This was the best service and recommend it!
We rented a limousine for the Elton John concert, went for dinner and drinks afterwards and had a great time. The limousine was even better than we imagined, and the driver was gracious and accommodating. It was nice to sit back, relax and not have to worry about all the traffic around the concert. Excellent service!
This was my first time using Transcity Limos and I will definitely use them again in the near future. The price point was amazing, right in the middle from all the quotes we got from other companies which was great because the limos we rented were new, clean, and beautifully maintained. The driver took care of us, kept cleaning the limo when we got out and before we returned and was very personable. These little touches went a long way. Highly recommend.

I reserved a limo over the phone on September 18th, 2022 with Transcity limos. I was told it was $125 per hour and a 3 hour minimum. I was told I would receive an email confirmation. A few weeks later I called concerned since I never received a confirmation and asked for a breakdown. I was told I should have received one and that they would send a breakdown. I never received any breakdown. The day of event when guests were arriving I found out about a $264 upcharge for “chauffeur and fuel”. With the event started and now past the cancellation window I contacted transcity limos about not being aware of these charges. I was told I should have received a confirmation email and they “don’t know why I didn’t receive it”. They have yet to provide any proof or solution for this. They upcharged $264 that was never explained and the only thing more shocking than this was the service we received when calling about charges that we not specified. Along with feeling cheated, the customer service we received from CYNTHIA was disturbing. Misdirection and attacks on our character is what we received as a response. Here is Cynthia's response to us not receiving the reservation which we asked for and were told we would receive.
"Why you did not receive your reservation is not for me to figure out".
There are many more reviews on other sites with a similar experience. Enjoy your day and avoid this Company.
I will start this by saying my driver and the limo itself were great. Everything else was terrible. Booked back in September and was told a flat rate fee per hour ($99/hour). Was told there would be a fuel surcharge but never stated how much, despite asking multiple times. Was eventually told I would get a price breakdown in my email confirmation. Never got a confirmation email and ended up calling multiple times to try and get one, which I didn’t get until the day before my wedding. My credit card was charged the week leading up to my wedding, nearly DOUBLE what they originally told me. Went back and forth with one of their employees, Cynthia, multiple times, who stated I was told about the total price but could never provide proof. I know for a fact I was never told that price or else I never would have booked it. Asked to have a manger call me multiple times, which never happened. Eventually they stopped responding to my emails all together. The worst possible customer service I’ve ever experienced. Save your money and wedding, and book with someone else.
