She truly wants her clients to be not only satisfied but love their dress and experience. She transformed a dress on her rack into my dream dress. She helped re-design a dress that would fit my body shape. I had the opportunity to work with Tatyana one on one over the last 9 months designing my dream dress and am beyond grateful for her expertise, knowledge and passion. I was so impressed by the variety and the quality of all the dresses Valentinos carried, many of which are from unique brands I haven’t seen at other bridal salons! Tatyana and her employees were so helpful when it came to helping me find a dress in my budget that I felt like a bride in. I initially started my appointment thinking I wanted a dress in one particular style, but I was open to seeing other options as well. They were so good at helping me narrow down what I liked and figure out what style of dress would be perfect for me. It was an amazing experience shopping for my dress with them! The owner makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point during my appointment. I’m so glad I found my dress here!

Tatyana and Morgan were exceptional at helping me find the perfect dress. They were great through all the fittings and made sure the dress was everything that I wanted!

After you order from them and they have your down payment they treat you like an inconvenience. They don't like you asking questions. It took one year for my daughter's dress to come in.

Love love LOVE this bridal shop! The ladies there made me feel fantastic!! I have a very dramatic hour glass shape and worried very much about finding a dress that would be flattering. Not only did they figure out my style, but I never once felt uncomfortable or self conscious. I only felt beautiful and comfortable!!! Wonderful service, great selection of dresses, and anything u want they are gonna figure out how to do it for u. Compared to other dress shops I visited, the experience I had here was worth a 3 hour drive. 10/10 suggestion for new brides!

Long review incoming because I care so much about this establishment! If I could give Valentino's more than 5 stars, I would. My experience with Valentino's was perfect in every way. Shopping for my wedding dress was not easy for me - I went to 8 shops including this one. While shopping, I felt like I was seeing a lot of the same dresses, and that nothing was really hitting the mark of what I was looking for. Valentino's blew everywhere else out of the water in terms of unique offerings and customer service. The owner, Tatiana, is often also acting as the consultant, the tailor, the expert...some might be nervous about this and wonder how she does it. I still wonder how she can juggle it all and still come up with incredible results every time. Don't let it deter you from shopping here. She opened up early to accommodate our shopping needs; she gave us great pricing when buying the veil with the dress; she is truly so kind and caring. I am plus size as well (I was shopping around a 26-28 in bridal sizing) and I always felt comfortable and beautiful in her store. To her, the bride's comfort and confidence is paramount. My dress was supposed to come from Ukraine and I ordered it right before the conflict there began. I called and asked if I should buy a different dress - she assured me it would come. And it did! When everything did come in, she made me custom sleeves from scratch using matching fabric and lace that she ordered along with the dress. The dress size was spot on from her measurements and I required no real alterations on the dress because she picked the size perfectly. She also did a custom bustle for me that showcased the lace on my train more prominently, and we added a lot of lace on the bottom of the dress as well so she was very smart about what lace she used in which places. On the day of my final fitting, another bride was trying on her dress and told us that Tatiana had taken this dress that she had purchased off the rack from a size 14 to a zero. Just incredible work that she is doing and she is busting her butt doing it. The cherry on top...she did my mom's dress alterations too because we loved her and her work so much. I want to give her her flowers because she deserves the world! I will always recommend her to any bride or any person who needs alterations done whether their garment is from her shop or not. Just keep in mind that she is doing a lot of work with very little help and trust and patience are key. She WILL make sure your garment is ready on time and in flawless condition, no matter what!

Valentino's was AMAZING!! My dress was the highlight of our wedding. Tatyana listened to all of my requests in a dress and found the closest thing to perfection. She also tailored my dress in-house (literally on me) and showcased her talents as both a business owner and a seamstress to the highest degree. I brought Tatyana my grandmother’s wedding dress from the 1950s. It was yellowed & dated looking. Tatyana was willing to work with me to clean, alter, & restyle the whole gown so I could wear this heirloom on my wedding day. Over the course of several months we met several times and ultimately Tatyana absolutely transformed this gown! I was truly stunned. Not only is her work second to none, her work ethic and dedication to making my dream come true absolutely amazed me. Every time I met with her she reassured me, provided comedic relief when I became tense, & overall was a joy of a human to work with! She was professional & punctual. I cannot recommend her enough. She helped me and my mother both find our dresses for the wedding day. My dress was delayed because of the Ukraine crisis, and she went above and beyond to get it there and put my mind at ease. I can not say enough good things about my experience with Valentino’s! First, the dresses there are absolutely unique, they are unlike any other shop I visited. I wanted a dress with sleeves, and I found one I loved without them, Tatyana made me the most gorgeous sleeves herself. She took the time to meet me with several times to try the dress on and make little adjustments until it was perfect. And WOW was it perfect! The wedding dress of my dreams!! She also tailored my husband’s suit and it was perfect. AND she helped me make the most gorgeous lace wedding Vans shoes to wear. My mother recently got a dress from Tatiana and said we had to stop in and she was right! Tatiana made the whole shopping experience quick and easy!!she found me the absolutely perfect dress and veil! The shopping experience was fun and low stress. I was living out of town so she made my alterations and bustle work perfectly with only a single fitting. She is super talented and I recommend her to any Cleveland bride that wants a unique dress.

Tatyana made my dreams come true! I had one specific dress in mind and traveled from pretty far out of town to find it (5 hours out of town). She was SO kind, attentive, and eager to help me. She let me try on a bunch of dresses in her store and she could basically read my mind. She made the day I found my wedding dress such a special day. When I came back to get my dress altered she was amazing and worked SO HARD. She was willing to work on my dress all day and half the night to make sure I would be able to pick it up the next day and head back home. And not only did she get it done so quickly, she did it PERFECTLY. (And my dress was pretty complicated and needed more than just the hem done). She is so hard working and talented. Her dedication to me and my dress blew me away and I can tell she treats every single customer with the same dedication. You won’t find a better dress shop or tailor in the Midwest, if not the whole country.

My mom and I went to Valentino's to look for a wedding dress for myself, and we were not disappointed! I explained what I was hoping the dress would incorporate, and what I didn't like, and Tatyana found it on the first try! It was perfect! She helped guide us through what veil and what jewelry would compliment the dress. She tailored the dress beautifully, and I felt like a princess on my wedding day! Would highly recommend Valentino's for finding a wedding dress!

I found Valentino's as they were one of three dealers in the entire country who carried the dress line I wanted to try on. (The other two dealers being out west.) Valentino's carries dresses that you will not find anywhere else in Ohio or this part of the country. Example: Nora Naviano. They carry stunningly beautiful dresses hand made to order from Europe, New York, Chicago, not mass market dresses made in China and then sold for thousands of dollars. And you pay less than the dresses at other bridal stores. I went to other bridal stores and saw the same dress lines over and over, but not here. DO NOT sleep on this dress shop! I am super particular and her dresses are the best in the Cleveland and surrounding area, in my opinion. They also do their own alterations in house. I purchased my dress from Valentino's. The owner, Tati, is an absolute godsend! She is a master tailor and can work with any medium such as lace, etc! She even created a sweetheart neckline on my dress, where it was a square neckline. And she is always up front and honest with you every step of the way. Valentino's made shopping for the dress a breeze and fun! Thank you Tati and Valentino's!

We visited her shop on Saturday and had the best time! My daughter found her dress there and we couldn't be happier!!! We got to work with the shop owner and her team! Tatyana was a literal saint during the dress shopping process. This was the only shop I went to and found my dream dress after trying on only 4-5 dresses. She has such a unique selection and is so attentive and kind. She kept me updated throughout the whole process and was even able to do my bustle without me even being there! Incredibly talented, sweet, amazing and I would recommend every single bride to go to her!! You will not regret it, you won’t get service like this at a larger bridal store!

I can’t say enough positive thing about Tatiana! She did an amazing job tailoring my wedding dress, but more importantly was honest and candid with me with everything she was doing. When I brought her my veil to steam and I tried it on with my dress, I almost had a melt down because the veil (which was purchased from another bridal shop) did not look as I remembered it, and did not do my dress or the look I as going for justice. Tatiana essentially created me a custom veil using my existing veil in 2 weeks, just in time for my wedding. She is very personable and I highly recommend using her for any tailoring/altering, as well as purchasing bridal gowns.

(COVID 15 LOL) with her help and me working out she made sure my dress fit like a glove! she also made sure my entire wedding party’s alterations were perfect!

Incredible, incredible, incredible! I went to Valentino's with a wedding dress that I bought elsewhere and was fitted too small. With only a month before the wedding date, she managed to add in lace material, additions for comfort, alter the dress to fit correctly, and make it fit like a glove. She alleviated all of the worry about it not being completed in time and was genuine to work with. We even FaceTimed my mom, who lives in another state, to walk through the buttons on the back of the dress before the special day. Altogether, I could not be more grateful for the wonderful experience here!

If you are truly looking for unique , gorgeous, and COMFORTABLE dresses this is the place ! I had tried dresses on at 2 other places and yes there are a ton that our beautiful but I found a lot of them extremely itchy and could not imagine being in a itchy dress hours at a time. The fabric options are incredible here and the owner is extremely accommodating. She even Bussled my dress while I went for the final fitting so I didn’t have to come back because I lived kind of far. Highly recommended

Such a wonderful experience! We drove from a couple hours away, and it was definitely worth it. They were so helpful and led me through every step of the dress shopping process. They guided me when I was narrowing down my style, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. You can tell how passionate Tatyana is when it comes to dresses. It was customized and shipped here and there were very minimal alterations that need to be done because TATYANA LIVES AND BREATHES BRIDAL DRESSES!! You will not be sorry for stopping into her store. She makes you feel like family ❤️ Family owned for decades and local to the area. Absolutely amazing. I love her and will be telling everyone to go for their first experience to set very high expectations for their bridal shopping.

When I first visited Valentino’s, I knew right away I would find “the dress” here. All of the gowns are gorgeous and in my opinion, on another level than the other bridal salons I tried. I have only amazing things to say about Tatiana. She helped me totally customize a dress that ended up being exactly what I was looking for. She was very honest throughout the whole customization process and did not try to "oversell" me on an unrealistic vision which I felt was the case at some bridal stores. I gave her my budget and with alterations and a custom made veil, she stayed exactly within it. I could not have imagined a better experience when picking out, altering, or picking up my wedding dress! I had originally called Tatiana to ask if she had a specific dress, and we ended up talking on the phone about what I was looking for until she came up with the perfect dress! She told me to look it up and it was everything I was envisioning. I made an appointment, tried it on, and bought it the same week! Tatiana always worked with my schedule when doing alterations, and would open early or stay late to make sure I would have a perfect, individualized experience. Tatiana was so sweet throughout the entire process. I will definitely be referring friends to her and taking any alterations to her in the future!
