If I could give no stars I would. Was interested in this business for wedding floral arrangements. I was told that the will NOT give you the prices of their arrangements without paying them a non-refundable $100. This is not to secure their services... It's simply the cost to learn what they charge you for the arrangements. That is a ripoff. Simply taking advantage. I did not ask to have any samples made, we know what we want already, and all arrangements would be made online since the bride and groom are out of state until the wedding. Another florist provided a quote within a day and all we needed were 7 line items. But Vanessa's wanted $100 for this. Do yourself a favor and go to another florist that values customer service. Not worth it.

Vanessa's did all of the flowers for my wedding. I came in with just a general idea of what I wanted but nothing super specific. Victor was outstanding at figuring out exactly what I wanted and making it a reality. He went above and beyond what I imagined my flowers would look like. Thank you!

Our flowers were beautiful, dropped off promptly, and remained fresh! I am allergic to a lot of things and they worked with me to make sure I still had beautiful arrangements!

Vanessa's Flowers did a phenomenal job with the flowers for our wedding. The flowers we bright, fresh, and delivered right to our church and reception hall. Everything was set up and prepared once we arrived, and it looked AMAZING. We can't say enough nice things about the staff here, especially Katrina. She met with us several times beforehand to work out any details; she has extraordinary expertise. She worked with us to find beautiful flowers that fit our style and budget, and the execution was perfect! Vanessa's Flowers really took the stress out of this part of wedding planning; they made it so easy on us! 2 thumbs way up!

We got our wedding flowers from Vanessa's Flowers for our wedding. We didn't do much and nothing fancy but Vanessa's had everything just as we wanted. They were very helpful in showing us some different options that seemed to be our style. Closer to the wedding I called back because we had decided to change how we did the flowers for our flower grandma, they made the change no problem and it turned out that our new order was cheaper (and I had pre-payed) so I received some money back upon pick up which I was not expecting! Overall they did everything exactly as we wanted and all it took was one short visit from us, we didn't have to worry about follow-ups or check-ins. I would recommend Vanessa's flowers to anyone.

I can't even begin to say how happy I am with Vanessa's Flowers! After meeting with a couple florists who didn't seem to care all that much about my event, Victor blew me away! He took into account the color of all the dresses, so that the color of the flowers would compliment them in the pictures. He was familiar with the local venues, so he was able to recommend ideas to help bring color into the spaces. He listened to exactly what I wanted and then added his own expertise to make everything bigger and more beautiful than I could have imagined myself. He gave me everything I wanted and more! They really know their stuff at Vanessa's Flowers! I couldn't have been happier!

BEAUTIFUL!!! Katrina did such an amazing job on my flowers! I gave here a little idea of what I would like and she made it amazing! Such a sweet business and great customer service!!!! I got so many compliments on my flowers!!! Could not of asked for anything better!

I went to Vanessa's based on a recommendation from my mother-in-law. I was referred to Katrina. She was amazing, she was able to work with the centerpieces I had for half of our tables and create matching floral arrangements to compliment the look I was going for. The price was right and the quality of work was impeccable.
