Victoria's Bridal Couture

Victoria's Bridal was recommended to me by the bridal boutique where I bought my dress - and I'm so so glad! They did the most fantastic job altering my dress to fit me perfectly - and they NAILED the bustle. Also they are just super fun and awesome and made me feel beautiful throughout the process. I recommend scheduling well in advance as they get quite busy - especially during the summer. They were very timely and I felt their pricing was very fair. Highly recommend!

The best! Excellent customer service. I came in for some alterations and left with a custom tulle skirt to over my gown that was everything! They made me feel beautiful!

Victoria's Bridal was recommended to me for alterations by the shop where I purchased my wedding dress, and I'm so glad! They did an amazing job of altering my dress to fit me perfectly. My dress had a lace neckline that was slightly rubbing my fair skin and making it pink, and they were even able to fix this. I would highly recommend them!

I went to Victoria's Bridal for my wedding dress alterations based on a recommendation from the place I bought my dress, I Do Bridal. Victoria and her staff were amazing to work with. She knew exactly what needed to be done to the dress to make it look amazing on me, and I left with a dress I felt a like a princess in. Scheduling was easy and the price was great for the area.

The ladies at Victoria’s Bridal saved me from wearing a dress that was, in hindsight, not a good choice for me. My original dress was supposed to be custom-made, but when it arrived did not fit properly at all. The seamstress at Victoria’s was very blunt in her assessment of the dress and that made me seek out a new gown. The new gown turned out to be amazing! I stopped by Victoria’s to let them know I’d found another dress, so there was no need to work on the original gown. Even though I did not have an appointment that day, the let me bring the new gown in and made initial plans for alterations so I would not lose any time before the wedding day. The final alterations, including a very easy to use bustle, were perfect and I could not have been happier with the dress!!

Victoria's bridal couture completed the alterations on my formal wedding gown for a reasonable price (particularly compared to other estimates I received). The team did a good job, and took care to correct a couple seams that accidentally looked puffy. They were very efficient with my time, and kept every commitment for trying on my dress and the final delivery.

Victoria was able to get me in 3 days after I called during the peak of wedding season alterations. I am extremely grateful. She was quick, and payed great attention to detail.

I used Victoria for my dress alterations and she was great! There wasn't much to do on my dress, she worked very quickly and knew exactly what was needed. When I went in for my fitting, part of the neckline wasn't sitting quite right and she was able to see the problem and fix it on the spot. I felt beautiful in my dress and it was less expensive than I had anticipated!

Victoria and her team are super helpful and easy to work with, although they do get booked out! The alterations were very well done, and they were very receptive and quick to adjust a section when I noticed that it didn't match the other side. They also gave me a *fantastic* tip to use a crochet hook for the buttons on my dress, it made getting in and out of the dress a lot easier!

I do not like writing negative reviews, which is why I have been putting it off. However, I think it is necessary to return to it. I chose Victoria's Bridal based off of the yelp reviews to get my wedding dress altered. Throughout the alterations the service was fine - everyone was kind and they worked with my complicated schedule. At my last fitting the seamstresses said everything looked "perfect." I should have known to bring someone along with me to see the details and be a second set of eyes. Fortunately I tried my dress on for my Mom and Sister a week before the wedding and they immediately saw all of the flaws. The craftsman ship was awful - one strap was almost two inches longer than the other, the stitching was loose and poorly done, the zipper was sewn in terribly, the pieces in the back were uneven....the list goes on. These were not details I noticed as they were all in the back and I trusted the seamstresses when they deemed the fit "perfect." With only a few days before leaving for our wedding destination my Mom and Sister secretly went to a friend who is a seamstress and she had to redo all of Victoria's Bridal's work. When we contact Victoria's Bridal they did not take responsibility. They were very defensive and only after my Mom and I both expressed our disappointment several times did they offer a 15% reimbursement. I was very disappointed by their response - paying almost $400 for alterations I expected far better quality and service. It was a waste of money and caused unnecessary stress for my family. I would have been better off not going to them at all. I'm not sure how so many others have had great results with this boutique. Maybe I was the unfortunate one whose dress was rushed through or given to someone less experienced. I will not be returning to Victoria's Bridal and I cannot recommend their services as they do not stand behind the quality of their work.

I was so impressed with Victoria's Bridal and the work they did on my dress was perfect. After another seamstress left me scrambling to find someone to do my alterations I found Victoria's Bridal and couldn't be more happy. When I called to schedule an appointment I explained my last minute situation and they were very flexible in fitting me in. I needed quite a bit of shortening for my gown, some minor work on the bodice and also a bustle for my train. Victoria has been doing this for a long time and it shows in her work. The alterations were completed quickly and the final product was gorgeous! They also made a great recommendation for getting my dress cleaned and preserved.

The two gals at Victoria's Bridal came highly recommended and it's obvious as to why. They were honest, priced competitively, and do great work! They don't want you to spend more than you should and are up front about everything. They will try to steer you in whatever direction is going to keep your costs down. They are also pretty quick with everything and everything is done when they say it will be. All around would definitely recommend going to them.
