Verbena far exceeded our expectations for our wedding and made our day so special! We were BLOWN away when we saw our ceremony & reception rooms. It was everything we’ve dreamed of and more. They are they preferred florist for SCM. I truly loved our flowers and they ended up decorating our sweet heart table as a gift to us. They were responsive via email and and I also loved on our contract they provided visuals of similar flower inspo of work that had done before so it was easy to keep track of what we had. Also all the flowers from the ceremony for repurposed in the reception space and it looked so great in there.

What talented florists!!!! I knew when I went for my centerpiece mock up I hired the right people! I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted I just had a concept in my head. I explained this to Jen and kind of hoped for the best because what was in my head seemed impossibly in cohesive so I wasn’t sure how it was going to work. My god did she make it happen! It was like she opened my head dug around my brain and recreated what was in there! The same went for when I walked into my venue and saw what was created!!! Absolutely stunning! My bouquet was more beautiful than I can ever imagine! I am still getting compliments on how gorgeous my decor and flowers were

I don’t have enough great things to say about the team at verbena designs! Jen, Marlene, Jaime and everyone there brought my floral dreams to life! They were extremely easy to communicate with and we’re always so accommodating to our requests. They did a beautiful job with our bouquets, ceiling greenery, centerpieces, sweetheart table, pergola, and staircase greenery. They also did a fantastic job decorating our memory table and memory chair at our ceremony to honor our loved ones. We first saw Verbena Designs' floral decorations as we were touring wedding venues, and we were blown away by how beautiful their floral designs were. From that moment, we knew we wanted them for our wedding! Marlene was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely accommodating throughout the planning process, and she always gave great attention to detail. Our wedding day turned out stunning -- our flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I had Verbena Designs as my florist for my wedding on 8/24/23 at Sea Cliff Manor. As someone who did not care about having a lot of flowers and thinking no one would remember them, I was surprised that it was one of my favorite parts of our wedding. We decided to reach out to Verbena Design since they were one of Sea Cliff Manor’s preferred vendors. We met with Marlene who was very informative and kind. I showed her what kind of style and colors I liked. I’ve been seeing a lot of colorful flower ideas on Instagram/pintrest and I just loved the way it looked. When I walked into the venue on our wedding day, I saw Jen setting up the centerpieces. I had bud vases and dusty blue taped candles on each long table. I really was in awe of how stunning the flowers looked. I’ve never seen flowers so beautiful and vibrant. The bouquets were just as beautiful I wanted to hold mine all night. I have friends and family messaging me about how beautiful the centerpieces were and how nicely decorated the tables were. I’m so happy and thankful we decided to book a florist and that we chose Verbena. They really did such an incredible job and the flowers looked more stunning than I could ever imagined! You will not regret booking Verbena Design as your wedding florist I could not recommend them enough!

My wedding flowers were everything I had hoped they would be. My bridesmaids all wore different colors, so I sent the swatches to Jen and her team and told them to do their thing. Our bouquets were beautiful and our centerpieces were to die for. I received an unbelievable amount of compliments on our flowers. I could not recommend Verbena enough.

Highly recommend!!! I worked with Verbena for my April 2023 wedding at Sea Cliff Manor. The flowers were absolutely stunning and we got so many compliments on them. The decor on each table, the chuppah, corsages, bouquets, etc. were all stunning. I changed my flowers after my initial consult, and Verbena was so flexible in helping me make changes.

Verbena designs was 100% the right decision to make for floral arrangements. The staff is extremely friendly, quick to respond, and highly professional. We got married in December and were aiming to do a winter themed wedding with a lot of greenery and candles used as decor. When I walked in during the day of the wedding the venue was even more beautiful then I could have even imagined. Every inch of the venue fit our winter/woodsy theme and Sara from Verbena did an absolutely amazing job with the arrangements and setup of the chuppah. Everything they did was perfectly executed and I am beyond happy with the service we received. Thank you to Jamie, Kim, Sara, and the entire Verbena team for making my wedding more beautiful then I could have dreamed.

From the first consult with Jen we knew our wedding would be in the best hands by booking verbena. Verbena & co was extremely detailed to ensure my vision was exactly executed (which it totally was). My bouquet was insane, 100% spot on to my photo inspo. Everything was absolutely stunning from the bridesmaids bouquets, entrance piece, and those center pieces!!!! Everyone was raving. Couldn’t say enough nice things about them. Beautiful work and even nicer people to work with.

We worked with Verbena for our November wedding and had an excellent experience. Jaime was a joy to talk to and she brought our vision to life in her initial proposal. The flowers at the event arrived right on time and were even more gorgeous than I had imagined. The pricing is very fair and the work is top-notch. We will recommend Verbena to all our friends and family members holding events in the area!

Jen and the entire Verbena team were fabulous to work with. I had a Zoom call with Jen early in our planning process and just from meeting with us and viewing my Pinterest board, she absolutely nailed my aesthetic and the romantic/boho feel I was going for. Jen helped us execute our vision while staying in budget and gave very great feedback on things she didn’t think were necessary for us to stay in budget. We were able to view a sample centerpiece prior to the wedding (it was perfect!), but you never know based on one centerpiece how the rest of the florals will look the day of and I was SO pleasantly surprised with everything! The attention to detail and quality of the flowers as well as their knowledge of the venue made working with them a dream and I would highly recommend using them!

I can't even begin to explain how much I loved working with Verbena for my wedding in July. From the moment I booked them, I knew I was in good hands. Their communication and organization is top notch and I was never left waiting for a response to any email. When I saw the mockup of my centerpieces I couldn't even believe how beautiful it was. Jenn and Jamie were so great to work with through the entire process. On my wedding day, my bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets were beyond words, I literally cried when I saw them when Jenn dropped them off to my house. The church flowers, the reception centerpieces, every single thing was beyond what I could have imagined for my wedding day. I will recommend Verbena to everyone I know, they truly love what they do and are SO great at it.

Overdue review!!! I had Verbena Designs do flowers for our sons 1st birthday party at our home. The theme was under the sea. Verbena took my theme to a whole other level with their perfectly designed flower arrangements in the prettiest oranges and blues arranged into hand painted sea blue ombre pots and lots sea shells! A true work of art!!!

The team at Verbena took the budget i gave them and nailed every single aspect of our day. From the bouquets to the centerpieces to the decorative flowers on the cake and in the venue we could not have been more thrilled. They were prompt, friendly, met with us multiple times, made mock ups for us to see and they exceed every vision i had. Would highly recommend!

Beyond! that's the word that comes to mind when trying to write a review about Jen and Verbena Designs. She and the team went so above and beyond for my daughter's recent wedding, i'm still in AWE. The designs were absolutely spectacular. The selection, colors, placement, variety of shapes and sizes were so impeccably coordinated they blew everyone away the moment they walked into the ballroom. I knew they were going to be fabulous since we had a sample centerpiece made a month before the wedding, but seeing all of them together throughout the venue completely WOWED me. Jen was able to capture exactly what we wanted and more.... Aside from her artistry, she is a pleasure to deal with. Throughout the planning process, Jen patiently educated us on flowers and their seasons and what we could expect then guided us expertly to make our decisions. Each and every communication we had with anyone at Verbena Designs either virtual, in person, email or text was timely, detailed and professional. I cannot say enough positive things about Verbena Designs. THEY WERE SIMPLY BEYOND!

I am SO beyond thrilled we chose Verbena to do our flowers for our wedding! Flowers were not on my top priority list but knew I needed to have them to brighten up our room and pictures. I am SO glad we went with a florist instead of me trying to DIY my centerpieces! When meeting with Jen, the owner, she was absolutely amazing from the start. We instantly clicked with her and she was so easy to work with. Jen was thorough, kind, understanding, and honest. Honesty was an important feature we looked for in our vendors. She worked with us and helped us decided on the best option for our wedding and theme/color scheme while staying within our budget. Jen and her team truly have an eye for flower design! I was obsessed with my flowers on my wedding that I actually had them preserved to display in years to come. Jen was so patient with my 5 million changes as I could not make up my mind of what I wanted. She was able to guide and help me make the right decisions. We had all low centerpieces for our wedding. We had flowers within a pumpkin on half of the tables and a ring of flowers with a lantern on the other half. Her flowers were vibrant and beautiful the day of! All of my guests took home centerpieces (I really should say took and ran!!!) and I was upset because I wanted to go home with one of each and only got the pumpkin!! LOL She hand delivered the flowers the day of the wedding herself to my house as well as my fiancé's house (at the time) and all the bouquets came beautifully wrapped. Run don't walk to book Jen and her team! We will definitely be using her in the future!

They did a good job with our center pieces and replicating the picture of my bouquet I wanted that I sent pictures of. They also were able to use a piece of my wedding dress (cut during alterations) as the ribbon on my bouquet. It looked gorgeous on it! I was bummed though seeing brown spots on the white roses and on some of the boutonnières. **After our bridal party entered the reception the Vineyards put all of the bouquets lined up on our sweetheart table! Multipurpose!!

I don't think there are words to describe the amazingness that the Verbena team created for us! They turned an empty castle into the most gorgeous garden of our dreams! I worked with Jen to design our first wedding (which was postponed due to Covid) and again on our rehearsal dinner and wedding that took place 14 months later. We changed venues, and the one we ended up with was nothing like the first (at a vineyard), but we really had our hearts set on a specific look. Jen, Jaime and their team turned this castle into the most magnificent garden and truly truly exceeded my wildest dreams! On top of that they are wonderfully kind, patient, and just such a pleasure to work with! I can't thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone looking for a florist for any occasion!

Jen and Jaime are amazing at what they do! We used them for our wedding on 2/26/22 at the vineyards at aquebogue. I wanted a very whimsical/natural look with a lot of greenery and they made it a reality. When I went to meet with them, I hadn't realized that most of my inspo pictures had actually come from their instagram (lol!). And the day of was more perfect than I couldve imagined. From my bouquet, to the greenery on the stair railings, to the entrance table, to the flowers on the cake, it was all my vision come to life. I wouls 100000% recommend them to make your dream a reality!

Jen and Jaime are an expert duo! At my first meeting with them, I knew that Jen immediately understood the look I was going for to fit our wedding aesthetic. They were able to work around our budget, and when we put together our small COVID wedding they were flexible with creating some last minute table scapes as well as the most gorgeous bouquets for me and my bridesmaids. Finally seeing their work in our wedding venue this year blew me away. They created another bridal bouquet for me that was similar to my 2020 one but had it's own flavor, as well as a matching wreath for my dog that seriously stole the show. The reception room was romantic, classic and everything I wanted. I cannot thank them enough for the work that they did, and know that we will use them again in the future!

I worked with Verbena Designs for a recent wedding and as a wedding coordinator, let me tell you...they are amazing!! Jen and her team are so nice and easy to work with. The floral design for the couple's ceremony was gorgeous and matched the couple's theme perfectly. Their reception design was also absolutely beautiful, and they moved things seamlessly from ceremony to reception. The couple was extremely happy and they made working with them on wedding day a breeze. I 100% recommend them - you will not be disappointed!

I had booked Jen with Verbena designs for my 10/16 elopement and 10/23 wedding. She blew us all away for both events with her floral designs. I have no concept of color theory but I knew I wanted “fall” themes. All I had to do was give Jen my color swatch for my bridesmaids dresses and she did the rest. She was so kind and amazing to work with. Jen is quick with responses and will work with your budget. In addition, Jen will be flexible when it comes to changes with centerpiece numbers and anything else that may come up. I had originally wanted lanterns but 1 week before the wedding changed my mind and it was no problem at all for Jen. She provided us with such beautiful centerpieces and bouquets. They were so complimentary of the dresses we had. She is a wizard with florals and you will not regret working with her. If you give Jen creative freedom, she will blow you away with her ability to create amazing arrangements that will definitely enhance your day.

When you are looking for flowers for your wedding, Bar/Bat Mitzvah or any other special occasion, look no further than Verbena Designs. Jen and her staff are absolutely wonderful. Jen listens to what you want, offers suggestions and the result is exactly what you had in mind. She had such patience, called back whenever we had questions and never made us feel we were bothering her. Jen is so sweet and accommodating! We used Verbena for our wedding ceremony and reception on May 21. Jen and her team are just exceptional. Even before we booked with Verbena and were having meetings with different florists trying to find our match, Jen was extremely thorough and sent a very detailed proposal, complete with pictures, descriptions, and quotes for every single item on our list. She was also outstanding to work with during the pandemic and put a “soft hold” on a new date for our reception if needed, no questions asked. Jen and her staff are true visionaries, and absolutely captured my vision for the centerpieces and the bouquets. I don’t know much about flowers at all. I let Jen know a color scheme I wanted to stick with, and she ran away with the rest. On the wedding day, the flowers were delivered and were well packaged and just gorgeous. They truly nailed it! We got so many compliments about our arrangements the day of the wedding. We would absolutely work with Verbena again!

Run to book Verbena. We had met with a few florists and none truly understood what we were going for... until we met with Jaime and Jennifer from Verbena. They made my bridal bouquet dreams come true and made our vision of a rustic, nature, and garden theme come to life with simple greenery at our reception. They even incorporated accents of my favorite flower (and uncommon wedding flower) orange lilies on the cake to match my bouquet. They were extremely understanding and flexible through two covid postponements, our final table count decreasing (due to covid) and were easy to work with and fully understood our vision and saw it with us. They were also the lowest price estimate we got! Highly recommended!!

Our flowers were better than I ever could have imagined! The team at verbena is unlike any other. They brought my vision to life and then made it even better! Like many other 2020 couples, our plans changed multiple times right up until the day before. They were so flexible and easy to work with through all the changes. The bouquets, centerpieces and boutonnières were stunning. The flowers were fresh and plentiful. They perfectly executed the winter white look that I wanted. Verbena Designs did an outstanding job for our wedding on November 1st, 2020. The bouquets and centerpieces were absolutely exquisite. Ours was supposed to be a June wedding but was postponed to Nov 2020 due to Covid. Verbena went above and beyond and was able to get the summer flowers we wanted that were totally out of season for November.

Verbena designs has been amazing to work with. They assisted me in adjusting my plans for my 10/16/2020 elopement and were extremely understanding about the stress of wedding planning at this time. They will also be working with me for my postponed wedding in 2021 and now that I saw my original bouquet, I am so excited to see what they come up with next! Everyone who works there is so kind and thoughtful, and people would not stop raving about my bouquet all night!!

Verbena Designs was incredible to work with and brought my flower visions for my wedding to life, I would highly recommend them! There were certain add-ons I wanted but also didn't want to spend too much so they priced out everything up front and then let me cut out certain things to meet my budget. Jennifer has an evident passion for her job that makes working with her so enjoyable. I loved that Verbena provides you with a detailed contract including pictures so you know what to expect. They were punctual the day of and made everything stress free. From my bridal bouquet, sweetheart table, welcome table and outside ceremony, I loved how everything turned out thanks to Verbena.

Verbena Designs is truly a grade A business. We used them for our wedding this past weekend, as well as my bridal shower a few weeks ago. They have been so accommodating through the ups and downs of the pandemic and have supported us with our last minute requests/updates. Our wedding went from 300 people to 50 people, so obviously our floral needs decreased. Verbena was flexible and did not take advantage of our contract with them. They were super fair and worked with us every step of the way. Their flowers and set up were GORGEOUS. They were on time, professional, and just an all around pleasure to work with. How a business responds during these times means A LOT! My husband and I could not recommend them more!

Choosing Verbana Designs as our Floral Designer/Vendor was absolutely hands down one the best decisions we made!!! They made all our floral dreams truly a reality & gave us all the heart-eyed emoji feelings. Jamie and her team followed through on everything discussed & planned, and still floored us when seeing how everything came to life on our wedding day. It was all we could have imagined and more!!! We worked with Jamie from start to finish & she was equal parts an artist and a professional through it all. She was extraordinary easy-going, patient, collaborative, & honest when pulling aspects of “Pinterest/Instragram” inspiration and matching them with our own thoughts, needs, and budget. One of my FAVORITE aspects about Verbena and Jamie’s process where how organized they were from the very beginning!! They complimented my personality and spoke to my heart when after our first meeting, I received a several-page PDF document detailing & listing in the clearest way possible all the information that we discussed with images included. It was not only a type A’s dream, but matched the high quality of work and operation they have. They really get it and you! Along the way in the planning process, my fiancé (now husband) and I updated & made revisions to this document several times, either via email or after an in-person meeting. The carry-over from conversations was impeccable highlighting how exceptional of a listener Jamie was & how conscious she was in her work. She also was amazing at educating us and employing her creativity to bring everything together. We really felt her partnership in our wedding and loved the check-points Verbena set out as well in terms of dates in place for payments & when we had to confirm our floral designs and then our quantities later on. They have built-in the option to also come in to see a “sample of a centerpiece” as well and this was a great opportunity & time to get all the important aspects of our vision confirmed and locked down. In the weeks and days leading up to our big day, Jamie was terrific at reaching out & verifying logistics. It was sincerely a wonderful experience, honor, and privilege to work alongside Jamie and her team leading up to our wedding day. Everyone in the workshop was always so friendly, would say hello, & offer us water when we walked in for a meeting. We met Jen, the owner, on two occasions as well, and she did the weddings of two of my husband’s cousins, she couldn’t be any sweeter! Verbena truly is consistent with their experience- never making you feel like a ‘number’ or ‘just another wedding.’ Jamie always gave us the attention, warmth, dedication, and involvement, all couples would want and deserve, and you felt confident they were a well-oiled operation that they would follow-through and deliver completely. When it came to our actual wedding day though, it really was just magical thanks to them! While I never got to personally see Jamie in-person the day of our wedding to give her a hug and thank her, everything was ninja status and timely, efficient, & labeled for the bride/groom, parents, bridal party and photographer. Also- simply BEAUTIFUL. Their florals are works of art and seriously thoughtfully crafted. I hope this review is the biggest form of a thank you that is deserved. If we ever need floral arrangements for any event in our future, we know Verbena is our only choice! Thank you, thank you, thank you, for everything- Jamie, Jen, & the entire Verbena team!

Verbena has been so accommodating and supportive during wedding postponements due to COVID. Jennifer was able to offer 50% refund toward the postponement date, even though the flower order was already placed/couldn’t be cancelled. Additionally, she personally called and offered to deliver a flower arrangement, given that they still had the flowers. On top of that, I mentioned that I was still having a small ceremony and she also provided a bridal bouquet and boutonnière. The flowers were gorgeous and we received so many compliments!!

Verbena -- a staple in our household. After my brothers beautiful floral arrangements in 2017, we knew we needed to use Verbena's talent for our special day. They took an idea for a Christmas tree arch and made this spectacular, dreamy backdrop for our ceremony and reception. Jaime and Jen were super responsive via email and phone as well, which was a great perk as we were planning from out of state. They also were accommodating to our budget, helping us feel comfortable and excited about what was to come. We could not recommend their services more!
