex was super professional and helpful before and during the wedding. Everything went so smoothly and I had guests all night long compliment the music choices. Really could not have asked for better service through TOAST, so seamless and would highly recommend for any event!

I booked toast for DJ and Photobooth. First off i want to say some of these mistakes could have been caught by a better wedding planner/day of cordinator but they werent and left me disapointed. I do love the clear pricing toast has on their website and also love that their staff is very communative through the process getting back to me asap. I also love that most of the planning can be done on the website! For the DJ - He did great for the pre ceremony, ceremony, and dinner. There was some quiet moments where i thought he couldve put on some very quiet background music like when he was asking people to join us on the dance floor or announcing certain things at the wedding. Our dinner went on longer than expected and he started playing some of the songs i picked out for the dancing portion which i was a little disapointed about. Once the dancing portion did start he had played most of the english music i had chosen out and played almost all spanish music. I was wanting a good mix so everyone would feel included since my wedding was quite diverse. Also after our last dance song he started packing up right away. He was supposed to play us an exit song and our grand exit was done with none. I had even picked out a particular song for that moment as well. Our wedding also ended earlier than planned so this was not because of a timing issue. Photobooth - The photobooth the photos turned out super cute and nice quality. I did order a guest book to be made and they did not bring it. (they would take a copy of the photo strip and have guest sign next to the ohotos in some kind of scrapbook thing they provide) It was not noticed till the end of the wedding and this one thing is the thing that really disapoints me as its something that is irreplaceable. They refunded me for the book and still sent me one with all the photos for free and refunded me for my custom template as for the mistake. I also do not like the props they brought. A lot of my guest wanted to be batman i guess so i have a lot of batman pictures instead of cute pictures of my guests cute faces. I would suggest not using their provided props it was alot and looked messy in my smaller venue.

This company has got it all but I was most excited for their DJ services. Not only are they affordable on the market today, they have some of the nicest and most wonderful staff. From concierge who assisted in the planning process, to Broddrick, our DJ/emcee for the day were spot on in making our day magical. The sound cues were awesome! The energy was exactly right, everyone had a great time and that was because of them. My only critique was that we had an extending version of our first dance song and it was the original that played instead but in spite of that the wedding was overall a wonderful experience!!!

We found a DJ and photobooth operator for our wedding through Toast. They provided outstanding service during our wedding. From the beginning, the Toast team set proper expectations and provided an easy website to prepare for the event. The music and atmosphere created by the DJ was perfect. The seamless transitions and the ability to adapt to the flow of the evening was truly appreciated. Our guests also had a fantastic time with the photo booth! The quality of the photos, the fun props, and the overall experience added an extra layer of joy to the celebration. It was a huge hit with everyone! The photobooth operator made it extremely use and provided physical photos in real time. Overall, the Toast team's professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication helped ensure everything went smoothly. I would recommend them to anybody looking to bundle multiple services for their wedding and save the headache of looking for invidual vendors.

Toast Entertainment came recommended from my wedding planner and I had seen so many positive reviews on The Knot. Their team was a breeze to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a DJ anywhere in Texas, in Long Island or in New Orleans. I really loved being able to communicate with the concierge and use the planning form. I was able to make changes to length of time and mic requirements or add lights after the initial deposit, which was great for flexibility since I booked a year in advance. Bruce worked with us on our wedding day and he was a wonderful addition to the day. He was extremely communicative via email and our phone call before the wedding was a great introduction. He had 25 years of DJ experience and aligned with me on the mission of getting everyone on the dance floor and keeping the energy high. He created a great mix for the wedding and all of our guests were dancing having an amazing time throughout the night. If you need any further endorsement of how fun the music was, my brother dropped it too low and ripped his pants. Can't recommend them enough!

We absolutely loved DJ Trevin!!! He did a great job helping mediate our reception and did excellent work with both ceremony and reception. I was able to voice my concerns on my entrance song during the ceremony for timing, and he did a great job listening and working with us. We were able to give him a playlist of songs and he did an amazing job of mixing them and finding other music that best fit the vibes! We would recommend him to anyone! Thanks, Mr. & Mrs. Lee

Toast Entertainment was everything we wanted out of our entertainment vendor! The communication with the team was great, always provided timely responses, and answered all of our questions throughout the year leading up to our wedding. Mike, our DJ, was phenomenal! He was the perfect blend of chill and fun, keeping our dance floor packed all night. He seamlessly incorporated our music requests, creating a high-energy atmosphere. The ceremony music was flawless, and we were thrilled he captured candid photos for us! The photobooth was a huge hit with our guests, thanks to the fun props and goofy vibe. We loved receiving the full online album and video recordings of the photos – it's been so much fun reliving the night. We highly recommend Toast, Mike and the photobooth services for a guaranteed good time!

We had a tight budget and I really liked that the photobooth was included for the entire event. I had read really good reviews and booked, however, found quite a few bad after. I was sooo glad to stick with them as we had an amazing experience. We were assigned Isaiah as our DJ...he was absolutely phenomenal. Our timeline got off track due to delays in pictures and he seamlessly transitioned through everything. Communication was amazing and nobody knew we got rid of several things as the night went on. I was most concerned about having a boring wedding as the two most boring people were getting married, and he had people on the dance floor the entire night and every single person still talks about how it was the most fun they have had at a wedding. Carsyn was our photobooth attendant as she was amazing as well. She was super nice, always available, held on to our strips until the end of the evening so we didn't have to worry about another thing on top of all the craziness of the wedding.

We had an amazing experience with DJ Aaron through Toast Entertainment! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. While I was initially worried about not knowing our DJ until a month before, the online form and communication process made everything easy and seamless. Aaron did an incredible job keeping the dance floor packed all night! He read the crowd perfectly, played a great mix of songs, and created an amazing atmosphere. So many of our guests raved about the music at the end of the night!

The Toast's portal allows for a clear planning of the event and I am grateful for that. We got matched a month before the wedding with DJ Aaron - he was very communicative the week before our party and we had a really nice chat on the phone Tuesday before the event. He requested some songs for artists he was unfamiliar with and we spoke about guests being able to make song requests (except for 2 songs we did not want played). The day of the event, he set up for the separate ceremony area and cocktail area seamlessly and provided great sound for our ceremony and cocktail hour. He announced for the gathering to shift locations and it was all seamless! Grateful for all that hard work. He checked in with us about our first dance and cut out at the right time! He was also super helpful releasing the tables for dinner and helping out with the speeches. To be honest, the only thing that felt "off" about the evening was that any time a family member or friend made a request for a song, it seemed like an inconvenience for him and he told several guests to "have the bride" come request it after they had made several failed requests. When I approached to request the song, he seemed frazzled and told me he could not look it up - I offered to help show him the song and he said no that he could not do it. He seemed frustrated and inconvenienced by this exchange and never ended up playing the songs. Last note is that during a "must play" song for us - everyone was singing and grooving on the dance floor to "Zombies" by the Cranberries (it's a huge favorite amongst my family and friends) DJ Aaron switched the song off right in the middle of it (and I mean almost everyone was singing and dancing to it at this point) - just felt like a strange thing/time to do that considering the entire dance floor was singing and dancing to it - a "read the room" sort of situation. The timing/communication blips were the only notes, but ultimately nothing hugely detrimental to our big day! Everything else about the experience went very well and by no means did he do a bad job, but these things were noticed by us and by several of our guests so I feel it may be appropriate to bring up here! The photo booth and the attendant Emmah were a huge hit! Emmah handled the chaos well and the guests as well as my husband and I enjoyed the booth SO much! The photos are a favorite for us to look back on the evening and see all our loved ones together and having fun. Grateful for this service and Emmah's hard work too!

We used Toast to book our wedding DJ. DJ Alex was nothing short amazing!! Our guests were dancing all night long and kept coming up to us to tell us how fun our wedding was. We owe this largely to Alex. He did a great job at selecting songs and keeping our guests entertained. Victor and I were both so happy we chose Alex to DJ our wedding.

Communication with Toast was fantastic every step of the way. The forms they have were easy to fill out. I'd like to note that the song I picked down to walk down the aisle to was a very obscure cover and they had no issues tracking it down. The DJ, Robbie, also did a great job reading the room and playing music geared more towards the older crowd earlier in the evening and then switched it to more modern music later in the night. We got so many compliments about the music! We also booked a photo booth and people loved it. The price was very reasonable and I loved that I could access all the photos online afterwards.

Toast was communicative from the start, and when we began working with our DJ Robbie directly, we had an even more wonderful experience. Robbie clearly knew what he was doing, and he gave us great recommendations for the progression of our reception/dancing music. I am so thankful for the role that Robbie and the Toast team played on our wedding day. I recommend this company to anyone looking for an Austin-area wedding DJ.

DJ Greg - There are just now enough words to say how much I appreciated Greg. He went above & beyond in so many ways. He arrived early and helped me think through things like table placement, guest comfort & so many other things. He kept things moving perfectly throughout the evening and I never had to remind him or even keep up with the timeline. What a gift he was!! I was a wedding planner for a time and if I had known Greg, I would have wanted him at EVERY wedding I did. He's kind, funny, and just a perfect DJ & event organizer. Toast entertainment found us our perfect DJ and MC William Brown who understood exactly what we were looking for and set the perfect soundtrack for our big day. The packages through Toast were affordable and allowed me to have all of the add-ons I didn't think I could afford. Plus the planning portal was easy to use and even helped me pick my song for my father daughter dance. I definitely recommend Toast and especially William Brown

Super helpful from start to finish. Their planning forms were super helpful. They were flexible and accommodating with all of our requests and guests during the event. Anthony was one of the best DJs I’ve ever worked with for anything! He had a great idea of what to play to keep our guests entertained. Diana was so sweet at the Photo Booth, she made our guests have fun and relax with silly photos. Would strongly recommend this company.

We were going with a different DJ service, but they fell through, if they hadn't we would've never found Toast Entertainment! Toast Entertainment were super easy to work with and they were able to make our wedding dreams come true. We had DJ Ramone and Vance work our reception and they were amazing. They helped keep the party going and the karaoke was perfect! Speaking of karaoke, y'all need to start having karaoke at y'alls wedding receptions! It was so much fun and DJ Ramone and Vance were so kind and supportive the entire night.

We had Robbie for our Mehndi and Sangeet event, and we could not have asked for a more professional, flexible and energetic DJ! Robbie took on DJing our Indian wedding events like a true pro, and perfectly mixed together our requests for English and Indian party songs. This meant the world to us and our families. He kept the dancefloor alive all night and was an incredible emcee. One of the most common things we heard from our guests after the event was "Your DJ was awesome!" Without Robbie, the event wouldn't have been half as fun and special as it was. We would absolutely recommend working with the Toast team, and specifically Robbie. We might be biased, but I'd go as far as saying that Robbie is probably the best DJ in town. If you haven't booked him yet, what are you waiting for?

We went through Toast for our wedding planner, DJ, and reception photographer! Avalon was our DJ, and he asked helpful questions during our planning calls and made sure to include all of our special songs! He did a great job of timing the music and announcements throughout the night. Steve captured our candid moments with family and friends and paid special attention to lighting and placement. We love our photos! We enjoyed working with the entire team, and the Toast Concierge team was very responsive to our emails throughout the process. Thanks, Toast! :)

Toast was my DJ for my wedding on September 7th. I paid additional money to have them there for the ceremony to play the entrance music. He was there and set up- but no music was played AT ALL during the ceremony. Super bummed that I walked down the aisle to the sound of NOTHING. Feel like they stole my money by requesting I pay more to have them there for that part to do nothing. The rest of the night was fine.

Toast was absolutely fantastic to work with and one of the more affordable DJs in the Austin area we could find. Our DJ, Will, was incredible. At our pre-wedding call, we went over the music we wanted to hear during the reception and he delivered 100%. Our guests were raving at how much fun the music selection was. Moreover, the team at Toast in Austin is incredibly responsive and transparent throughout the process. I couldn't recommend Toast enough!

Our DJ Trevin was incredible! We danced all night and the dancefloor was never empty. Toast Entertainment provided us with an online planning tool where we could provide as little or as much input for song selections as we wanted. We even created Spotify playlists and shared them with our DJ. The communication was great. They were recommended to us by our venue and we're so thankful. Everyone told us they had a blast and it was the most fun they had at a wedding. We provided a handful of must play songs and DJ Trevin took on the rest and he killed it! We highly recommend them. He took care of us from ceremony, to cocktail hour, and then reception. It was such a fun night. He was aligned with our coordinator and made all the necessary announcements as well. He was awesome!

We hired Toast Entertainment for the DJ services for our wedding and we had a really great experience. Communication was easy from the start. I really loved how transparent the website was and how many different options there were. Eric G. was our DJ and it was a perfect fit. The dashboard makes it really easy to upload playlists, write out important songs and announcements. But even better was the call we had with Eric about a month out from our wedding. He was very helpful, kind and listened to everything we asked for. He made sure to check in during the weeks and days leading up to the wedding - I was positive everything would go well. And it did! We had musicians and a lapel mic for our priest during the ceremony - all super smooth. The reception was a BLAST. Eric knew exactly how to keep the dance floor going. We had family bring guitars and sing for a while and he was so accommodating and helpful with that. Everything went off without a hitch and Eric was a super positive part of our whole day's experience. Would definitely hire Toast again.

Toast Entertainment is very easy to work with and their client portal is simple and easy to use. We had a bit of trouble with my DJ showing up late to our reception, which set things back a bit, but we were able to switch things in our schedule around to make up for it, which is why I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5. Our DJ did a good job at following our choices, but also did a good job at reading the crowd on what people were wanting to dance to and stepped out of our selections a bit, which I said he could totally do! Other than our DJ showing up late, I'd recommend Toast Entertainment for a couple that is wanting a simple process and is also looking for a reasonable price!

Robbie was awesome, for all of the reasons. He showed up on time, he was professional, he communicated with us throughout the entire process, and he catered to our desires - he played the songs we wanted, kept the volume level where we wanted, and meshed the songs together really well. Honestly, it was a fantastic experience. My wife is a wedding and event planner and has planned and attended over 100 weddings, and she said this was by far one of her best experiences with a DJ. 10/10 would recommend.

We got married this past weekend and I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Toast for the incredible, personalized service from our very first contact right through to our wedding day. Everything was top-notch! I have to give a special shoutout to our DJ, Kenny Young. Kenny was the epitome of professionalism and what I would consider a top-tier DJ. During our planning meeting, he meticulously walked me through every detail, from how he would make announcements to ensuring the exact pronunciation of everyone's names. Kenny also showed great enthusiasm for our music selections and complimented the dance floor bangers I’d chosen! He was also incredibly accommodating when we expressed our desire to have the event outdoors in a field, assuring us there would be no issues with power or logistics. On the day of the wedding, Kenny's service exceeded every expectation. He arrived exactly when he said he would, set up seamlessly, and everything—from the mics to the speakers to the uplighting—was perfect. Every guest raved about how fantastic he was and how incredible the playlist turned out to be. A few guests even asked me to get the playlist from him because it was just that good! Kenny’s mixing skills, transitioning one song to the next, kept the energy high all night. His talents truly made our wedding a huge success. The toast entertainment was an absolute GEM! I loved how easy it was to plan out all of the wedding details on their website. I also added all the songs we wanted. Then they sent over a whole schedule which helped me and my coordinator so MUCH! We had Isiah as a DJ and he was amazing. He brought really great energy and planned the music that was fitting the vibe. He stayed on top of scheduling and any request I had he did it but with his own beautiful twist. I would recommend toast entertainment for everyone and I will definitely be booking them for any other special occasion!

I think our wedding truly wouldn’t have been the same without our DJ! Alex T. was the most amazing DJ and our dance floor was FULL the entire night! He beautifully delivered each announcement in both English and Spanish, and blended the different music to represent both cultures.
