Venue 311

Venue 311 is such a great place to get married - we enjoyed every bit of it! We loved how it is such a hidden gem, tucked away out in the country. The facilities are great for everyone involved - kitchen and catering room for the caterers, bar area worked well, bride and groom suites were pretty and fun to hang out in. The closet of decorations was so helpful too - so many great options in there! One of our biggest sellers on this venue was that we were able to choose all of our own vendors and really personalize the whole thing to ourselves. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Overall, Venue 311 had everything we need, looked so amazing, and we are so glad that we got married here! Photos look amazing and guests were very impressed!

Venue 311 was so affordable, yet beautiful and professional! It hosted all of our guests comfortably and the staff were so welcoming and easy to work with! There were many things at the venue that were available for us to use that were included in our package (i.e. chargers, a decoration closet, kitchen gadgets). I would highly recommend getting married at Venue 311! :)

BEAUTIFUL venue!! Photographs very well! The staff is very responsive and nice! I am a questions person and not once did I feel they were annoyed with the amount of question i had. They have tons of decor you can borrow/use and are willing to do anything to help your day special! It’s so elegant! The bridal suit is nice and big! We had about 14 people in there and we did not feel cramped at all! They have an indoor and outdoor option for the ceremony and a beautiful patio! I do not regret this venue one bit. 100% recommend!

Easy clean up process. One thing we wish had been different was for the grooms suit to be bigger. We had a lot of people in there and everyone felt cramped. Other than that an amazing experience, 10/10 recommend.

We had our wedding on June 17th at Venue 311. It was absolutely perfect! The venue offers everything you could possibly want. If you book with them, they will provide you a list of recommended vendors who are familiar with the venue site, which was extremely helpful. They respond very promptly and always very pleasant to work with. The venue is in a rural location, but that adds to the charm. There is plenty of parking for a moderate sized wedding. All our guests loved the venue space.

We just had our wedding at venue 311 on 05.05.2023 and it was amazing. It perfect. They were accommodating, and very helpful. The venue is absolutely beautiful, so the decor can be minimal if needed!! It was a wonderful day 😍 Brittany was so helpful, I had a thousand questions over these last couple of months and she answered all of them.

We got married at Venue 311 on 4.15.23. The day couldn't have been more perfect! The staff has been amazing throughout the entire process. My guests were in awe of the facility. My hair and makeup stylists told me that the bridal suite was the most accommodating suite in regards to lighting, space and mirror positioning than any other venue that they have worked in. The room with decor and accessories saved me so much money in decor and helped me fill in gaps on the day of in places that just needed something more. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate on my day and we had to move the outdoor ceremony to the chapel at the last minute. I wish I could have used the outdoor chapel, but the indoor was equally as beautiful.

Venue 311 is the perfect venue if you are looking for a beautiful, budget friendly, diy wedding. I absolutely fell in love with venue 311 through pictures and when I went to tour, I fell even harder! The day of my wedding ran so smooth and venue 311 did exactly what they said they would do. A huge bonus about this venue is that they have a decoration closet full of everything you need to decorate your wedding, FOR FREE! No need to go rent expensive centerpieces and chargers at this place! I 100% recommend!

Such an amazing Venue! My Vision was to have a rustic romantic venue and this was exactly what I got with Venue 311. Everyone who works here was so helpful and responded so quickly when I had any questions or needed assistance. The pictures that I was able to get when the sun went down were perfect and I have wonderful pictures that I'll always cherish. The price point was very reasonable and the venue looks even better in person. I would 100% recommend.

This venue is absolutely gorgeous. We were in search of a venue that could hold over 200 people that has classic features and still affordable. Venue 311 delivered! They answered ALL my questions timely and stayed in communication with me regularly. Day of, they had a staff member present to answer questions and she even stepped up to help with set-up and throughout the night. Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was. Venue 311 was an excellent place to have our daughter’s wedding this summer. The venue worker was a great help on the day. We loved the beautiful (air conditioned) chapel and the separate reception hall. They also have a nice variety of decorations available. They had it beautifully set up per our planning and ready to go at the time specified. Highly recommend!

Venue 311 is beautiful and everything I wanted! The price was SO good for what you get and I loved that you get to bring your own vendors. You get the venue all day so you have time to set up beforehand. The bridal and grooms suite were nice to have separate areas. Overall would choose to have my wedding here 100 times over.

The venue was absolutely gorgeous, with its French inspired theme. We had been planning an outdoor wedding, until I saw the inside of the Chapel, then We just had to get married inside. The fact that they have a decor room was the best surprise to come across. Our guest still talk about how beautiful everything was.

Our wedding was on March 2022, everything ran super smoothly. Early in the morning the venue helped us set up the microphone and outdoor speakers for our ceremony. They provided someone on the day of to help with any questions. The venue is beautiful for outdoor or indoor ceremonies, we did an outdoor ceremony but used the chapel for our family portraits. We are very happy we went with Venue 311.

HIGHLY recommend Venue311. Their customer service was impeccable, they were so kind and extremely helpful. Day of went perfectly because they had it all set up and ready for us. We used all of their centerpieces and they were gorgeous. The venue is just naturally beautiful, so we didn't need to add much of anything. Truly the best venue for our wedding!!

Venue 311 was exactly what I was looking for. It felt like home and the staff was very easy going, friendly, and helpful. The closet full of extra decorative items was seriously the best and came in handy! The little white chapel was exactly what I was envisioning. Everything was clean. I didn’t even look at other venues after seeing this one. It’s a small family business and I loved that!

We had our ceremony and reception here and it was perfect! It was the perfect size for all of our guests in both the chapel and the reception hall, and there was a great amount of decor to use. Our wedding was perfect, and the team was very communicative and professional.

Venue 311 was a great location for our wedding. Perfect size if you feel like most of the venues you visit are too big. The staff was always easy-going and nice to work with. My only complaint is that I was unaware that the chapel was not wheelchair accessible until the day of the wedding... could probably be blamed on an oversight on my part, but it would have been nice for it to be brought to my attention as it wasn't something I thought to ask in the beginning. Otherwise, Venue 311 is amazing! Awesome storage closet FULL of decorations that you're free to use as long as it's all returned at the end of the night! This was a huge help!

Venue 311 is a amazingly beautiful venue that you will not regret getting! Starting with the staff, they are always so prompt, on time, answer any little question, and very helpful. The location is a little out of the way, but they make it up in the venue itself. It is absolutely gorgeous and you will want to book a date right away! I didn't intend on booking a venue that you needed to hire other vendors, but Brittney made it so easy. Everyone she recommended was above and beyond, decently priced, and had great reviews. Go with this venue!

We really enjoyed this venue. It is SO beautiful and for such a fair price. It was exactly what we were looking for! The staff were INCREDIBLE and SO kind. The BEST part is their decorations closet. We saved an insane amount of money just from using things in the decoration closet. Definitely the best decision!

This was such a perfect venue for our wedding! They were extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The venue provides yard games for the cocktail hour, and has an entire closet of wedding decor that they make available to the couples. My husband and I loved the separate chapel and wealth of natural light. This is a beautiful, affordable, accessible venue.

Venue 311 was the perfect choice for our daughter's wedding. Casual but not country, V311 really fit the vibe we were going for. Despite a July wedding, we were comfortable in all the facilities, and really appreciated the separate chapel for the actual ceremony. V311 worked well with all our vendors, answered all our questions, and provided an overall great value. Two thumbs up.

We had the best time at Venue 311 and it was the perfect choice! We absolutely fell in love with the chapel and the reception hall had everything we needed as well. The location was private, easy to find, and had beautiful scenery. The trees around the chapel made for an amazing backdrop and created amazing wedding photos. The interior was simple and elegant which allowed us to decorate as much or as little as we wanted to. There is also an extensive decoration closet that can be borrowed from as well! The reception hall's amenities, including the bar, kitchen, serving room, and getting ready suites were outstanding. The outdoor patio area was an added bonus to cocktail hour that our guests thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating; especially as a same sex couple, it was important to us to find an inclusive venue and one that we felt comfortable with. They were quick to help us with any last-minute adjustments. We cannot recommend this venue enough. We absolutely loved our day thanks to Venue 311 and its staff.

Recently i had the pleasure of working here again on This past Saturday and I don’t usually do vendor reviews but this venue made me change that. First off the venue is beautiful, the staff is super nice ,amazing and helpful. I would highly suggest getting married here.

The Venue 311 staff felt like family and were so accommodating even when my fiancé couldn’t make it into the country for our originally wedding date and we had to push the date out due to COVID. We had such a wonderful time celebrating on May 31st 2021! So many dreams come true after such a long wait away from family. I have so many incredible things to say about this place so I am going to use bullets. - The family that owns it is SO sweet and so accommodating. They seriously make you feel like family, the hospitality is amazing. - The venue is GORGEOUS. So many good photo spots. It’s so clean and elegant. The property is well-manicured. I got a ton of compliments on how gorgeous it was. - It is very fairly priced. - To add onto the value of this place: they have a closet FULL of decor to use that saved me 100s of dollars in decor. -Also, since you don’t have to go through them for bar service/alcohol and you get to hire your own licensed bartending service and buy your own alc you save a TON of money. Venues who have their own bar services usually up charge you a bunch for alcohol costs. - They donate a portion of your total payment to nonprofits against human trafficking/abuse. - I texted Emily maybe 20x a week with random questions at all hours of the day and she responded SO fast every single time! -I emailed Brittney with changes to chairs and reception set up like 7 times the week before and she was so sweet and responded quickly every time. -They were so accommodating with the set up of chairs and tables. My mom is going through chemo so we had to give her a bubble of space everywhere she was during the day and they helped me space things out to achieve that. -They had a staff member there during the morning for questions while setting up and at the end of the night to put all borrowed decor back in the closet. In conclusion: they made this such a stress-free process, everything looked absolutely gorgeous, and I just cannot imagine my wedding being as amazing as it was without having it there. I know I mentioned the reasonable price but I would’ve paid double for how amazing my experience was!

The venue is absolutely gorgeous! The chapel is beautiful with a view of the trees out of the windows. The pond and gazebo set the scene so perfectly and make for great pictures. And the reception space--- WOW! You can really make it yours with how you decorate, but it is amazing to begin with! We got so many compliments on how beautiful everything was. It is also at a great price point which makes it even better! The staff was very helpful and kind to us each time we spoke, and they are more than happy to help!

Loved everything about this venue! We got married on February 6th 2021 after having to move our big day from October due to Covid. These lovely people allowed us to still have a small ceremony on our day of which meant the world to us. Our original date was VERY important to us and so glad we were able to get married on that day. February 6th was the big party and from the time we got there until the time we left we were always taken care of. The venue is so well taken care of and everything about it is convenient. We had the best day of our lives and it couldn’t of happened with out the perfect place to have it!

I had my wedding on New Years day and the venue was outstanding. The staff was helpful throughout the whole process. From touring the venue all the way through the day of the wedding, the staff was kind, informative, helpful, and always available. Their décor closet is filled with various items that will be sure to make your center pieces beautiful. They have a fantastic chapel hall that made for a beautiful ceremony! 10/10 would recommend to anyone. My guests were raving about the beauty of the venue and property! Most of the beauty of my wedding came from leaving much of the reception hall untouched and allowing the structure of the hall to shine on its own. Seriously check this place out.

When we toured this venue, we knew this was the place we wanted to get married! Venue 311 has the gorgeous white chapel, outdoor garden and large indoor reception hall with white walls and dark floors. 😍The venue has a decorations closet filled with signs, lanterns, vases, easels and candles that made planning a breeze. The bridal suite is huge with picture perfect seating areas for those getting ready photos. My husband was in the groom suite watching the football game with his guys on the TV. The venue was great with communication during the planing stages and responded quickly to emails. Super important for a COVID bride! The owner was extremely helpful the morning I arrived to get ready for our day. The day of our wedding was absolutely magical and the venue came to life. Our wedding ceremony was done in the chapel and turned out amazing!! Our guests loved the patio with the outdoor games (corn hole, jenga...) and all of the kids played in the grassy area outside. I really can’t put into words all the positive things about this beautiful venue and wonderful ladies that run it.

Venue 311 was amazing! I am so so so happy we chose this venue for our wedding. The staff was kind and easily accessible. The venue was always clean. We were able to visit the venue a couple of times for a walkthrough and on our first visit we fell in love. The venue and all the details were so lovely. I loved how it was spacious and allowed for all the natural light to come in. The venue has a variety of decor that we used for our wedding as well which was SUCH A RELIEF and money saver. I recommend visiting the venue to see for yourself. The cost for the venue was excellent. We booked it before they finished the chapel and gazebo, so on our actual wedding day we were able to enjoy those too! Having our wedding at Venue 311 was truly a dream.

I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful this venue is. On a sunny day the venue is just gorgeous: It’s beautiful, spacious, and it was just a dream to see everything come together on our wedding day. Not only is the venue beautiful, but the ladies who run this venue are so hospitable, took all my panic calls, and were so helpful and gracious. As a 2020 bride, that means a lot. I highly recommend this venue you will not be disappointed.
