We cannot say enough about Ultimate rentals. We had a backyard wedding and rented tents, tables, chairs. As the date approached the weather forecast changed so we had to make several changes to our initial rental plans-due to colder temps and light rain we added more tents, sidewalls, heaters. We worked with Don “no problem” Sears who was helpful from the beginning. He and the rest of the sales staff made useful suggestions and were so accommodating and friendly. The set up crew was exceptional and went above and beyond to insure that our guests would be comfortable. Highly recommend.

Super easy to work with and everything looked great. They delivered everything as scheduled, had a whole crew for set up, and were very communicative throughout the process. We really loved working with them and found them to be WAY more reasonably priced than other rental companies in the area. They didn’t have a “wedding tax”, which allowed us to actually get the look we wanted at a price we could afford.

Found these guys in my giant search for getting quality rental equipment without over-spending. A chair is a chair, right? These guys price matched every other company I had received a quote from. And were super-competitive with the pipe and drape, which is already pretty expensive. Martin was really responsive to my emails. Delivery was very reasonable. The chairs they sent were also very good, I didn't notice any that were damaged or dirty. Also glad that they were not pushing in trying to get me to rent a bunch of stuff I didn't want or need. I only wish they had high-chair rentals and booster seat rentals for kids, which I think is a must for the wedding industry. However, I was able to rent those through my caterer instead, so it was not a big deal.
