Based in Knoxville, TN, Trois Soeurs Charcuterie et Chocolat (which translates to "Three Sisters") is more than just a culinary business and wedding caterer. This is a celebration of family, heritage, and the art of creating meaningful connections through food. Founded by the youngest of three sisters, our name pays homage to the bond we share as siblings and the inspiration we draw from family. As the youngest sister and the heart behind this venture, I've carried this love of community and creativity into every board we create. Our story is deeply intertwined with the next generation as well. My youngest daughter (of also three sisters), Natalia, works closely with me, infusing every creation with her youthful energy and passion for bringing joy to others. Together, we craft exquisite charcuterie and chocolate boards that nourish not just the body but also the soul.
