r me. As someone who rarely wears makeup, I was at a loss for what I should do for my big day. Krista was able to give me the perfect look without making it look like I was caked in makeup and went out of her way to work with my schedule. My makeup was subtle, yet elegant and was exactly what I was looking for. Cathy did an amazing job on my hair. At the trial, she was very meticulous and worked at it until I was completely happy with what I had. She took example photos and made them better on the big day. The Total Image team went above and beyond to be accommodating to my schedule. They also have a big enough team to adequately get everyone's hair and makeup done well and in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Christa and her team for any event. I know in the future they are my top choice.

star is because we were unaware of the $15 up-charge for having long hair….until each girl sat down to get their hair done. And anything past your shoulders basically counted as “long hair”. It wasn’t a big deal but we weren’t told ahead of time that was going to be a thing so nobody came prepared with more money that’s all! So we had to venmo. But besides that everything turned out beautiful!

One tip is to be prepared to have tips prepared separately for each person (versus one tip all together) on the day-of, that will be easier.

looking like myself, I was SO happy to discover Total Image. They were easy to communicate with, listened to my hair + make-up preferences and definitely delivered on wedding day. I loved that they use air brush foundation (feels incredibly light and looks super natural - exactly what I was looking for!) and traveled to our getting ready spot, for a very reasonable price, too. Eight ladies, including myself, got their hair + make-up done and not only did it look so professional, but everything was wrapped up on schedule and just in time for our pictures. I'm so thankful for this team and all the effort they put in to make us feel BEAUTIFUL!!

But Christa put me at ease, her website's gallery was comprehensive (I noticed other east Asian brides in her gallery and they looked stunning), and her pricing was the most reasonable amongst all the hair and makeup teams I spoke to. Before I signed with Christa, I spoke to her on the phone. But after the call, naturally I had questions I forgot to ask, so I texted her. She was prompt and responded to text messages within a few hours, which is awesome. Scheduling the hair and makeup trial was relatively easy; her team is very efficient and accommodated my difficult schedule. They were able to schedule me on a Saturday afternoon after they finished other weddings in the morning. On the day of, her team showed up on time and were finished within the estimated time of 2 hours. (4 stylists, doing 5 bridesmaids + 1 bride). My bridesmaids all felt pampered and they loved their looks! For the most part, my bridesmaids and I are not normally makeup-wearers and hair-doers and have trouble describing how we like to look. We just showed the team pictures of celebrities we want to look like and the team did a great job working off of those! I highly recommend Christa and her team!

, and they were punctual for the wedding day appointment and finished ahead of time. The monetary value of the package system is reasonably priced in comparison to any local competitors. Plus they travel to you if that is what you need. The only reason I cannot give a full 5 stars to the business is because it was difficult to set up the initial trial appointment and their responsiveness to questions was not within the same day because they are in such a high demand. So if you have time and patience at your disposal, they are worth the wait.

They were able to get 5 women's hair and makeup services done in under 2 hours and made sure everyone had exactly what they wanted. The quality of their products is also unmatched - my airbrush makeup needed no touch ups throughout the night! I also want to mention that their prices and beyond fair when you are comparing with others. I would use this team again in a heartbeat!

I didn’t do a trial because of so many moving parts & changing details due to COVID, but they were still able to do my hair and makeup exactly the way I wanted. I brought my own hairpiece, and they were able to use it without any problem. All my girls showed the artist an "inspiration pic" and everyone was pleased with their final results! The $10 lashes are WORTH IT. They are comfortable, lightweight, and really help finish the look. Their team was professional and friendly and took several safety precautions. For 8 bridesmaids, 1 mother of the bride, and 1 bride, we had 2 makeup artists and 2 hair stylists. They were so efficient, but took their time to make sure everybody felt beautiful. My bridal party looked absolutely GORGEOUS. Our hair and makeup lasted the entire day, and it was a hot one! Fantastic service at a fantastic price.

well! I went for a trial (that I also loved) a few months back, and Jen (hair) and Alex (make up) used the photo I had to create the exact look for my day of! Unfortunately, my husband and I had to plan our wedding three times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. But each time, Christa and her team were so flexible and accommodating to our ever changing plans and numbers of people wanting to get their hair and make up done. For the third and final plan, Christa and her team went above and beyond and took a three hour trip from their home base to come do our hair and make up for the wedding day! Thank you all so much, you did a beautiful job, were ahead of the schedule you gave me in terms of getting everyone done on time, and were even fun to hang out with on the morning of my wedding day.
