Don’t walk, RUN to book this venue. BY FAR the best day of my life! Our wedding was beyond my vision. Food was amazing, staff excellent. From the first day I booked with Villa Lombardi’s they have NEVER disappointed me. I originally postponed my wedding date and they never once gave me an issue and went above and beyond to assure me everything would be perfect. Jennifer did not skip a beat getting to know me since my original sales rep was no longer available. Jeannie was an angel and throughout my postponing process never made me once second guess my venue. I met Mr. Lombardi himself plenty of times even the night of my wedding and he was so nice. We did Mamas Jar sauce and pasta as favors for our wedding which was a hit and they were so on board when I needed sauce choices and help getting cases of it. (Best idea ever). The night of our wedding Cathy, Pedro & Sandra were BEYOND amazing. Not one guest had anything bad to say. The cocktail hour was amazing, the dinner was amazing & my ceremony at Villa was beyond beautiful . I will forever recommend Villa Lombardi’s to any bride or even just to have a party there. I can promise you, you won’t regret it

Where do I begin? My husband and I had our dream Ceremony, Reception, and After Party at Villa Lombardi's on 02/12/22. Everyone was absolutely amazing to work with and we are still on Cloud 9 from the perfect day. We worked with Jennifer leading up to the wedding. She was very attentive and made sure everything was in order for our big day. Our wish was her command! The day of, Kathy was our Maitre D' and she was outstanding. She was always asking us what we needed throughout the night and worked tirelessly in the background to ensure perfection! The entire staff at Villa was so great. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how great the service was and how magnificent the night was. From the fantastic food to the gorgeous venue, both my husband and I are so happy we chose Villa Lombardi's to start our forever. Our guests have already said our wedding will be talked about for a long time because of how incredible everything was. Know you are in extraordinary hands when booking with Villa Lombardi's!

We were just married A month ago today at Villa Lombardi’s and we couldn’t be happier with how everything went! First, the Director of sales Jennifer was the best to work with – she was easygoing and professional from the start, and made us feel very welcome. You couldn’t ask for a nicer lady to work with . From the moment we stepped inside Villa Lombardi’s, we were blown away. We met with Jeannie and her knowledge of the venue was impressive. We met with Jeannie during the middle of the pandemic, unsure of what our wedding day would actually look like, but she went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding day was everything we wanted it to be. We booked with Jeannie immediately. She is the BEST. She really takes incredible customer service to the next level. She quickly and confidently responded to every single question we had. Our family and friends raved about the space, the food, and the staff. We met Pedro the day of our wedding and he made sure that everything was perfect for us. We really enjoyed working with him. The cocktail hour space as well as the ballroom are beautiful. The amount of delicious food is impressive; we know it is something our guests will continue to talk about for years to come. It was truly the best day!

There are not enough good thing to say about this venue! From the very beginning they have been nothing but helpful and sweet, especially during covid. First off - the venue is beautiful! So many awesome places to take pictures, especially indoors, considering it down poured on my wedding day. For a place this nice you really cannot beat the price. When I first walked in I looked at my dad and said I will never be able to get married here! I thought it was going to be out of my price range but it wasn't. Let me tell you for the amount of food included in the price you really cannot go wrong! Everyone will not stop talking about the cocktail hour and dinner! It was phenomenal. Now the staff. I dealt with Jeannie and I cannot say enough good things about her! She is the sweetest, nicest person to deal with! She was so beyond helpful and answers in a timely matter. Every email was answered within 30 minutes, most of them within like 15! Being a covid bride was very stressful and she would meet with me whenever I asked and I would always leave feeling so much better about it all. Jeannie had a party of her own the day of my wedding and still showed up to my wedding after her party to make sure everything was going good! Even gave me her personal number for the day of just in case. I did not need it because the rest of the staff that day was amazing! Had a maitre'd and bridal attendant for the day and were great! so sweet and on top of everything. Always made me sure we had what we needed from a drink to making sure we ate. Made sure everything was in order at all times. My day went spectacular all because of everyones hard work! My guests cannot stop talking about now nice the venue is, the staff was and how amazing the food was. I heard many horror stories of people dealing with their venues and especially during covid! You could not ask for anything more from this place. If they can do this great during pandemic, imagine how great they are during normal times! You will not regret booking Villa Lombardi's for your wedding or next event!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Villa Lombardis this past weekend and I honestly cannot say enough. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. I have been getting calls since the wedding with people raving about how beautiful it was and how wonderful the food was and how fantastic the staff was. I’m actually getting requests to have another wedding because all of my guests enjoyed themselves so much. None of this would be possible without the director of sales Jeannie. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is not an easy thing but Jeannie was there holding my hand every step of the way. She was always there to answer a phone call or an email and answer all crazy questions both my mother and I had. My makeup artist and hair dresser both told me I was the calmest bride they have worked with and I owe that all to Jeannie. She gave me nothing to stress about. I am a million percent positive that we would not have had our fairytale wedding without her. I highly recommend Villa Lombardis, especially Jeannie, for any event you may be planning.

Words cannot describe how thrilled my husband and I were with having our wedding with Villa Lombardi’s! We initially booked our wedding last January (before the pandemic began) and throughout the last year we’ve had to make many changes to our original “vision.” Villa’s worked with us every step of the way, modifying our contract, pricing, and menu accordingly. Our coordinator Jeannie was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure our special day was everything that we wanted and more. The ceremony and reception were beautiful and the food was exactly what you would expect from Lombardi’s...absolutely delicious!! The staff were all incredibly accommodating, especially our maitre d’ Cathy, who made sure we had everything we needed, even adding last minute place settings as our guest list constantly changed. All covid safety protocols were followed perfectly and all of my guests felt comfortable throughout the entire event. If you’re considering booking with Villa’s...do it! You will not be disappointed!

I visited a BUNCH of venues. This one I wasn’t excited to visit. I’ve been here in the past for work events and just didn’t appeal? WELL, I was wrong! To start the gardens are amazing! And they just redid the ballroom floor (summer 2020). So nice! Jeannie was amazing! I swear half of me booked just because of her. She was knowledgeable of all wedding information, gave great tips and just kept saying I had to find MY VENU. not that I needed to book with her. That took away pressure from the tour and let me take it all in. I’m so excited for my wedding next summer!!!!

My organization hosted a Gatsby Gala at Villa Lombardi's on 10/17/19. So glad we chose Villa! Albina was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, even reminding us of little details to help make our event a big success. She followed up with me right up to that night to make sure we had everything in order. Villa was decorated beautifully and really set the tone for our Roaring 20's theme. They even allowed us to park vintage cars outside to help build the anticipation for the festivities inside. The staff at the event was attentive to all our needs and even helped us make some last minute adjustments to our plan. The matre' d, Kathy, took the time to do a final walk through with me before our guests arrived. The food was set up beautifully and was delicious. I received nothing but compliments from our guests. Villa Lombardi's was the perfect location for our Gatsby Gala! Thank you for all your attention to detail!

We had our wedding on 9/21/19 and to say the night was perfect is an understatement. Having a 325 person wedding was very stressful at times to plan, but Villa Lombardi's made the night run so smooth. Albina and Christian were a delight to work with through the planning process. The night of John, Cathy, Jennifer, and the rest of the Villa Lombardi's staff were so kind, attentive, hard working, and made our night so special. I can't even name the number of times Jennifer checked in with me. Our guests were blown away by the amount of food there was at the cocktail hour and dessert hour. The dinner food was all delicious as well! Our friends and family are still texting us 3 weeks later saying they wish they could re-live the night! We are so happy that we made the decision to have our wedding at Villa Lombardi's and truly would not change a single thing.

Absolutely stunning! The venue and outdoor grounds are perfect for pictures. The staff and attendants are extremely helpful and thoughtful. I loved that the bridal attendant was therefor my bridal party as well!

Just got married on Friday and had the most unbelievably perfect day! Villa Lombardi’s was just insanely beautiful and every single one of our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how amazing the place was. From the HUGE selection of food at cocktail hour to the numerous delicious dinner options, everything was just perfect. My bridal attendant, Jennifer was incredible. She helped me bussel my dress, checked on me every few minutes & made sure every single person was happy there. My Maitre d, Cathy was also amazing! She always had drinks on our table, made sure everything was running smoothly for us & even decorated ourcake beautifully. Lastly, Christian the general manager was incredible answering every question we had, making sure we got everything we dreamed of & called the day of and the day after to make sure everything was perfect which it was! I couldn’t say enough good things about this place. The inside & outside are just stunning and the staff was absolutely incredible. Thank you to Villa Lombardi for making me have the most amazing day ever!!

As the senior class advisor, we decided to use Villa Lombardi's for our prom. Albina was nothing but accommodating and helpful in planning our event. She sat with me and went through all of the tedious details in order to make the night successful. The maitre'd's were more than attentive and checked in periodically to make sure everyone was happy. When I asked the students their opinions, they all said it was one of the best nights of their lives.

Villa Lombardi's is the one part of my wedding and the ONLY vendor that caused me a huge amount of stress. Pros 1. Food was fantastic - my guests absolutely loved the food and so did we 2. The grounds are beautiful 3. Bridal attendant and maitre d were mostly on point - our ceremony started late because we could not find my maitre d but other than that these two were at our sides the entire night. Cons Communication and organization were absolutely awful. We started with a banquet manager, Amanda, who was fantastic. As the wedding got closer, we found out that Amanda was no longer there and that Albina would be our new banquet manager. I say "found out" because no one called to inform us. We had sent numerous emails to Amanda (with no response because she no longer worked there) until we ended up calling/emailing the general number and it was then we found out. Now Albina has got to be the absolute worst person we have ever worked with. She would tell us one thing on the phone but in person she would tell us something completely different. For example, we asked about arriving early for pictures, which she told us over the phone that the bridal suite and food wouldnt not be available until 4 but we could come earlier without access to these facilities. Approximately 5 wks before our wedding when we were going in for our final appointments she claimed to never have said that and basically called us liars to save her own ass while management was standing over her shoulder. We left that meeting with a few things that she needed to get back to us on (by Monday the latest). Monday rolls around with no answer from Albina, so we reach out to her. We get an email response from the general manager, Mike, saying that he will be our new point person and that our final meeting, 10 days before the wedding will be with him. Mike told us that we could not arrive at 330 for pictures because there was another wedding going on in the morning. Mike lied to us because we found out later on that there was only a sweet 16 in the morning. We are driving in for our final appointment with Mike, but we were running about 10 minutes late so we called the secretary to ask her to inform Mike that we were running late. As we are pulling into the parking lot we get a call "hi this is Christian from villa lombardis, just confirming that we are still meeting tonight." To which I respond yes I just called your secretary 6 minutes ago that we were running late (which she did not pass on the message) I told him we were pulling in the parking lot. I hung up the phone and then it dawned on me that he said Christian, not Mike. Who's Christian? Our FOURTH banquet manager. It would have been professional of Christian to call us and inform us that he would be taking over our wedding, as Mike no longer worked there. We felt completely ambushed when we walked into our final meeting just days before our wedding. Over all Christian tied up a lot of loose ends and we weren't completely unhappy with him as we were with Albina and Mike. The lack of communication throughout the entire planning process was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. At times I felt like my wedding wasnt even in the books - when calling for the total payment the secretary asked when my wedding was and that she couldn't find my file. When we went in for our final meeting the secretary asked if it was our first time there. The management is completely disorganized and unprofessional.

We had the best wedding at Villa Lombardi’s!! From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure to work with the Albina and the staff at Lombardis. My husbands sister got married there 12 years prior and after looking at a few venues we decided to take a peak at Villa since he was still raving about the food from her wedding. After a few minutes speaking with Albina we felt at home and realized this was the place to be. She was so accommodating with prices and dates and she even held multiple dates for us until we decided on the perfect one. The reputation about their food, especially cocktail hour, is unbeatable. I had so many people come up to me raving about the quantity and quality of the food! The venue was recently redone and is spotless and just absolutely beautiful. The outside garden area is perfect during cocktail hour and great for night shots. We chose the larger room and the dance floor was huge! Everyone we encountered at Villa Lombardi’s was nicer then the next and we had our perfect wedding day there. Highly recommend!!

I cannot stress enough how AMAZING Villas was for us. We wanted a winter wedding within an average price range with a beautiful room and that is what we received. Every venue I went to I felt like I was competing for a “Winter Price” that consisted of a wonderful view and honestly when the sun sets at 5:30 I didn’t feel I needed that. Villas sucked me in. I will never forget my guests reaction when they entered the cocktail hour. Food overload. If you like Italian food, this is your place. I worked with Kevin through every piece of this day, and he was nothing short of fantastic. So many options, such a beautiful place. Cathy was my maitre d and I don’t think she stopped moving all night. She was amazing, and I recommend you ask for her! There was never not a fresh drink waiting for me every time I left the table. All around best food, beautiful place, averagely affordable, and wonderful staff!

Villa Lombardi’s made our wedding truly spectacular. The bridal attendant was right by my side from the moment my limo pulled up, whether it be a quick wardrobe fix, an empty champagne glass, to guiding us through the entire day so we didn’t have to think or worry about anything. The food was wonderful, the entire day was just beautiful. Highly, highly recommend. And please invite me so I can enjoy it all over again!

I can not say enough about how wonderful villa lombardi's is. my wedding day was absolutely beautiful!!!!! it was a dream come true! the food is excellent and there is soooo much of it. my guests are still raving about how great it was and how full they were when they left. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! they went far beyond my expectations.

Although this is a wedding site and I actually had a Sweet 16 at Villa Lombardi I was so happy with the catering hall that I decided to come onto this site to write a review. had my Sweet 16 at Villa Lombardis. I cannot describe how perfect the night went. Everything fell into place thanks to the accommodating staff and all the coordinating efforts of Albina. Albina's expertise provided us with valuable suggestions and guidance which helped to make the night truly perfect. The food was incredible and everything tasted amazing. Everyone at Villa Lombardi's was so nice and helped me to make the night of my party the best night of my whole entire life!! The food is amazing and the decor is perfect! So many great places on property to take pictures. Truly incredible night all of my friends are still talking about my party

The venue was beautiful. The food was outstanding. The only small issue was that I had a Jewish wedding, and the ceremony aisle was too small for myself and both my parents to walk down the aisle. It was even too narrow for 2 people to walk down. Otherwise an amazing job

The food at Villa Lombardi's is absolutely delicious! Our guests were wowed and everyone told us how great it was. It is also absolutely beautifully landscaped and the hall is gorgeous! We had our ceremony outside and it was perfect! It is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for!

An absolutely AMAZING experience! Our wedding was held February 2014. Seth Cohen was my contact person, he and the ENTIRE staff, including Maryanne, our Maitr'd was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Our menu was specially created. Our decor was also rented from the venue as well. VERY CLASSY venue. Gorgeous, "blingy" atmosphere. EXCELLENT food, EXCELLENT service - I could not have asked for wished for anything more! Thank you all very much for such a wonderful experience and memories!

The venue was absolutely beautiful!!! The Christmas decorations made for some very beautiful pictures!!! Everyone who worked there was on point and very attentive to my husband and I. The food was AMAZING. All of my guests enjoyed the food which was very important to me. We were so happy with the turnout. I definitely recommend them !

Villa Lombardi's in Holbrook treated me like a princess from the moment we walked in to possibly book, until the moment I left as Mr. and Mrs. The service was impeccable and the food was hands down the best we have ever eaten. I would highly recommend Kevin and the entire staff at Villa's for your perfect wedding day! Both friends and family have said that it was the best wedding they had ever been to :-)

Our wedding was amazing. People are actually sending US Thank you cards for inviting them. We had people come from all over the country for our wedding and they were not disappointed by Villa. They were amazing. The tables were beautiful, the food was outrageously delicious, and the wait staff is great!! Albina had to plan it with us from out of state and she answered emails promptly and called to check in with us on how things were going. It was a great experience. They have amazing food, their gorgeous. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VILLA FOR ANY SOCIAL EVENT!

More than I expected. Everything was perfect.

Our wedding at Villa Lombardi's was AMAZING!! It was not cheap to have our wedding there, but we definitely got our money's worth! The cocktail hour had every type of food you could ever want, and was all displayed beautifully. Our maitre d (Callie) took great care of us and brought lots of food into the bridal suite from the cocktail hour and made sure we ate plenty before going in there to mingle with our guests. The reception itself was amazing as well and everything went nice and smoothly. The quality of food at Villa Lombardi's is excellent as many of our guests have told us and raved about. Some of the things we were able to add into the reception included a champagne march and a delicious chocolate fountain. All the employees are so friendly and organized and really work hard to make your wedding day go exactly as planned!

Villa Lombardi's was the first catering hall that we looked at. Having been to the Lombardi's in the past, we knew they do a wonderful job and their food is always top notch. I am not sure of his title (catering director?) but the person who showed us around and went over pricing detail was Craig. While we really loved the Villa, it seemed to be out of our budget for a Saturday wedding. Craig asked us where else we were looking and we went over our list with him: East Wind Miller Place Inn Bellport Country Club Gerogios Criag had negative things to say about each venue which we thought was unprofessional but we didn't give it much thought. We proceeded to thank Craig for his time and on our way out, Craig asked us to give him a call before we book a venue and he would speak to the Lombardi's and see what he can do. We kept that in the back of our mind as we went to look at other venues. Our tour of East Wind was great. Elizabeth took great care of us and we had a really great feeling about the place, it was in our budget and were just about to book with them when we got a call from Craig for Villa Lombardi's asking how our search was going. We informed him that we were close booking with East Wind because we liked the Venue a lot and because it was in our budget. Craig asked us what East Wind quoted us and when we told him $85 per person ++, he said he would be able to match that quote because we were such a "nice couple". Very surprised and excited, we agreed to come down the following day to go over everything. Craig just asked that we bring in our written quote from East Wind and we would have a deal. So we meet Craig at Villa Lombardi's the following day. Craig immediately asked for the written quote from East Wind and started bashing the venue. For 10-15 minutes Craig claimed that he used to work for East Wind and proceeded to tell us bad things about the food, the kitchen and the facility. This really rubbed us the wrong way. After our quick tour of Villa Lombardi's, we went up to Craig's office. Craig leaves the room with our East Wind quote and comes back with bad news. 1. They don't have our date 2. They will not match the price I almost fell off my chair. Craig told us he could give us a deal on a Friday wedding (our date was a Saturday and he knew that) Then he tried to convince us to move our date from September to the winter which we didn't want. We were shocked by his behavior and unprofessionalism. We didn’t call him to try to get the price down. He called us. He said he would match their price for Saturday in September and we told him the price over the phone. He basically asked us to come in so he could bash the competition and then go back on his word that he would match the price. Lombardi’s has a reputation that stands on its own. They don’t need such an unscrupulous person like Craig running their catering operation. Apparently Craig has been with the Lombardi’s for the past 6 months. I don’t know if their operation has changed in the past 6 months but I would advise anyone thinking about booking with Lombardi’s to use caution and know what kind of a businessman you are going to be dealing with.

You don't have to worry about anything if you choose Villa Lombardi's. The food is incredible. Cocktail hour is like no other, and the reception food is just as great. At other weddings the food is usually just ok, not here. AMAZING. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is great as well. The only problem I had was with the sales associate Albina. She is extremely arrogant and forces her opinion on you. I had to meet with her 3 times to finalize the menu, cake and seating, and she is not willing to work with you or help you get what you want. It’s her way or no way. If you can avoid her and your wedding and the planning process will be perfect.

The ambiance was wonderful! When people walked in they were wowed! The food was unbelievable. Everyone spoke about the fabulous food that was served and the way it was displayed. The catering hall went above and beyond what was expected.

iT WAS PERFECT! IT RAINED FOR 8 DAYS UP TO MY WEDDING AND AND NOT ONLY WAS THE RECEPTION AT VILLA LOMBARDIS BUT WE WERE TO MARRIED OUTSIDE THERE ALSO! SO FINALLY THE NIGHT BEFORE IT STOPPED AND THE DAY THE ATMOSPHERE EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING;i HAD NOT 1 PROBLEM AT MY VENUE I WOULD AND HAVE RECOMMENDED IT OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!

We loved the ambience, the room size, the attention to detail - our Banquet Manager, Charles Becker, was the absolute best!!;Villa Lombardi's is STRICT.

The food at my reception venue was incredible. The cocktail hour and Viennese hour was great.;The venue says that you are entitled to the food for those guests that did not show and any desserts that are left from the Viennese hour. I would warn people to make sure someone is in charge of asking for those things at the end of the night because the bride and groom are too busy to remember and the venue will not remind you that you are entitled to it.

Everything;dont plan on doing reception outdoors for the weather you might be disappointed if it rains

Beautiful north shore waterfront location, secluded, very picturesque. Service was excellent, great food, many options available, good value.;At first they lied to me about where the ceremony would take place. I had to put up quite a fight to get what I was originally promised. They came through for me and made it work....Another larger wedding was booked after I booked mine and they promised the other bride the same location for her ceremony; so there were two weddings booked...they advertised 'one wedding at a time'....which was fraudelent advertising. I didn't care that there was another wedding however they made these commitments to me and then during final planning told me 'oh no we can't have your ceremony in that location' because of the larger wedding that was by the way booked AFTER mine. I selected the venue specifically for the ceremony location. Lombardi's-On-The-Sound at the Port Jefferson Country Club. In the end it worked out ok...I had to bump my ceremony time up a half hour one week before the wedding but it was fine. They also took a little off the bill.

The food was fantastic. Everyone was raving about the cocktail hour especially. All of the servers and the maitre'd were friendly helpful and provided excellent service. The event was run well stayed on schedule and we had no problems at all. They were as accomodating as they could be with all of my special requests (personalized favors for example).;I had very little negative experiences when dealing with Villa Lombardi's. I wouldn't warn others against anything.

the food was out of this world. the cocktail hour was unbelievable. people still mention how much food there was & we didn't get extras they provide you with everyhting from sushi to frozen drinks right off the bat. the cocktail hour was very spacious. there was seating for everyone and they had the room said up with whatever was on one side the same items were on the other so there wasn't a wait for food. the maitre'd was wonderful. she wasn't annoying but always there if you needed something. it was really perfect.;The only thing i didn't like was there wasn't a lot of differnt places for pictures

The staff was excellent and we wanted for nothing. They were very attentive to our guests as well as us. The food is exceptional and the variety of foods at the cocktail hour and reception is unbeatable
