Villa Aletta

Everyone knows the venue is one of the most important parts of planning a wedding. Villa Aletta was the best choice we could have made! All of the spaces were absolutely beautiful. In-house bar and catering (delicious!) made everything easier. Table decorations included, are you kidding?! The coordinators were so helpful throughout the planning process and were flexible with any special requests we had. This venue truly is one of a kind and we would highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Villa Aletta and their team! Kristian & Morgan were absolutely amazing to work with! They were so helpful throughout the planning process and made it as stress-free as possible! It felt like I had built in wedding planners. During every planning meeting we went over all the details and they asked me about things that I never would’ve thought about on my own! They handled the set up and tear down of just about everything. They had everything set up (the day before) when we showed up for rehearsal and of course handled last minute items the morning of! They helped us with the ceremony order and were there for rehearsal and real time to make sure everything went smoothly! We also had Mangia (their in house caterers) for all of our food and it was absolutely delicious! Ours guests were raving about it all night. I cannot recommend them enough!

I loved working with the coordinators at Villa Aletta. They were so kind and helpful during the whole process. They were quick to respond to every email I sent about changes that I had made or any questions that I had. They explained every cost and detail during our meetings. The day of our wedding went so smoothly from beginning to end. They took care of setting up everything. Our ceremony was supposed to be outside but it was cold and rainy so we moved it inside. They made it look beautiful. You would never have known what they did wasn’t the original plan. At the end of the night they did all of the clean up and tear down. I honestly don’t have a single complaint about this venue or the ladies that run it.

The ladies at Villa Aletta were phenomenal! They had great communication skills, helpful, really listened to my ideas & helped with all my questions i had! Through & through they were great! Definitely recommend getting married at Villa Aletta!

Our day was perfect because of the staff at Villa Aletta! From the professionalism they showed, to everything that they helped us with we could not have asked for a better venue to have our reception at!

This venue is great, The outdoor ceremony space is gorgeous. The staff is incredibly helpful. They offer a lot with their base cost. I spent a fraction of the money at the Villa but I got a day of coordinator, set up and tear down, linens, basic centerpiece décor etc., included which not a lot of venues offer. The only reason I can't give a 5 star review is because of the food. The restaurant that owns the venue and who catered my wedding did not follow through for me. The food provided tasted amazing and we got lots of compliments. However, I made it very clear to the caterer that my mom has a gluten allergy. They promised me gluten free pasta for her but on my wedding day there was no gluten free pasta. I told them in our very first meeting that I did not want my mom to eat salad at my wedding and that is exactly what she did. Overall this venue is incredible. Maybe just don't use their in house caterer if you have people with dietary restrictions, or really stay on top of it to make sure it gets done.

Villa Aletta was top notch and we are so happy we went with them for our wedding!! Kristian and Kara were amazing to work with. They were very transparent and responsive and everything at the venue is neat and clean. Best decision my husband and I made!

The Villa Aletta team was with us from the start! They were very thorough and attentive to every detail to help make our day special. Even when circumstances out of their control went awry, they did their best to accommodate. We are so very thankful and glad we chose to celebrate with Villa Aletta and we recommend them 100%!

Venue was super informative and patient with helping me stay organized while planning my wedding. On the day of the wedding they were so helpful and made sure that was really able to enjoy the day. The venue is GORGEOUS inside and out with an amazing bridal suite, so there’s not a whole lot that needs to be added to have the venue prepared for a wedding. 10/10 and if I had to do it all over again I would for sure choose this venue.

I cannot give enough stars to this place, the team made everything so easy that our wedding day went off without a hitch. The decor, table cloths, napkins, and chair covers provided made the whole space so stunningly elegant - the only thing we ended up adding were some flowers to the tables and table numbers. They set up a number of meetings to follow up on planning and continue to go through each step with us which made everything so simple, even helped us out when we didn’t know what we were doing or what we wanted. The ceremony space was beautiful and a good amount of pretty areas around to get beautiful photos. The dressing rooms were spacious and made getting ready a breeze even with five people getting ready, plus well lit and had ample room for eating and relaxing. The amenities provided as well as able to be purchased were great- the guys had a blast golfing in the morning across the parking lot, the sparkler exit was uncomplicated, drinks were stocked in the dressing rooms. The day of coordinators solved any problem that came up so easily, kept everyone on track for the ceremony, and got all the other vendors organized without any issues. They were the point people for interacting with the catering too, and even served portions to the guests which we were not expecting. They were very easy to contact and communicate with, and answered all my very late night emails graciously (and in a timely manner). I have already personally recommended this venue to every one I know, and will continue to do so, they were that good.

The wedding was absolutely amazing! They made the process soooooo easy and smooth. Villa Aletta was amazing to work with and made us both feel comfortable right from the start. They were always responsive the messages and very honest when asked questions. Beyond thankful for everything that they did and how magical our big day was!

Kara and Kristian helped make our wedding night the best! Helpful in planning and answering our questions. Mangia food was amazing and Villa Aletta is a beautiful venue. Thank you Constantino family for making it a night to remember!

Although we had a couple unplanned things happen (outside of the venues control), the coordinators at Villa Aletta worked diligently with us to ensure everything went smoothly throughout the day. They were easy to work with and helped to make the whole day better! Many of our wedding guests left us comments about how beautiful the venue was and how our wedding was one of the best they had ever been to. Would definitely recommend.

Villa Aletta was amazing from beginning to end. Everyone is so sweet, well prepared, and makes your day go smoothly. Kara and Kristian didnt miss a beat the whole time. The suites are by far the best and have everything you need. Our makeup artist and hair stylist were very impressed with all the room we had.If you are looking for an outside/inside venue book now!! The Villa Aletta was the best venue I had ever seen! They answered all my questions and completed all my requests. This truly made my wedding day special. We loved that it's very family owned and local and the two daughters did an outstanding job at ensuring our morning and evening went accordingly. Mangia prepared a delicious meal and piccolos floral look beautiful on the new pergola that the venue had just built a week prior. The venues options for decorations fulfilled all my needs too. Overall, I would support this venue with all my heart!

Darby & team were so organized & thoughtful. Food was fantastic! The wedding ceremony was so beautiful outside. We didn’t have to worry about anything. Villa Alleta took care of everything. Perfect day!! Highly recommend!

This venue is amazing! Not only is it absolutely gorgeous- they provide all of the table cloths, napkins, plates and silverware which made planning so much easier! The girls that helped make the day perfect were so kind and knew exactly how to make the day run smoothly! I cannot recommend this beautiful place enough! Thank you!

We just had our special day this past weekend and we could not have picked a better place!! Everything was just perfect! The ladies that work there were always so sweet and helpful, they made the entire day entirely stress free! I did not have to think about anything, they took care of it all! The venue itself is just everything you could ever need. The groom suite was perfect for the guys to hang out in! The bridal suite was my personal favorite - so spacious for everyone to get ready in! The ceremony area in the back is so dang cute, along with the waterfalls and the lighting outside! Every single thing about Villa Aletta is absolutely perfect! I would 1000% recommend having your Wedding ceremony and reception here, you would seriously not regret it!!

When I tell you that the venue has the best coordinators ever- The venue is not only adorable, but the staff make everything so easy. They set up, clean up, and streamline every process. I highly recommend Villa Aletta!

I’m not sure I have the right words to describe just how amazing Villa Aletta is!! We got married 6/3/22 and it was the absolute most perfect day. Everything went so smoothly and that is all because of the awesome staff. Darby, Kara, Kristian, Amy… These ladies are awesome at what they do. They are so easy to work with, so helpful, and just the best! We got so many compliments on the beauty of the venue. And don’t even get me started on the food. Their in house caterer (Mangia) is to die for!! I’m forever grateful for this venue and making our day so perfect!!

Villa Aletta was perfect! I fell in love with everything about it as soon as I saw the photos online. Toured the venue and put the deposit down instantly. Darby was the most amazing help and I am so so happy that she ended up coming to the wedding (She just had the most BEAUTIFUL baby ever). I did have some run in issues, my now husband was coming to find a coordinator for the golf coupon for next doors driving range and the coordinator for the morning was unable to be found in the office, golf had to be paid for in the morning. My MIL had bought water bottles for us to use for the ceremony and she was told the night before at rehearsal that the water bottles would be chilled for the next day and that we would be able to use them, fast forward to wedding day, my MIL was told she could not have one and was not allowed to grab one. Overall, the great atmosphere and the most beautiful venue made all the little issues so small and inconspicuous that nothing overshadowed how amazing and wonderful the day was and how beautiful the venue was inside and out. Would totally recommend the venue (even with the small issues) they worked with me through everything and everyone was so kind. I couldn't thank Villa enough for such a WONDERFUL wedding day. BIG SHOUTOUT TO DARBY FOR COMING TO THE WEDDING AFTER HAVING YOUR BABY!!! IT MADE MY DAY EVEN BETTER!! <3

The Villa Aletta team was fantastic to work with! Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The vendor shows and meetings with the coordinators made planning so much easier to stay on top of our list. The venue itself, inside and out, is absolutely beautiful and can work well with any theme. Villa Aletta has so many packages of decorations and linens to choose from as well. I will be recommending this team first to all future brides. PS- they don't just do weddings!

My Husband and I had such a great experience with Villa Aletta. All of the team members were so helpful during the whole process. They provided options for other vendors involved in weddings. We loved having the option to use the venue's centerpieces and not have to worry about providing our own. Communication, organization and availability were fantastic. We loved having a bridal and groom suite onsite to enjoy our mornings with our respective wedding party. We would highly recommend Villa Aletta for your wedding!

I would recommend Villa Aletta time and time again!! The whole entire Team is very personable, helpful, down to earth and honestly just amazing!! Getting married in February, I wanted something to fit the “cozy” feel and absolutely fell in love as soon as I walked into Villa Aletta. The interior is absolutely gorgeous, and they also have a beautiful outdoor ceremony site as well. Their bridal/grooms suites made it so easy to have everyone together to get ready with more than enough room to still be comfortable. They sit down with you and help you create a timeline of your day to make sure it’s exactly what you want and more. They have day of coordinators there to help make sure the day runs smoothly without any issues. As a young bride, I was kind of lost but they made the whole experience so seamless and I couldn’t have asked for a better day! If you’re considering looking into Villa Aletta, do it!! I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

From the very beginning of the process to the many ending details. Villa Aletta could not have been a more perfect venue for our wedding. The ceremony location was perfect, tucked behind the reception hall. The fountain, the gates, the gazebo, and trees made it so easy to not have to add other decor. The bridal suite was perfect! We were able to purchase champagne from the venue to be able to enjoy mimosas while getting ready for the day. The reception hall was beautiful. The lights hanging from the ceiling, the drapery, and up lighting made it a very romantic evening. The Villa Aletta team was always there to help when needed, they knew all the details to make our day successful. And it was, we can’t thank the team enough for all they did and provided! Our wedding was absolutely perfect.

Darby and the whole team at Villa Aletta were amazing, from the small details I never would have thought of to the big things like handling a last minute schedule change. Leading up to it they were always available to answer our questions, handle our color changes, and connect us with vendors. They made it such a laid back, easy day and handled everything. An absolutely amazing team and for an incredible day!

Villa Aletta was wonderful. Planning the wedding basically alone was so hard and I didn’t feel like my wedding decorations that I bought or anything was up to par but Darby was so attentive and kind and she did a great job putting the place together for me and made me feel better about the whole thing and that helped remind me that all the things that I messed up didn’t matter and it didn’t have to be perfect because I was marrying the love of my life. The place was beautiful and the staff was amazing . I would recommend Villa Aletta to anyone and everyone.

Villa Aletta was the second venue I toured, and I knew before I left that’s who I was choosing for my special day! Darby made everything seem so easy and was an absolute joy to work with through the process. If you had a question, she was able to give an answer or suggestion right away(definitely helped put my anxiety at ease) The day of the ceremony went off without a hitch. Darby and her team(sorry I can’t remember names) made sure to check in periodically to see how things were, and even offered to set up so that my bridesmaids could enjoy the getting ready process as well. I would without a doubt choose Villa Aletta again. They made my day everything I could have dreamed of and more! :)

The bride and groom suites were such a great space for us to get ready in. Through the whole planning process all the way through the wedding, the staff here was so helpful and easy to work with! Not to mention the food from Mangia!! It was so good! We got many compliments from our guests about how beautiful this venue was and the food! Villa Aletta is definitely the way to go if you want the most stress free day and evening. They helped me set up all my decorations and take them down at night which i was so appreciative of. I had both my ceremony and reception there and it went so smoothly! If there were any issues I certainly didn’t know a thing about it. They were there when I got ready (btw bridal suite was beautiful) and were able to accommodate any last minute requests or answer any questions. To say these women work hard to make your day special is an understatement. I will recommend this place to anyone asking!

This venue is absolutely beautiful and perfect for around 200 guests! They include so much such as linens, centerpieces, chair sashes, bridal and groom suites, opportunity for outdoor ceremony! The staff truly make your dream wedding visions come to life! Darby worked closely with us through the planning process and was so responsive and extremely helpful! I can’t say enough good things about this venue and their team!!

Darby was so easy to work with and answered all my questions pretty much immediately. The rental at Villa Aletta covers so much (linens, basic centerpieces, etc) and pricing is very reasonable. The food was AMAZING--we have gotten so many compliments from guests! We have no regrets in choosing Villa Aletta for our big day!

Villa Aletta is one of the most breath-taking venues I've ever been to! The staff went above and beyond to make sure myself and my bridesmaids were taken care of the day of the wedding. Darby, the wedding coordinator, was amazing, very communicative, and accommodating even though our wedding got delayed a year and half due to Covid. The staff was very professional and responsive to our requests and preferences. My guests kept commenting about how beautifully everything was decorated, and how seemless the day went, thanks to the staff. If you want a wedding venue that will make the day extra special for you, Villa Aletta is where it's at!

PERFECT VENUE for our perfect day! I cannot say enough about Villa Aletta! The outdoor ceremony area is very intimate and SO BEAUTIFUL! Indoor reception ball room is also very romantic a great size. Plus amazing bridal and groom suites. Dana, Darby & Leah are such great coordinators, any questions I had they were a text/email away answering my random questions on there days off/late at night :) & day of our wedding they were so attentive to our needs. Also, I think every time I visited the venue they had new updates around the property! OH, and Mangia!!! Best Italian food. Plus late night pizza was perfect! If you are looking for the perfect indoor/outdoor this is your place!

I can't express how much I loved Villa Aletta- gorgeous reception hall with outdoor areas to extra photos. The staff was so professional and took care of everything so we could relax on our big day without any worry. Darby communicated with us every step of the way to make sure they provided everything we wanted! Guests came up to us through out the night saying how perfect the reception was. I highly recommend Villa Aletta to other couples looking for an elegant and intimate wedding hall.

I got married at this venue almost 5 years ago and it was everything we wanted and needed for an intimate ceremony. I wanted my ceremony outside but with the weather, had to have it inside- which turned out SO elegant & beautiful !! Recently, I had the opportunity to revisit this venue under a new name and ownership. It is even more beautiful with bridal suite improvements, and the most versatile & romantic decor & a team there to create your day into whatever you dream it to be! The team CARES so much for their couples. This was a 10/10 experience !!

Darby and her team were incredible! They made our wedding experience a dream come true which wasn’t an easy task given that we are in the middle of a pandemic and local restrictions changed the week of our event! I can’t recommend them enough!

Everything from the outside ceremony area, to bridal/groom suites, to the reception area is just beautiful. It is the perfect size and a great location in Omaha! Dana, Sarah, and Darby made my wedding dreams come true. They were with me every step of the way by answering my never ending questions, e-mails, and calls. Throughout the COVID-19 crisis, they were so supportive. They kept in constant communication, updating me in a timely manner on everything they could. They truly are the dream team! Villa Aletta is such a beautiful venue! The "getting ready" space is newly renovated and has tons of space! The ceremony space on site has a rustic, tuscan vibe with the stunning black gates and large arch to match! My favorite part of this venue is the grand entrance over the balcony in front of all of the guests! 10/10 would recommend!!

I'd like to take a minute and tell everyone considering who to choose for their wedding venue to pick Villa Aletta. My now husband and I looked at as many venues as you would expect newly engaged couples to look at, many of them included the same amenities as Villa Aletta but none of them measured up. Hear me out... you are planning your wedding trying you hardest not to be stressed but lets face it as brides we are ALL stressing. The first time we viewed Villa Aletta we met with Dana. When we left my (now) husband looked at me and said, shes going to make sure you aren't stressed and we both know how important that is. He wasn't kidding. Dana, Sarah and their team were above all, accommodating, friendly, easy going, and focused on making our day stress free for us. A few hiccups happened with our day but we didn't even notice and that is 100% due to them (and our amazing bridal party). Not only is this venue beautiful but you get everything you need included in your price, and trust me you want to cater Mangia. Our guests are still talking about how great the food was. I can't thank them enough for making our day magical and turning this venue into the beauty that it is!

Our wedding could not have gone smoother. Everyone at Villa Aletta was amazingly helpful and very communicative through the entire experience. The food was fantastic and the staff was very competent. They provide his and her bridal suites all day which were fantastically useful. Their in house DJ is well worth the money! Everyone was dancing all night and had a blast. The venue itself is beautiful and while we did not use the back for a ceremony it was amazing for pictures. We highly recommend Villa Aletta.

As someone who was born and raised in the Omaha metro-area, I've attended many, many weddings at all types of venues around town. Let me just say that Villa Aletta was a 5-star experience from start to finish! We arrived early to the easily-accessible venue before the ceremony began where there was ample parking available. The exterior was well-maintained and free of any debris. We were escorted to the back garden/patio area where the ceremony would take place. It was so romantic! The chairs were set up facing a lovely alter area with an arch draped in flowers and vines. It was intimate, elegant, and simple. A sound system was used which was AWESOME because we were able to hear EVERY word of the ceremony. Following the ceremony we were escorted inside the venue. WOW! It was so beautiful! The entryway was staffed by a very nice security guard who kept keen eyes on the gift table and the numerous children who could have easily escaped during the reception (we didn't lose one!). The vaulted ceiling was adorned with drapery and the lighting was perfect for an intimate, romantic ambiance. We had plenty of room at our table. The barstaff was incredibly friendly and helpful, as was the DJ. The event ran SMOOTHLY from start to finish. It seemed effortless for the bride/groom and their families. Dinner began and they kept the line moving. The food was AMAZING. Hot, tasty and Italian. Everyone at my table finished everything on their plates and a couple people even got seconds! At some point, the staff moved the gifts upstairs to a locked room (got this info from the mother-of-the-bride, as I didn't see this happen). What a great service!!! And as a guest, I had no idea it had happened! It's the LITTLE THINGS, people! We had a lot of fun dancing to a great mix of music and my kids did not want to leave. It was the best time! I would recommend this venue to ANYONE; weddings, birthday parties, graduation parties, reunions. Anything. 10/10.

Working with Villa Aletta was great. Dana and Sarah made sure the entire day ran seamlessly. The transition from the ceremony to the reception hall was simple, and we received so many compliments from our guests about how well run and beautiful the venue is. We definitely agree. The in-house catering, Mangia Italiana was delicious as well. We highly recommend this venue!
