Vestals catered our wedding and it was so delicious!! All of our guests commented on how tasty everything was! Working with them from the tasting to our event was such a breeze. They did such a fabulous job of communicating and making sure I was staying on top of all of my to dos!

We worked with Morgan at Vestals for our September wedding and could not say enough good things! It was such an easy process from start to finish and Morgan was so good at communicating every step of the way. I could tell she really cared about our experience and she was such a light to work with! The food was also AMAZING and we had many guests rave that it was some of the best wedding food that they had ever have. I would definitely recommend them as a trusted vendor on your special day.

First I have to say everyone I interacted with from the emails to get things started to people on site the day of were amazing. During cocktail hour were a few passed appetizers and a charcuterie (we did bring in some vegan cheeses from Rebel Cheese to make sure the vegan guests could also enjoy something and Vestals displayed it for us too). I didn’t get to enjoy all of the food, but they did bring us some of the grilled cheese shooters and caprese skewers to our private dinner and those were PHENOMENAL. The guests had a buffet dinner, but they had an attendant bring us a private dinner during cocktail hour. The boursin potatoes were heavenly. The seasonal salad with strawberries and their Texas Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette was one of the best salads I have ever had. Neither of us were really that hungry so we just kinda tasted the food and most of it was good. Their gluten free pasta and cornbread weren’t great. I should have just picked other sides that were naturally gluten free because I know how difficult it is to make good GF food and unless someone is used to making it for large groups at a time, I was honestly just setting it up for failure. They also made desserts - a pecan pie bar (I don’t remember seeing and none were left over so they must have been good), ginger molasses cookies (not GF but so so good and a huge hit with everyone that ate them), and a vegan lemon raspberry mousse shooter. They also prepared a lil cooler bag with some drinks, desserts and a bit of a private charcuterie they left in our room to enjoy later (but by the time we went back we were exhausted so didn’t even notice till the morning after, oops). We had an after party where they had veggies and dips as well as a tenderloin flatbread and a vegan flatbread and both of those were delicious too.

So many people not only mentioned how DELICIOUS the food was but how KIND the service was as well!! Bianca was our personal attendant for us as the bride and groom and any second my drink fell below an inch she was there ready for me to have another. I felt so freaking special I was on the MOON! I have truly never seen such incredible service and food production!! An absolute huge massive THANK YOU to Madison!!! Madison was a STAR when it came to all of our back and forth changes and communication. I never had a single worry about our food, venue flip, design, anything because of Madison. She single handedly made me feel like the event was going to go perfectly - AND IT DID!! She always had a smile on her face and I never dreaded an email from her. I truly cannot say enough good things about her! Thank you immensely to the staff for helping make our vision come true and have our day feel so effortless and seamless. I am so so grateful for the professionalism and enthusiasm of this team. Y'all make me want to have another wedding just for your service and delicious food!! THANK YOU!! Y’all absolutely knocked it out of the park. Every guest I asked about their food/experience said they were blown away by the food. Stand out stars were: THE BRISKET, THE BURGERS, the cannoli, and the cake bites! What made my heart so happy was also hearing how guests said the servers were so incredibly kind. When I saw how the venue was set up perfectly according to all of our many many back and forth emails I truly just couldn’t even believe y’all were THAT good. I have no negative notes to share. Not a single one. Vestals you truly have my heart. I will recommend y’all to every single person I know because not only do you have top notch food production, but your customer service and attention to detail were truly phenomenal. I wish I could have another event just to have y’all back again! Madison, you are genuinely so amazing at your job. You made me feel calm and excited and never had any doubts or worries about our timeline/wedding/details. You had faith in us and we had so much faith in you - and you absolutely nailed everything to a T. You are a STAR! Thank you for EVERYTHING! Vestals will make ANYTHING happen for you. They let you customize your menu and will truly work with you to make your dream event happen. Could not be more satisfied with the quality and value of their service!!

Vestals catered my wedding at the end of December 2023. They were so professional and so easy to work with. They really have the process down to a science, so it was very easy for me to manage the catering aspect of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, everything ran beautifully. I mean.... it was so perfect. The food was insane, the bar service was flawless, the event management was also perfect. As the bride and groom, we felt very closely attended to which was lovely. We haven't stopped getting compliments about the food - even from the guests we expected to be super picky! I cannot recommend Vestals enough.

We hired Vestals for our wedding and couldn't have been more pleased! So friendly and professional and most of all - AMAZING food!! Seriously, it is restaurant quality. Our guests are still raving about it weeks later. 10/10 recommend them for your catering needs!!

Vestals was absolutely incredible. The whole tasting and booking process was so lovely. Sydney helped us pick out the perfect menu and was so quick to respond and answer any question. Really good and professional catering business. They are easy to work with, and they are pretty adaptable with what you request! The tasting was awesome, and we got to talk and review what we wanted after the tasting. I received so many compliments on the passed appetizers, and the dinner buffet we chose. Really professional team, from the sales department, to waitstaff, to the chefs *salute to BOH for killing it on the food!!!* Highly recommend

We had barbecue for the wedding dinner. It was out of this world! Southern food at its finest. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. The owner was so kind and wanted to make sure that everything met our expectations. She even made my daughter and son in law a late night snack to take with them if 2 slices of their cake, a small charcuterie box, champagne and glasses. I would highly recommend this catering company.

Vestals catering did such an incredible job at our wedding. The service was amazing and food was delicious. Caitlyn was such an amazing coordinator and was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning for our big event. Everything from the cocktail hour snacks being passed around to our guests to the wonderful dinner was perfect!

We use Vestals anytime we can! So they were obviously our first choice for my wedding; we did a venue catering buy-out so we could bring Vestals in. Jourdan and her whole team were amazing from the start. People don't usually go to weddings for the food - but our friends and family are learning they do when it's catered by Vestals! A must is the bacon-wrapped apricot appetizer! The staff goes above and beyond. The food is so delicious - including great vegetarian options. The service is A+ quality. We love Vestals.

Vestal's catered my wedding and did an excellent job. They are professional, know their business, and have a ton of options for your event. My wedding was about 100 guests, but I went to a much larger wedding they catered also and the food was great at both events. So I think large or small, Vestal's can accommodate your requests in a reliable and consistent manner. The staff pre-event and onsite were kind and helpful and everything went as planned. Great vendor!!

Vestals was the caterer for my wedding & they were absolutely amazing! They were willing to work with us to stay in our budget & they were super flexible when we wanted to make tweaks to the menu. The wedding day was absolutely perfect. They greeted my husband and I with a drink the second we got to the reception & they brought appetizers to us and the wedding party while we waited for our grand entrance. They offer a wonderful experience. First the food was first rate. From the charcuterie to the entrees and all the appetizers and sides in between. They have a great variety to choose from and the bacon wrapped apricots were a big hit with guests to name one item. Communication was also excellent. As we developed the menu and ran into questions, they had answers for all of it. We needed a tent. Done. We needed tables. Done. We needed place settings and linens. Done and done. The wait staff were all very professional and the lead made sure everything was right and worked with us to make sure it was perfect. Their set up was efficient and everything was exactly as we hoped. I know this sounds like it might be too good to be true but they helped make our day the most special event that we could hope for. Vestals is the PERFECT caterer for your wedding. My mom and I tried four other caterers before deciding on Vestals. The tasting experience was perfect and Jourdan (the Vestals manager for our event) was so accommodating and easy to work with. Our wedding day meal was flawless, cocktail hour went off without a hitch, for dinner we served a plated meal with a choice of beef tenderloin or rosemary garlic chicken, we had late night snacks as well. We heard from many guests during and after the wedding that the food was the best food they have had at a wedding to date. Choose Vestals!!

Good food was a must have at our wedding, and Vestals went above and beyond to make that happen! From the initial communication, Aubrey was amazing at staying in contact, super great about any changes and made the whole process extremely easy! Even better, the night of our wedding, we had a buffet style, but the servers still plated each plate to perfection! The food was delicious, I had guests of all ages making a point to tell me how great our food was even days and weeks after our wedding!

So I want to start with the positives, loved working with Jourdan. She was so flexible with my vision and helped my design a food plan perfect for our day. Our guests LOVED the taste of all the food there. Unfortunately, the team that was sent was not so ideal. They showed up almost an hour late to set up causing problems with other vendors. They weren't prepared with simple things such as napkins and they continuously harassed my mother and MOH with repeated questions that had already been answered causing a fairly stressful environment leading up to the ceremony. In hind sight I should have had a day of coordinator to handle it but the number of repeated questions was a little out of control.

Vestals made all our dreams (relating to food) for the wedding come true!!!! We are still having guests rave over our cocktail hour food, reception food, our S'MORES BAR and the excellent service! They made the process so seamless and easy to communicate. We worked with Jourdan and she was so patient, explanatory and very responsive to all our questions. We would choose them over and over again!

So my husband and I had 2 must haves for our wedding: open bar and food… lots of it. We literally did tastings at 5 different places, and obviously the search was over when we went to Vestals. When calling to book and discuss our vision, Jourdan was so helpful! For our first tasting, we walked in to personalized menus, welcome sign, and champagne. We were so amazed and felt very special We had a lot of unusual requests for our wedding, which they went above and beyond delivering. We had 4 passed appetizers during cocktail hour. Our wedding dinner was served family style. We had the super salad with rolls. almond crusted chicken (seriously the best) and beef tenderloin as protein, seasoned veggies, and roasted potatoes. We also offered late night snacks prior to the wedding ending (candied bacon, donut holes, and chicken and waffle bites). The food was fantastic. Now to come to the most Important part. I did not want a wedding cake, but requested for them to create a wedding “queso foutain” with all the fixins as my cake. They did a fantastic job, and even did blanco cheese (chips, cheese, and fixins were all house made). We had to keep turning people away because it was such a hit and had to keep refilling it The entire Vestals team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our wedding night went perfectly. They even sent us home with a bag full of snacks and cake to enjoy in the hotel. We would like to give a special shout out to Fabiola (I believe that was her name) who made sure our head table had everything we needed.

Vestals did such an incredible job at my wedding. The food was so delicious and they did such an amazing job of making sure my husband and I were fed and had full cold drinks! Everyone was so professional from the tasting all the way to the big day. I will be reaching out to vestals for any of my catering needs from here on out. Thank you for making my wedding so special!

Vestals Catering was hands down AMAZING! For starters, being the Bride, as the ceremony started and the wedding party was lining up to walk down the aisle, I was alone in the reception room waiting for my turn. I started hearing the music play as people started walking down the aisle, and I got emotional and started crying - nervous, excited, but nervous. One of the Vestals Catering women came over to me and asked if I was okay and gave me tissues. It was the most comforting thing to me because at the time, I was alone. Shortly after, my dad walked in ready to walk me down the aisle. That is the MOST memorable thing to me about this company. I LOVE them for this reason and many more, but this certainly impacted by big day. I was also introduced to the lady who would be "specifically taking care of the Bride and Groom the entire night". I thought that was super neat. She greeted us directly after the ceremony (while getting ready to take pics) with our favorite drinks and fresh appetizers - thankful for this because by the time pics were over, there were no appetizers left! This company went ABOVE AND BEYOND the entire night and I will always be thankful for them and their wonderful service. Food & drink ratings - 10/10. On top of their unforgettable service, their food was incredible! Appetizers and entrée 10/10. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. They have a TON of different options to choose from too; so many great options it was hard for us to pick. Please go with Vestals and you will be so thankful you did! Vestals is an extremely professional catering company, they are top notch! I was in contact with Alex during the 2.5 years of planning our wedding (covid-delayed) and I couldn’t be more thankful for her. During that period my guest count wavered along with the food we needed. Alex was so quick and efficient to respond every time! The day of, the Vestals catering staff were absolutely perfect! I never had to worry about them and they served all my guests their food so quickly. The food Vestals provided was incredible. They were also so accommodating with my guests who had food allergies or diet preferences. Vestals was recommended to us by our venue and I see why, they are the best!

Vestals catered my daughter's wedding and did such an amazing job! Alex handled the whole process from the tastings to all the updates and changes, to the site visit and then the actual event. She was such a joy to work with the whole way through! The service was so professional and the food was absolutely delicious. We had many people commenting that it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding! We had passed appetizers, 3 buffet stations, a dessert table as well as a hot beverage table with cider, hot chocolate and all the toppings. They met and exceeded all our expectations!

I reached out to all 4 for initial estimates and dialogue. Vestals Catering was far superior than any of the others in terms of our initial conversations and responsiveness. Jourdan Meester is the Sales Manager for Vestals and she was simply one of the most professional individuals I worked with during our daughter's wedding. She far exceeded my expectations with her level of communication and professionalism. Vestals was very fair in terms of pricing. The highlight though, was the food itself. I cannot tell you how many of our guests made it a point to come up to me at the wedding and tell me the food was simply the best they ever had at a wedding. The food was incredible. Our wedding guests couldn't get over how good the food was for our wedding! A lot of times you go to weddings and the food is sub par, but this was amazing! We had a lot of dietary restrictions and we had a couple of our vegan friends say " this was the best vegan meal I've ever had!" You will not be sorry if you hire Vestals for your wedding. So kind, and delicious and so grateful for them to be a part of our special day!!!

We were so impressed with Vestals for our big day. They were the preferred vendor that we had to use for our venue, but even if I had a choice I would choose them again. They were so easy and flexible to work with and made every small alteration/ adjustment we requested with ease. They were so professional and very reasonably priced. The food was delicious and we had several compliments from our guests!

We received the best comments regarding our wedding food. My husband and I chose to do a buffet with chicken and beef with passed h'orderves during cocktail hour (shrimp cocktail shooter, mint watermelon, skewers, and chicken flautas). Our guests raved about the food! Jourdan took great care of us throughout the entire process!

We booked with Vestals in Feb 2020 prior to the pandemic starting, and they were amazing throughout the whole process til our wedding July 2021! They were also very helpful and accommodating when we had to move out our wedding. Jourdan was exceptional, helping us with suggestions on the menu, keeping us in the loop with any changes, and answering any questions and concerns we had. All of our guests loved the cocktail appetizers, dinner and complimented on how impressed they were with the staff. We could not have picked a better company for our wedding!

We used Vestals & Jourdan for our wedding and had a great experience. We wanted custom action stations and Jourdan made our vision come to life. We got compliments on the food (especially the Ahi Poke Bowl station) all night. It is pricey but it’s worth it. Definitely get the butternut squash empanadas!

We had the best experience for our wedding with Vestals. Jourdan and Alex were very responsive and took great care of us from start to finish. The most amazing part of the entire experience was Beverly. She waited on us hand a foot. There was never a moment that I did not have a drink in hand. She would find both out of no where and ask what we needed. Once the ceremony ended Beverly walked outside to find my husband and I where she had a plate of appetizers and our drinks in hand. During dinner she noticed that I did not eat that much because we were talking to guests. She offered to take my plate and warm it back up!!! TRULY this is a team you would want to have taking care of you! Cannot recommend them enough!

Everyone raved about the food we had at our wedding! Multiple people said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding, or in life. We had the buffet with chicken and steak. The prices were reasonable. Fabiola was in charge of catering and she did an excellent job. She made sure my husband and I got to try everything and that we were taken care of.

Vestals exceeded our wildest expectations for our daughters wedding. So many of our guests commented that it was the best food they had ever had at any event. The wait and bar staff were amazing! They made our daughters wedding every thing she had ever dreamed of!

The food presented to us at our tasting was much different than the food presented at our wedding, not in a good way. The linens we chose during our tasting were not the correct linens on our wedding day. We paid vestals $150 for “security” that never showed up (required by vestals because we were serving alcohol). We also paid for a “Venue Manager” who ended up leaving one hour after the venue was made available to us on our wedding day; come to find out, that individual left to help assist with another venue vestals had booked that day. The only positive to come out of this situation was the catering staff, they greeted everyone with a smile and were very personable. After discussing this with the venue director she agreed to reimburse us for all the things (as listed above) that went wrong with our wedding day experience. Upon further discussion she would write us a check in the amount we agreed upon; she promised that both, the bride and grooms family would receive a Christmas Eve dinner and she promised to cater another event for the brides family, grooms family and the wedding party. We were more than pleased with this offer; however, the services they offered fell through once again. We had to call two months later regarding our check; only to find out they never sent it. They also never ended up sending us our dinners. After a brief discussion with the venue director I asked if it would be possible to write another check for the services she promised us above and be done with this. She explained that she wouldn’t be able to make that happen. Be prepared to be disappointed with lackluster experience when using this venue/catering company. The bride and I were incredibly disappointed to say the least.

We had very high hopes for our wedding, as Vestals was by far the best we tasted throughout our search for our wedding caterer. Jourdan and the team were fantastic throughout the whole planning process, and brought out the red carpet for us on our tasting experiences every time. They handled everything for us including linens, flatware and glassware, cake and dessert stands, and mixers and supplies for the bar. Our appetizers were nothing short of incredible and were a fan favorite for our guests. Our less than stellar rating unfortunately comes to the reception dinner. The staff was incredible throughout the night, but the meals fell short in a few ways. A lot of the meals came out quite cold (as mentioned by many of the guests and family). Our mushroom ravioli meal came out with the incorrect sauce, and the shrimp scampi came out wrong without any pasta. When mentioning the shrimp scampi issue with the manager on site that day, our planner was told it was my fault for not specifying pasta on the order given to them (even though in the multiple tasting experiences with Jourdan and Tori the shrimp scampi was served correctly). We were later told by the company that the pasta was forgotten and not loaded on the trucks on our wedding day. For the most part our experience with Vestals was great, but the reception dinner results were quite a letdown that day.

Vestals was very accommodating in our unique request for breakfast for dinner. They have a very professional staff and our guests could not stop talking about how delicious it was.

Seriously just had the best wedding ever this weekend thanks to Vestals. Our guests were raving about the food and they were even early getting it ready when we could tell our guests were getting hungry. You for sure need them for any event that you are having.

Vestals was our dream vendor for our destination wedding at The Emerson! The team was quick to answer any questions during the planning process. The food was delicious! Our guests have not stopped complimenting the dinner and cocktail hour. Don't hesitate to book Vestals!

Vestals was amazing! They catered our 40 person wedding at our family home and they went above and beyond to make it special. They arrived early to set up with an army of people. We didn't have to lift a finger! The food was amazing, the staff was extremely friendly, and they left our home spotless when they left. Beverly followed the Bride and Groom around all evening to make sure our glasses were full and we were getting a chance to eat the food. She did so without asking and we adore her for it! The bartender was super fun and served some awesome drinks. The portions were huge and no one left hungry! Thank you so much for making our evening so perfect!

ALL of our guests raved about the food and how it was the best food they have ever had! The presentation was impeccable and the portions were just perfect. They made my husband and I were taken care off from the moment we sat down to the moment we did our grand exit. They even made sure my parents were always taken care of with food and drinks!! Ever been to a wedding with sub-par food? Me too. Vestals was DEFINITELY not the case here. First off, I've never had such amazing food in my life as I did with Vestals. I got to eat their delicious food at both my wedding and one of my bridal showers, and let me tell you... Everyone was OBSESSED. Two months later, people are still bringing up how yummy everything was and I crave their food weekly. I barely even had any food at our wedding, but Vestals boxed up a few big boxes of each dish for us to take to our hotel after and no joke, the first thing we did when we got there was devour all the extras that they had given us. Beyond their impeccable food, everyone at Vestals was so kind to us. Alex helped us in regards to tastings, menus, and getting everything sorted out. She was so kind, understanding, and helpful when all of our wedding plans were put to a halt because of COVID-19, but helped us come up with so many different options in order to accommodate with everything going on. The day of team was incredible as well. All the servers and bartenders were phenomenal, and Beverly (the head lady and I think maybe chef of the night) was the sweetest woman I've ever met. I've never felt so cared for and tended to in my life. Vestals is 20/10 all around, and you absolutely will not regret hiring them.

We loved working with Vestals. We were blown away by how everything came together. A number of our guests commented on how delicious the food was and how friendly the servers were. They took exceptional care working with us during a stressful wedding season. We will not forget the experience we had with the Vestals staff.

We cannot begin to express how wonderful Vestals Catering was for our dinner after our wedding. Due to Covid, we had to make drastic changes to our plans. Aubrey from Vestals was so helpful and kind and so easy to work with. She helped us stay within our budget and was completely transparent with us. Although our wedding reception did not look like we had originally planned, July 11th was the best day of our lives and we can thank the Vestals team for helping make that happen. Everything was just perfect from the initial conversation with our sales manager to the food. Our guests enjoyed every bite just as much as we and they talked about how good the food was days after the wedding! 10/10 would recommend.

We used Vestals for our wedding in July 2020 as a recommendation from two separate co-workers. We cannot speak more highly of them. They were the most flexible vendor we had with the possibility of having to move our wedding date because of the pandemic and they took all of the proper precautions for a coronavirus-free wedding . They were quick to respond, professional, and very friendly. We were able to use them for both our rehearsal dinner at the Bingham House and for our wedding at a separate location. We absolutely recommend them for your wedding!

Vestals did the catering for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding in early March. This was my first time to work with them, but it definitely won't be my last. I could not have been more happy with the overall experience of working with Vestals. First, they were recommended to me by a good friend who is also a top event architect/coordinator in Dallas. From the beginning, Aubrey made everything so easy, and stress free. She met me at the venue and we were in touch several times before the wedding. The dinner was amazing!! The food was delicious, the presentation was perfect, and the service could not have been better! My daughter must eat gluten and dairy free, and a lot of caterers do not want to accommodate that. Vestals did a great job on the dietary restrictions for the menu! The servers were so professional and kept all the guests happy. My husband and I are very thankful we found Vestals, and we highly recommend them!

I always love working with the team at Vestals. They are so kind and have a great level of professionalism which makes the planning process a breeze. Not to mention, their food is absolutely amazing. I consistently use recipes that Jordan has taught me at family gatherings, and they're always a hit. I would highly recommend them for any of your catering needs!

Vestals is hands-down one of the best caterers in Texas. I've used them for five years at many events and they never disappoint. Not only do I use them for events in Dallas/Fort Worth, but they've also traveled across the state for our events. Their staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, their pricing is competitive in the market and their food is exceptional. They always go above and beyond!

AWESOME!! Vestals was amazing. Not only was the food delicious (as everyone said) they were so easy and nice to work with. Starting from day one they made communication easy and were willing to adjust whatever was needed, with no problems!! We had a family style dinner at our wedding and all of the food came out smoothly and tasted great! I would highly recommend them to anyone, and would use them in the future for any catering needs. Overall we had a wonderful experience with Vestals! We tried multiple food tastings with preferred vendors at our venue, the Hickory Street Annex. Vestals was by far the best food that we tried and they had an affordable price for the quality provided. They were extremely responsive responding to messages. I was a little nervous, because the sales person we worked with for our tasting left before our wedding but it was a seamless transition to the new associate and they still got everything we ordered correct. I am vegetarian and my husband loves steak, so our menu was a little more challenging than most. Vestals was extremely accommodating and offered some delicious vegetarian options. They also accommodated other dietary restrictions. I had some very specific requests as to timing and the food and Vestals accommodated everything. The food was so delicious and felt more elevated than traditional wedding food. We did a buffet and had plenty of food the whole night. When I've seen guests in the months after our wedding I swear one of everyone's first comments is that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. To me that is a huge win because normally people do not remember the wedding food. They were very friendly in all our conversations leading-up to the wedding. And the staff actually at the event provided very high customer service. The bartenders were quick, but made our signature cocktails perfectly. They plated a beautiful meal for us to eat before entering the reception and even surprised us with leftovers at the end of the night which we really enjoyed at the hotel afterwards. At one point during the night, the lead team member even waited outside the bathroom to bring me my favorite drink! Overall exceptional service and quality of food. I highly recommend Vestals for a wedding and any other event!
