Wow, we would have been lost without Urban Allure on our wedding day. Niela was absolutely incredible to work with. She was calm, professional, organized, and made sure that everything was handled. She checked up on me throughout the day in such a perfect amount, mixing up coming up to me vs giving me a thumbs up or down from across the room. Although we invested in Day Of, Niela was available right from signing, often providing recommendations, offering to hop on a call, and provided me with a checklist to stay on top of what was needed. Right before the wedding, when meeting with vendors for a final meeting, Niela not only joined but organized these. Thank you Niela! We would’ve been lost without you!

It was truly a joy to work with Nicole when planning our wedding. Although we went with the Partial Planning package, Nicole and her team went above and beyond the services offered. On a personal level, Nicole was the perfect amount of excited and chill — she understood our personalities and knew how to match us well. When we were getting tired of planning, her genuine enthusiasm helped motivate us and find excitement in the little things. When we were stressed, especially in the final month, Nicole spread calm and took command of potential obstacles. Nicole’s vast vendor network was invaluable throughout the process. She provided short lists after understanding what we were looking for. Having Nicole’s endorsement made each decision much easier; her years of experience in the industry really showed when speaking with the vendors themselves, who clearly knew her well and enjoyed working with her. Nicole and her team managed the lead-up to and day of the wedding seamlessly. Nicole made sure to have all vendors contact her instead of us in the final week before the wedding, which was a huge relief. When a few last minute issues came up, Nicole had largely resolved everything before even needing to involve us. We had our ceremony in the suburbs and the reception in the city, which was much more logistically challenging, but the UAE team did not skip a beat. They went above and beyond in offering to help with all aspects of the weekend’s events (like rehearsal dinner recommendations); they were very patient and understanding with worried family members at the rehearsal and on wedding day. Niela assisted Nicole the day-of — although she hadn’t been involved in planning, she was fantastic and didn’t miss anything. She had a calm and collected manner — not only was she organized and clear about the day’s logistics, she also brought warmth and excitement prior to the ceremony. Overall, Nicole and Niela made the day stress-free so that we could focus on enjoying all aspects of our wedding day. We were pleasantly surprised by the small touches that truly went above and beyond. Nicole checked us into our hotel before the reception; she noticed my hair needed pinning before the first dance; Niela mastered the complex bustle on my dress; Nicole had a box of desserts set aside for us at the end of the night. These generous and thoughtful gestures were also noticed by our family members, who sang UAE’s praises after interacting with them on wedding day. Highly recommend Team UAE!

My wife and I worked with Nicole and Niela for our Sept. 2023 wedding in Chicago, and there's no way we could have pulled off such an amazing wedding day without them. When we started the planning process in earnest (the only thing we had locked in when we began working with Urban Allure was our venue + date), we didn't even know what we didn't know. As it turns out, that was a lot! But from our earliest conversations, Nicole — and, later on, Niela — were both incredibly thoughtful as they worked to get to know us and what we wanted for our wedding day, down to the smallest details. We had a great experience working with Urban Allure! We booked about 2 years in advance because we had a very long engagement and unfortunately our first planner left the company about a year into our planning experience, but that turned out to be a good thing in the long run because we were able to work with Ellie! Ellie is so incredibly kind and helpful. She put up with my millions of emails and various stresses and I felt so confident fully handing over the reins of control on my wedding day thanks to her. I truly did not have to worry about a thing the day of. She was there to help us keep on schedule, she was there to wipe the grass stains off of my dress (it was like magic!), she was there to feed my wedding party granola bars when they got hungry pre-ceremony and provide bandaids for blisters. She had everything you could think of and more in her emergency kit and when the evening was over, I still didn't have to worry about a thing as she got everything out of the venue and where it needed to go. The morning after I asked if someone had gotten x, and where was y? Ellie had it handled. She even coordinated a keyboard drop off with my in-laws the week after the wedding as we headed out of the country for our honeymoon. Working with Ellie (and Allison for the day of!) was such a wonderful experience! From the planning calls where I asked for very specific or silly things, to changing my mind about something the day before, to receiving my maid of honor's virtual speech at midnight the night before, Ellie was always a calming, helpful presence. I would work with her again any time!

We worked with Gina from Urban Allure Events and could not have nicer things to say abut Gina and UAE. We were so happy with the support provided and the process. If you need a wedding planner - work with Gina and Urban Allure Events! Gina was the ABSOLUTE best!! I cannot say enough good things about her - she kept me sane throughout my entire wedding planning process and kept everything running so smoothly. She was incredibly professional but also so sweet, fun, genuine, and amazing to work with. Our wedding was the best day of our lives, and I know it wouldn't have been what it was without all of the hard work Gina and her team did to make it all possible. The two assistants Gina brought in for the day, Cynthia and Alison, were also AMAZING! They kept everything moving and organized, and kept our wedding party of 26 people in check! :) I cannot recommend them enough! :)

Ellie and the Urban Allure Events did an incredible job executing our vision for our wedding day. Everything was simply perfect. You always hear that things won't go as planned on your wedding day and honestly, that was not the case for us. We met with Ellie and Nicole multiple times to get a game plan in place. They were so easy to communicate with and made note of everything we discussed. As a result, everything happened just as planned. Ellie was great at coordinating with our vendors and venue and was so reliable and helpful the day of. We utilized her impressive emergency kit for just about everything! Someone's shoe broke, Ellie and her super glue to the rescue. A black mark on my dress, Ellie was there with chalk to fix it. She even bustled my dress for me. She was kind, helpful and patient and I could not recommend her more. Definitely use Urban Allure and Ellie for your wedding coordination needs.

We had the incredible pleasure of having Nicole, the owner be our lead planner for the day of our wedding. She is proactive, responsive and a masterful timeline creator. I've had the pleasure of knowing Gina for 5ish years, so when I got engaged, she was the first person I sought to book. Not only is Gina a lovely person - but she is an INCREDIBLE planner. From the moment we booked her, she gave us advice, recommendations, and answered my 100 emails about guest lists. No question was too challenging or small for her to answer and I appreciated her directness and support. Leading up to the wedding, Gina communicated with all of our vendors to ensure they were prepared. She scheduled our walk through and at that moment it felt like there was literally nothing to worry about. The day of her and Jenny arrived and oh my god they were PREPARED. She has a kit with everything anyone could need. She literally taped me into my wedding dress when my sister and I could not figure it out. My dress owes her big time. She kept us on track and calm. My husband/family did not to worry about a single thing. Food showed up out of nowhere, drinks were never empty, water was refilled. They are an amazing amazing amazing team. I'm a Live Event Wedding Painter and had the extreme pleasure of working with the event planner Gina Anderson. Our wedding planner was Gina, who was extremely organized, thoughtful, patient, understanding, and so fun. She helped us create our perfect day, helped us weigh options on parts of the day we felt unsure about, had awesome vendor contacts for us, and excellent recommendations for us when we felt lost or unsure. IF you are still searching for a coordinator/planner, I honestly would look no further than UAE. We worked with Nicole and Zaire and they both were absolutely incredible. I don't know what we would have done without them. They knew exactly what to do every step of the way and more importantly knew how to keep me and my wife calm, cool and collected throughout it all. Would recommend them 50 times over to help make your special day that more perfect. Wouldn't have been able to put on the best party ever without em!!!

My husband and I booked Urban Allure through our venue Room 1520, and it was one of the best things we did for ourselves and for our wedding! We worked with Issabelle for month of coordination, as she was incredible. She was always available when we had questions and eased eased our anxieties about wedding planning. She stepped in as lead contact for all vendors about 2 months before our October 22nd wedding, which was a great relief. She managed all the details leading up to the big day and kept us on track of what we needed to focus on. She even helped us navigate difficult situations that arose with family members prior to and on the day of the wedding. Issabelle made sure we knew that we were her priority and kept us sane throughout the most stressful part of planning. We also worked with UAE's owner Nicole, and she was amazing as well! Everyone at Urban Allure was helpful, quick to respond to questions, and always professional. Would hire them again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I booked Urban Allure as our wedding planners for month-of / day-of coordination services. We were paired with Kyleigh and her associate Ellie. They were unbelievably wonderful to work with ahead of the big day. They are professional, knowledgeable, and just overall nice people. I am so happy and thrilled we booked them, the month leading up to the wedding, they helped us with all the last minute items, payments, and final walk through, timeline & floorplan. The day of the wedding they ensured we were loaded in the shuttles in time and made it to the venue. They set up all our day-of items perfectly and made sure there were no issues all night, including keeping us on track with the timeline. Gina was awesome— urban allure had some changes from our initial date signing but Gina stepped in a kept our day flowing smoothly. We only had a minor issue at our venue that she jumped in and handled so professionally, easing my stress and turned the day around. She’s organized and very professional. Where do I even begin? I found UAE through a Facebook Group - We were looking for a day of coordinator. I reached out to them and Conley scheduled an intro call with me right away. She was the most genuine, enthusiastic, caring, passionate, and all around amazing human being I have ever interacted with! She was so incredible from that first call to a few months before the wedding to the day of. She was so helpful with all of my questions and was always there when I needed her! The day of went so seamless and her assistant who was there Ellie was just as incredible. I cannot recommend them enough and if you are lucky enough to work with Conley or Ellie - you are blessed. Love them TONS!!!!!

We worked with Ellie for our wedding at Room 1520 a few weeks ago and could not have been happier! Urban allure & our day of coordinator Gina, made our wedding day beautiful and allowed us to enjoy our day to the fullest. Gina was amazing and is the sweetest person ever. The team at Urban Allure is the reason our wedding day went so smoothly. We booked a partial planning package, and in the eight-week home stretch we worked with Kyleigh to make our vision come to life. We initially hired UAE and were paired with a different planner who helped us find and hire several of our key vendors. When changes at UAE required a different planner to be assigned to us, they made the transition completely seamless. Kyleigh was terrific at coordinating across our vendors and building a detailed timeline for the wedding day. But her skills truly shined addressing the mini-crises that inevitably popped up the day of. By working with UAE, Kyleigh and her colleagues rolled with the punches, while we could enjoy our big day.

We went back and forth with the decision to hire a wedding coordinator, but we can honestly say it the was best decision we made for our big day. Gina and Ellie did an amazing job making sure our day was stress free and ran smoothly. The planning process before Gina was overwhelming and stressful, ;once Gina got involved we were able to fully enjoy the planning process. We would recommend Urban Allure and especially Gina, to every single person thinking about getting married. Her attention to detail, communication with vendors, knowledge of the contracts, and her desire to make our day the best it could be make was truly remarkable. Nicole and her team are the best wedding planners on the market. Nicole makes you feel like you are floating on air on your wedding day because she makes things that flawless! Seriously there was not one stressful moment- even when we forgot our wedding License at home or I had an allergy attack from the food, Nicole was on it!! The only thing I would change if I could do it again is get her for beyond day of planning because she she makes everything such a positive experience!!

Kelley and the rest of Urban Allure were an absolute dream! Kelley was calming, organized, responsive, and overall a joy to work with. I cannot say enough amazing things about the team. Kelley was able to handle every last minute issue that popped up like changing photo locations, transportation scheduling, and even adjusting for any and all last minute guest RSVP changes. We had some unfortunate changes pop up the morning of, and I can honestly say I would not have gotten through the morning or the day without her organization and care for both myself as the bride and our families. She went above and beyond as her role of coordinator, and we could not be more grateful. My husband and I will tell everyone and anyone to use this group for their wedding!

Jennifer was absolutely amazing! Not only did she make sure the day of the wedding went smoothly, but during the months before she would check up on me regularly to make sure I was doing okay and wasn’t stressed. Whenever I needed to talk or vent, she was available, and I am so appreciative of that. The google sheet she created really helped us stay on track and organized. All my vendors were super impressed by her and loved how involved she was with them. She attended multiple zoom vendor meetings, a venue walk-through, and our wedding rehearsal... I honestly don’t know how I would have done all this without her. She made me feel so at ease the day of. When an issue arose at the wedding, Jennifer completely took care of the situation and made sure I didn’t have to worry. She recommended me hands down the BEST drag performers which completely made the whole night, everyone was blown away! Jennifer and her assistant Kyleigh made sure my day was everything I imagined. I definitely recommend UAE, specifically Jennifer, to any bride who wants a stress-free wedding, you will not be disappointed, these girls truly care, and I will forever be grateful.

Urban Allure Events - specifically Conley - made our wedding day more beautiful and smooth than we could have imagined. When we decided to hire a partial planner, we were quite discouraged - planning a wedding during the pandemic was not easy - but UAE made a huge difference. UAE has a great network in the Chicago wedding industry, so they recommended some great vendors that weren't on our radar yet - including our incredible florist. Conley is professional, full of energy, and comes armed with a "can do" attitude. You want Conley and the UAE team on your side!

Urban Allure Events was the shining light for our wedding planning process. We got connected to Nicole S through our venue, Room 1520, for day of coordination... but wow did they do so much more. Nicole provided phone consultations prior to the event, created our fabulous timeline, coordinated with vendors up until the last minute, was present during our final walk through and allowed the wedding day to flow seamlessly. Jennifer T was our wedding planner and she was amazing! She was great to work with, listened to what I wanted and made it happen. She brought the vision in my head to life for a truly magical wedding day. The ceremony and reception was elegant and beautiful. The flowers and candles were amazing. Gina was our day-of coordinator at Room 1520! She was lovely and so attentive to all of our needs throughout. Even though she was not our wedding planner leading up to the day, she still connected us to lots of resources and helped coordinate our various vendors. Looking back on our wedding day, we aren't sure how we would have done it without a day-of coordinator!! We ran behind schedule a couple of times, and she was able to help us adjust and still start our ceremony on-time. We highly recommend Gina and UAE for wedding planning needs!

Run, don't walk to hiring Urban Allure for your planning and day of coordinating needs! I didn't even know how much we needed Urban Allure until Conley entered the picture a few months before our wedding. She took over all the tedious tasks that I didn't need to be thinking about while planning. From communication with our vendors to giving feedback and support on my vision...I would've been lost without Conley! Conley was our day of coordinator for our wedding and became beloved by our bridal party and family, she ensured our day was seamless and was truly a blast to work with. I wish I could do my wedding all over again just to have Conley help plan it again!

There are no words to describe how AMAZING it was to work with Conley. The whole time I felt like she was inside my brain and knew what I needed or wanted before I knew it. She made the whole process of planning and rescheduling our wedding three times such an easy process. I felt so calm and relaxed during the night because I knew she was in my corner to make sure things were going as planned. I truly cannot express how wonderful UAE is! My wedding, like many, was unfortunately impacted by COVID. With all the unknown, ups and downs; Nicole & Conley were fabulous supporters and partners with us every step of the way! This team of fine ladies were attentive, great communicators and when it came down to the last few weeks and days, made sure I had everything I needed. They went as far as to help manage logistics, pick things up, drop things off at hotel/venue and truly went out of their way. The timeline that was created was VERY helpful, not just to us, but vendors as well! Conley did a wonderful job keeping us on track and made the day of flow incredibly smooth. UAE is absolutely PHENOMENAL and will make your day seamless and stress-free. We worked with Conley and she is a saint - literally on top of every detail and was not even remotely flustered when 2 days before the wedding, my fiance decided to surprise me by bringing our puppy from Boston all the way to Chicago for our big day. (Best surprise ever but totally a potential logistical nightmare...) Conley was unphased, handled everything so easily, worked with us to get the pup a flower collar, secured her transport home from the wedding AND had treats in her fanny pack to help get our pup to sit for photos. I mean... perfect. I would recommend them any day - we loved working with Conley and the UAE team - no need to look any further!

If you are considering a wedding day coordinator look no further than Urban Allure! My husband and I worked with Jennifer Tello and were blown away at how amazing she was. Two months out from wedding day we started connecting with Jennifer on a regular basis. She crafted an incredible Google Doc to help keep all the details organized. She would help keep us on track for all the last minute details we needed to firm up and complete. When we were freaking out to find the perfect place card and menu paper when our planned on fell through Jennifer called local stores and found exactly what we needed, this is what going above and beyond looks like to us. She attended our final venue walk through at Room 1520, took all the notes and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks so we could soak in the experience. She combed through all our contracts to make sure she understood all we wanted and had requested of all our vendors. She connected with all vendors leading up to the wedding to make sure they were confirmed for wedding week, were aware of the timeline and served as a point of contact for them for wedding day so the vendors were not having to call us. She made our wedding weekend timeline and kept us on track - which based on our experience of being in other weddings is not common! Jennifer even attended our rehearsal and made sure our bridal party knew where to walk and when. Jennifer helped to keep us relaxed and as stress free as possible leading up to the wedding and on wedding day. When thinking back on our wedding day, Jennifer was the star behind the scenes and the day would not have been as perfect without her leading the charge in the background. If you have the opportunity to work with Jennifer you will not be disappointed.

This group is top notch. I worked with Kelley Millette for month-of planning services for my wedding in Chicago on September 25, 2021 and it was not an easy feat dealing with details at a large venue (Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel), 250 guests, a bridal party including 9 bridesmaids, 8 groomsmen and several ushers, and amidst Covid restrictions. Kelley came extremely prepared to the final walk through of our venue with the hotel coordinator, having already drafted a proposed schedule and several questions to sort through without needing me involved. The best part of this group’s planning is their detailed, yet easy to read and follow timeline of events and paperwork. For a type A personality like mine, this really put me at ease as a bride. When half of my bridal party was an hour late to our rehearsal the day before the wedding, she remained calm, provided helpful information based on her past experiences and offered alternative solutions to keep us moving. Many of our guests (even the groomsmen) noticed her professionalism and orderly management on the day of our wedding. She managed all vendors and didn’t say no to anything I told her or asked her to do. You get what you pay for with your wedding vendors, and this group is well worth it. Big thanks to Kelley and this group for making our day run as perfect and as smoothly as possible (and for keeping me uninvolved in anything that may have not been so perfect, which I’ll never know about!)

We worked with Nicole Steuernagle for our Sunday wedding in September. Nicole was amazing! I am sad that our day has so quickly passed because she was such a joy. Every wedding has it's small mishaps but Nicole took care of everything so quickly that we didn't notice one flaw. She provided great insight and helped us so much w/decor and setup. Kelley, with Urban Allure Events, was the perfect person to coordinate our wedding. She is incredibly organized, and her goal is to make sure the couple has the best day possible. She did so many things to help the event run smoothly such as running to Walgreens to get Benadryl for a guest with an allergic reaction, ensuring all of our luggage was brought to the hotel and running a smooth operation. Her coordination on the day of the event was critical to everything running perfectly. Kelley helped take so much stress off of me and truly helped me to enjoy our wedding day to its fullest.

My husband and I used Urban Allure Events Partial Planning Package for our wedding, and I truly could not have made this wedding happen without them. They were there from the beginning to help me stay organized, and the budgeting tool and trello board were especially helpful when we were getting started. Kyleigh and Nicole answered every late night text and email, and Nicole's calming presence before I walked down the aisle is something I'll never forget! The day would not have been the same without them, they took care of everything down to picking things up for us, dropping them off, and holding on to things I had left at the venue. I would recommend them to ANYONE who is wanting to have a second set of eyes, or fully plan their event. Kelley was truly a godsend for our big day. From coordinating and helping run our rehearsal dinner to handling every thing the day of, she truly was the most important part of our wedding. She was also incredibly sweet and fun! We truly could not have done it without her and Urban Allure. Nicole and her team are INCREDIBLE. She helped us through the most insane two years of wedding planning due to covid. There were so many ups and downs and it was hard for us to keep our excitement for the day, but she was so amazing throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond on the day and made the event run so smoothly even with crazy hiccups (like a torrential downpour during load in). She’s AMAZING and will truly do whatever it takes make your day fabulous. We are so so grateful for Urban Allure and will sing their praises forever!!!

Nicole is the best in the business. Even if I hadn’t been a pandemic bride, I would have been so lost without her. She was there for every phone call, every meeting, and every major planning decision so that our wedding didn’t even have a minor hiccup. Mind you my Husband and I are in Pittsburgh, Nicole is in Chicago, and our Venue was in Destin, FL. Being in different time zones was never a problem she was always so on top of everything. Nicole helped us to replan and reschedule everything when the pandemic hit. She was a shoulder to cry on as well and was so supportive through the entire thing. On top of rescheduling a year of weddings she was also taking on new ones for the following years and not once did she miss a detail; and I’m talking about small details like placing origami boats at the tables before the reception. From the exact position of the aisle and alter I wanted… to receiving and coordinating every delivery the day of the wedding I did not lift a finger. She took thorough notes for two years and even reminded me multiple times of things I missed or things I had mentioned in the past that I had forgotten. She is truly the best. My husband and I will never be getting married again, but I wish we were just so Nicole could help us plan! Her organizational skills and experience are second to none and she was prepared for anything that were to happen the day of our Wedding. We did almost all of our photos before the ceremony and were on a strict timeline all day. She was on top of every second making sure no one got lost and even escorted the groom to the first look to ensure he didn’t see me!! We would not have been even close to on time if it weren’t for Nicole. We even did an event after rehearsal dinner that she helped us coordinate the entire event and all the transportation for and ensured all our guests made it to the beach and back safely. We absolutely adore Nicole and if you’re on the fence about getting a wedding planner. YOU WON’T REGRET IT.

Hiring Urban Allure was by far one of the best things I did for my wedding. Gina was amazing and was there for me throughout the whole process. On the day of the wedding, Gina and her team ran the show FLAWLESSLY, put my mind at ease, and ensured my day went off without a hitch. I could not be more thankful for Gina, Jennifer and Marie!
