I couldn't have asked for a better venue to hold my wedding! Tracey Mullin, The Director Events and Wedding Specialist was very professional and helpful during the whole planning process. She met in person when needed and answered all of my questions via email. On the day of the wedding, the staff was very kind and helpful. They assured that the groom and I were taken care of and decorated for the event perfectly. In addition, I received nothing but good feedback from guests regarding the quality of the food and the beauty of the venue.

As soon as we toured Valleybrook and met Tracey we knew that this was the perfect venue. During our initial tour we knew that Tracey would be there for us every step of the way and support us in our big day. The venue is such a great deal as it comes with so much decor, setup, teardown, and even cake! We had the venue the entire day accessing the bridal suite at 8:30am and stayed until our reception ended at midnight. Our decor was setup beautifully, even more perfect than we could have ever imagined. Food was delicious! People loved the steak, cocktail hour and late night snack! Nicole was on site for us day of and was so incredible. She was so calm and thoughtful throughout the whole day. Greg was the banquet manager and he was so sweet. He was great to our guests and to us! We had the perfect day because of this incredible team!

Our wedding was the most amazing day of our lives. Every single staff member was attentive, Tracey was perfect when it came to details, food was hot and flavorful and tasted amazing, the package was a great deal for what we got, the set up and space is beautiful! My husband and I are getting so many compliments on our special day and we couldn’t have had any aspect any better!

This venue is absolutely magical & Tracey made our wedding run smoothly. Tracey worked with us to have our “champagne” wall be a wall of cider as we’re in recovery & so we’re some of our guests - we still had an open bar & champagne available for guests not in recovery (for the toasts). Allison was absolutely wonderful on the day of our wedding & even brought out food to us directly after the ceremony even with us attending cocktail hour. She was a total doll & anticipated anything we could possibly need before we needed it. VCC did wonderful with our set-up of the sweetheart table, gift table, & memorable table. The veranda was beautifully decorated w/ simple & minimal decor, which is exactly what we wanted. The food is phenomenal! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the quality & quantity of the food. I highly recommend VCC for your wedding - go with the luxury package, you won’t regret it.

I cannot say enough great things about Valleybrook. We knew we found our venue the moment we met Tracey last year- she is seriously the BEST! The venue is beautiful with all of their latest updates, and the price is incredible for what is included. Communication was seamless, everything was organized and came together perfectly- we had zero stress on our wedding day because it was all handled! Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food, and lastly the service. Everyone at Valleybrook was so helpful, kind and excited for us to be there. I cannot recommend enough!!!

I had the best communication with Tracey in the weeks & days leading up to my wedding day and on the day of, my coordinator Stephanie was absolutely fantastic. She literally handled everything & was there if I needed her. Not only was the day perfect, but the food was talked about for HOURS, then the chocolate lounge got set up and everyone of our guest raved about it. Definitely did not disappoint at all!

This venue gave us everything we wanted in a wedding. I originally wanted a barn wedding, but also wanted a venue that provided more. This place had the décor and feels of a rustic wedding, while being on a golf course. The rooms are newly renovated and painted and the venue comes with so much! Drinks, food, cake, table linens, tables, easels, décor, table signs, card box, and a golf cart are all available! The food here is amazing (tasting, rehearsal dinner, and cocktail/reception). We’ve had multiple people reach out to us on food compliments. The staff are the most helpful and nicest people (Tracey, Dominique, and Nicole). They all helped with any questions we had and made sure everything looked and turned out perfect! They really make sure you and your family are happy all through the day. The bridal suite is available all day and there is a place for the men to hangout while waiting as well. They have multiple options for the ceremony as well. We chose Magnolia Lane, but they also have a large, beautiful tree, and the ballroom option. They also have a lot of photo opportunities with the landscape and neon signs. I truly can’t say enough good things about this place or the people.

I could go on and on for days why you should choose Valleybrook Country Club. Let me start my saying Tracey Mullin sold me! She made this experience so easy and she was just so kind and welcoming. She is the Events Coordinator at Valleybrook and she is the 100% BEST OF THE BEST. Great customer service goes a long way and Tracey topped that! Tracey really made me feel confident in my decision right from the beginning! All of the staff at Valleybrook I give 5 stars to! When tracey was unavailable Jocelyn was always there to step in. Valleybrook was recently renovated and it was just absolutely beautiful by the time my wedding came. I love the grand ballroom and the cocktail hour space. The food was delicious. Was told after my wedding that nobody left food on their plate.. ( Shout out to the cook!!) My wedding concierge Gwen was awesome!! If I didn't have a drink in my hands was right there asking if I wanted another. I was never really alone all night. Amanda ran our wedding and took so many beautiful photos of the decor that she later sent to me!! I am just so happy we chose Valleybrook!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Valleybrook thanks to Tracey Mullin and her team. Leading up to the day, they were responsive and thoughtful in our many questions to them. On the actual day of the wedding, they had decorated the venue beautifully and directed everyone and everything without a hitch. The food and dessert spread was amazing--people are still telling me about how much they loved the chocolate room. The assistants were also attentive to myself and my husband, bringing us food from the cocktail hour and dessert table that they knew we didn't get a chance to enjoy. We can't recommend Valleybrook enough as a wedding venue.

Tracey @ the Valleybrook staff exceeded all of my expectations for my wedding day. Tracey was a delight to work with from day 1. It truly is a one stop shop for everything. I didn’t need to purchase any decorations, the cake was part of the package, the chocolate lounge at the end of the night was a huge hit. The food was excellent and there was so much of it! I feel like I got SO MUCH bang for our buck. There was not a single thing to worry about that day, Allison and Brooke were the concierges that day and they took care of literally everything. I don’t have enough nice things to say about the whole experience. My wedding was magical and Valleybrook was a huge reason why (my handsome husband gets the rest of the credit :))

Valleybrook Country Club gave us the wedding of our dreams!! We booked Valleybrook almost two years before our wedding. We had toured about 10 other venues and none of them seemed to quite fit our style and budget. As soon as we walked into Valleybrook, we knew it was a strong contender based on looks and feel alone. Then we met Tracey and started to discuss our budget and vision for our wedding day. The price was just right for us and Tracey made us feel right at home. Tracey was always very attentive to my emails and questions throughout the entire planning process. The week leading up to our wedding, we talked quite a bit and she was very helpful with so many things. Our wedding day came and went off without a single hiccup thanks for Tracey and her team. Our Wedding Concierge, Nicole, was amazing as well. She kept us hydrated all night and truly spoiled us. I am so thankful we went with Valleybrook for our wedding and would recommend to any couple looking for a budget friendly wedding that doesn't look or feel like a budget wedding. Valleybrook was the PERFECT venue for our wedding! Tracey was exceptional throughout the planning process and made us feel so welcome as a couple. Allison was our concierge on our wedding day and she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our day. Our families raved about how kind and thoughtful the staff was throughout our wedding. The mac and cheese bar during cocktail hour and waffles/ice cream station during dessert were a huge hit with our guests. The experience at Valleybrook from start to finish exceeded our expectations. Tracey, Allison, and the rest of team made the entire planning process easy from start to finish and our wedding day was more perfect than we ever could have imagined.

Our wedding was 12/31/22. I would highly recommend Valleybrook Country Club to any bride looking for an affordable venue with great food and staff. Tracey, the private events director/wedding specialist, was always available to answer my questions in the months leading up to wedding day. Tracey played a great role in making sure our day ran smoothly. We had such a perfect wedding day and we still have guests raving about the food, venue, and the Photo Booth. I would give VCC 10 stars if I could.

Tracey did a terrific job at helping us celebrate our wedding. She was responsive and explained everything in detail. She was easy to talk to. She decorated our ceremony and reception space beautifully with her and our decorations. She made the day go by smoothly without any bumps. We have been at other weddings at Valleybrook and each of them have turned out amazing.

The day of our wedding , Brooke (coordinator) took such good care of us and made sure that we were OK. Our wedding day was perfect and things went very smoothly. Our guests also had a great time and thought everything was beautiful. Book Valleybrook ASAP, you won’t regret it!!

If you’re looking for an affordable venue with the nicest coordinator (Tracey) then this is your one stop shop. The communication was easy and Tracey was always easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. The remodels here are BEAUTIFUL. Even though it rained and I couldn’t get married outside, they transformed the inside so quickly (we were holding off as long as we could to see if the rain would pass) and it looks great! They have a ton of signs/decor you can use which made that aspect of planning a breeze. My husband now frequently golfs here, haha. Thank you VB for helping me have a great night!

Valleybrook was incredible for us! Tracey was our wedding coordinator and every time we needed to change something or had a question or needed advice, she was super responsive and helped us with no problem! They used our decor in the way it looked best for our day and the price for everything was very fair and included so much from the cake, to a photo booth we won, to open bar, and the food. The food was so yummy and we got great compliments on that and especially the apps and chocolate lounge we got added on! We had the best night of our lives and Valleybrook is a huge part of that for us!

I had my dream wedding here. it was an amazing experience from the time I booked my wedding until the day after when I picked all of my decorations up. all of the staff were amazing, especially Tracey. She knows what she is doing and does a fantastic job at handling everything. Nicole was my day of coordinator and she was just as fabulous. she was will me all day and helped me with everything. The ballroom was decorated better than I could have every imagined. The pricing is honest and upfront. I would do it all over again if I could.

Valleybrook was a great venue to work with and hold our wedding. During the pandemic there were so many uncertainties and stresses with planning a wedding. Valleybrook helped to alleviate so many of them. Their coordinator and staff are wonderful to work with. They made our day perfect and one we will never forget.

She is the Events Coordinator at Valleybrook and she is the BEST OF THE BEST. When I got engaged two years ago, never did I think my wedding would be in the middle of a pandemic. Tracey went above and beyond to make sure my event was beautiful, despite all of our obstacles (state regulations and guest limits). So many other brides struggled with vendors that were not cooperative during this time and that was not the case with Valleybrook! I very much appreciate good customer service and I assure you it doesn’t get better than Tracey. I looked at 5 other vendors before I decided on Valleybrook. Tracey really made me feel confident in my decision right from the beginning! She played a huge role in making my day spectacular. Not only Tracey, but all of the staff at Valleybrook are clearly trained to exceed customer service expectations! (Shoutout to Tom, Emily, and Mia)! On top of the customer service, Valleybrook is a stunningly beautiful atmosphere. I love the grand ballroom and the cocktail hour space. It had the perfect ambiance I was looking for with a winter wedding, and the outdoor fire pit was a hit! Lastly, (and probably most importantly) the food is DIVINE. Having good food was one of the most important things for me and they consistently exceeded expectations. All of the hors d’oeuvre’s were perfectly piping hot and delicious, the salads were great (although, I did think the ball of butter for the roll on my salad plate was a mozzarella ball, which made for a funny story 😬🤦🏻‍♀️) and the entrees were STUPENDOUS. To summarize, if you don’t pick Valleybrook, you are missing out on a beautiful and stress free night.

Valleybrook Country Club provided the most exceptional tier of services for my wedding just a few weeks ago. My husband & I did not want to lose our date due to COVID turning everything inside out and Tracey Mullin, our coordinator, was a lifesaver in planning this huge day for us. She actually became our officiant the morning of the wedding due to a complication with our original officiant! She was efficient, extremely easy-going and always informative when we expressed concerns or had questions. The sweetest woman on Earth exists and she is employed here! The venue itself should absolutely take pride in the work they do for couples who make the decision to book their wedding day with them. VCC staff & attendants were compliant with CDC standards throughout the entire day and made our guests comfortable while they were present. The ballroom was given to us to use for our first dance as well as parent dances and champagne toasts because Tracey truly believed in sharing those moments with our closest loved ones. When talking about the ceremony and their grounds, everything including the surrounding areas was beautifully landscaped and photo ready from the day we initially checked out the location. Their indoor staff were eager to help and welcoming to our guests who enjoyed drinks at the Ballroom Bar while our photos were taken outside. I cannot say enough terrific things about Tracey, her staff and the Valleybrook Country Club team for being able to still make the most of our dreams and turn them into realities!

Valleybrook Country Club. Wow, where can I begin? I have so many positive things to say about this beautiful place. This was the first venue I wanted to look at for our wedding after my fiancé & I got engaged. And it ended up being our first & only venue look as we both fell in love with the place instantly. We went back with my parents a week later to save the date! Tracey Mullin, the wedding & event director is literally by far the most amazing, professional, & awesome woman to work with. I am honestly going to miss her because we became so close. From every worry or question I had, Tracey made sure everything was perfect & taken care of. Everything we had at Valleybrook from my surprise bridal shower, last minute rehearsal dinner & outdoor wedding, it was beyond perfection. This year has been so tough on each & every one of us. And when you’re planning the wedding of your dreams during a time like this, you want it to be amazing in every way but to also keep everyone safe & comfortable. Valleybrook did just that. They made all of that happen & more! The service, the staff, the food, the whole entire place is phenomenal for every & any event. I highly suggest & recommend Valleybrook Country Club for any occasion especially for your wedding day. Tracey has been with Valleybrook for 20 years & she puts her whole heart & soul into everything that she does. After speaking to several other venues who did not want to bother with us because we wanted to keep our venue small and intimate I called Valleybrook. I spoke to Tracey who agreed to meet with us right away! She was friendly, helpful, and did not make us feel like we were wasting her time! She agreed to our small venue request and it was truly that easy! There are many choices for food and drink packages so you can remain in the budget you are setting. The ceremony gazebo was a gorgeous backdrop for our ceremony and family pictures. Our reception was out on the partially enclosed balcony and it was GORGEOUS, the decorations far exceeded our expectations! I had only one difficulty- getting the cake with their bakery was going to be a bit of a process due to COVID. I called Tracey and told her I can't be bothered with it just go with regular dessert. She told me not to worry about it she was going to handle it, and she did! There was an adorable 2 tier cake there! So thanks to her we now have the memory and pictures of cutting our cake! We had tons of feed back from our guests of our wedding being one of the best weddings ever attended! Everyone loved the adorable atmosphere, everyone said the staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious! I would most definitely have another event at Valleybrook and I would be willing to beg to have Tracey Mullin as my planner!

We recently had our wedding here- absolutely thrilled with how everything came out and ran. We almost maxed the place out (210 and they fit 220) but the reception room still fit everyone pretty well!! Loved the tree ceremony setting and the venue is adding more enhancements to make it better each day. All the staff was extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to make the day better for you. I’d recommend them for any gathering- not just weddings!

It was a great experience however it was a Thursday wedding attentiveness should have been a little bit more on the actual day of wedding . Staff very nice and food was great

My wedding at Valleybrook was perfect! Tracey was the reason I chose this venue. After visiting several other venues, when I met with Tracey I instantly felt comfortable and that we would be in good hands. She helped us every step of the way, even providing her services as an officiant when ours fell through last minute. The rest of the staff was also amazing. The food was delicious and the ballroom was decorated exactly how I envisioned it. Absolutley perfect!

This venue was absolutely perfect for our wedding. Tracey was the bomb.com helping us plan all of the large and small details of the wedding, from the great food to the smallest decorations. There is a gorgeous view from the patio area out to the golf course, and the ballroom was updated in the year and a half between when we booked the venue and had our wedding. It has a beautifully modern feel, and with uplighting it sets an excellent mood for a party. So to summarize: great planner, great food, drink, atmosphere, and fun.

We already know and love everyone at Valleybrook but they went above and beyond for me on my wedding day and I can't say enough how grateful I am. Tracey was amazing and Mia was wonderful !! Thanks guys!!!

Amazing from start to finish . Tracey and her team were responsive and professional. They were extremely easy to work with and accommodated all of our needs. We had our wedding on March 23, 2019. The venue itself was beautiful and the staff did an amazing job bringing my vision of decorations to life. It was more than I could have imagined. It was a windy, chilly day but our pictures outside came out beautiful. Great background for pictures even when the flowers haven’t bloomed yet! Everyone told us how great the food was as well. Overall it was a perfect day and we are so happy we were able to celebrate at Valleybrook!
