signed vendors. We ended up choosing the platinum package which included DJ, wedding planning, photography, and a photo booth. We also chose to use Trivino for our florals as well. Having so many services within one company made the communication and planning so much easier. Andrew, Maria, Rain, Denise, Elise, Andres, Veronica, and Carina were all amazing. I didn't think I needed a planner and now that my wedding is past, I cannot imagine having to organize the day-of without Rain and everything he did to help make it both memorable and stress-free for me. So many people from my family commented on how awesome he was in directing everything and keeping everyone on track. Andrew was our DJ. He was fantastic and created such a lovely atmosphere throughout the entire ceremony and reception. Elise was my photographer for the day and I absolutely loved her. She made sure that I got every shot I wanted and focused on what was most important to me. The floral team did an amazing job and every item was even more beautiful than I expected. Everyone absolutely loved the girls at the photo booth and I cannot begin to explain how much joy I got looking through those photos the next day. My husband and I chose to complete the pre-marital counseling course and I strongly recommend you consider it. We appreciate the experience we had and cherish the hours we got to spend with Ms. Yolanda reflecting on our relationship and strengthening our bond. I truly cannot say enough positive things about this company or their employees. Every single person that I had the pleasure of interacting with made my wedding day so much more special and memorable.

I spent plenty of time filling out the survey and timeline to make our DJ aware of our music taste, timeline, etc. I spoke with a member of their staff to clarify the DJ and photobooth details a few weeks ahead of the wedding. The week of the wedding, our original DJ was replaced with someone else. I understand things happen, but this put some stress on us since it was so late notice. I spoke to the new DJ, ensured he had our playlists and it was fine. The day of our wedding, the replacement DJ called in sick. They sent a DJ we had never met or spoken to. He clearly was not brought up to speed based on how the rest of the night went. Our reception was half inside (dinner) and the other outside (dancefloor). This information was made clear in the timeline. The DJ had all day to set up speakers for both spaces, but was running around trying to connect a speaker inside about 5 minutes before our toasts at dinner. He could not get it working. After much struggle, they finally just had to open the doors to the outside and use the dancefloor set up speakers from outside. It was hard to hear, the mic kept disconnecting, and it was truly terrible. This entire debacle put us off our planned timeline by 30 minutes. He did not play any of my chosen music for cocktail hour/dinner. Our coordinator basically had to babysit the DJ all night to keep him on schedule with the timeline. Without our coordinator, this entire night would have went up in flames. After dinner, the DJ thankfully did play songs from my playlist. The dancefloor was redeeming. The photobooth was set up with the wrong backdrop (despite me speaking with staff weeks before about what I wanted), and I had to ask them to correct it during the wedding. As a cherry on top, the printer for our promised photos ran out of ink after printing ONE photo. None of our guests got printed copies, and they were also never sent out through text as promised. I had to share the digital versions with everyone after the fact. After all this, the Trivino staff made no effort to expedite getting our photos to us until we contacted the owner directly. We were told we'd have to wait until Monday after the wedding when they "got the equipment." Overall, both the services we hired were severely unprepared and disappointing. I'd recommend hiring a service where you're guaranteed a specific DJ -- it's worth the extra few dollars. Trust me!
