The venue staff and vendors start interrupting you while you get your hair and makeup done to ask you questions, someone is late so you have to track them down....Instead of relaxing and soaking in the magic of your wedding day, you're stressed and frazzled. There is a very simple solution...hire an experienced day of coordinator! Today's the Day is a day-of wedding and event coordination service in Greenwood, IN, and surrounding areas (Indianapolis, Central Indiana, and Southern Indiana). The company is owned and operated by Jasmine Forrester and has been in business since 2021. What makes Today's the Day different from other day-of coordination vendors is that from the moment that you hire her, Jasmine will be there every step of the way. She will begin meeting with you right away and helping you to build the wedding of your dreams. You will work together for months, instead of just the month of the wedding. Jasmine's primary goal is to create a seamless experience for everyone she works with, where partners-to-be and their family can sit back, relax, and enjoy their special day. Weddings are one of life's most important milestones, and Jasmine has the expertise to make yours memorable with comprehensive support before and especially on your wedding day. Today's the Day offers a basic package that includes day-of wedding coordination, rehearsal (ceremony) planning and execution, as well as meetings leading up to your wedding day. Jasmine also helps you create a vendor contact form, your timeline, and reviews contracts to ensure you'll have everything you need to experience the day of your dreams. Although specializing in weddings, Jasmine is available for other events and has years of experience in event planning. Please note that Today's the Day does not offer full event planning. Decorating and help tearing down the venue are not included unless added onto the basic package. Additional charges may apply if more than 30 miles from Greenwood, IN. Today's the Day only employees one person, so if you pick the add-ons then you will be responsible to provide additional assistance with decorating/tear-down. Failure to do so will not allow your day-of coordinator to provide their basic services. This is a decoration only service, and will not include set-up of tables, chairs, etc.
