Jermaine was super kind and accommodating when it came to planning shuttle services for our wedding. Our driver, Corey, was incredibly kind and attended to all of our needs. We had an amazing night without having to worry about our transportation. Would recommend!

Jermaine was the nicest person in the world to speak with. He was extremely accommodating!! We had several elderly guest at our wedding and the venue was under construction so parking was limited. VIP Shuttle was exactly what we needed. Our driver was so nice and fun. We crept schedule, of course people didn’t stick to it but he still was there and was patient with everyone. The promotion we got gave us the shuttle for 12 hours and I didn’t think I would need that much time but it was so useful. I couldn’t be happier and the company. Thank you so much!!!!

They made our day amazing ! Didn’t have to worry about the logistics or overwhelming stress about transportation as they gave their professional input from the first interaction. The price they gave us was phenomenal!!! Every other vendor wanted to charge us almost double. Very satisfied with VIP Shuttle and would recommend them to any family or friend looking to get married.

Jermaine is extremely kind, personable, a pleasure to work with, and made our day go so smoothly. The drivers were very kind, understanding and professional. Jermaine was very accommodating and attentive leading up to the wedding and during the wedding. Very detailed and was available to answer my calls and emails whenever I reached out to him. We had a bit of confusion with how many of my guests need to be transported to the venue and without a hitch he assured me everything would be fine and made sure all of my guests were able to be transported in time for the wedding. He was very understanding and easy to talk to about last minute changes. I was practically on the verge of a meltdown and he told me I was too beautiful to be upset on my wedding day. How sweet! I would recommend this shuttle services to anyone who is looking for a personable, reliable, and warming experience. Thank you again Jermaine! My day became extra special because of your touch of kindness and genuineness. All of my guests agree as well and were very impressed with the services in the midst of confusion.

Jermaine is great to work with and is very detailed oriented. I loved the app that allowed us to track our drivers and ensure that our itinerary was correct. Day of, Corey our driver went above and beyond. He was personable, professional, and even helped my parents load up items at the end of the night. Would highly recommend VIP Shuttle to any couple!

VIP shuttle did a wonderful job for our wedding- They were responsive to all communication when booking and answered all our questions. On the day of they ensured all our guests staying at the hotel were transported to and from. The two drivers (we had two seperate cars) were extremely personable and checked in with us at the end of the night to make sure everything was going good. Highly recommend!

His staff were on time, professional and made sure our guest arrived safely and on time. They made sure that the bridal party had a good time to and from the venue. We felt V. I. We found VIP Shuttle very last minute and they ended up being one of my favorite vendors! Jermaine and his staff were true professionals: HIGHLY organized, very communicative, on point, on time and even had a cool app that lets you know exactly where they are at any given time to ease your worry. As a bride with a lot to worry about, it was the biggest relief to know we didn't have to worry if they could handle our complicated logistics as they provided transportation for both the wedding party and hotel guests from multiple locations over almost a full day time period. I will even add, they took special care of my grandparents to make sure they were able to get into the shuttle comfortably at the end of the night and they were truly impressed which speaks volumes. Their shuttles were comfortable and truly a great value! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and reliable wedding transportation!

Absolutely recommend using V.I.P. Shuttle. We hired them for our wedding day and we’re so pleased with the service. The vehicles were meticulously kept and clean. The drivers were so polite and helpful. Jermaine was amazing to work with in the months leading up to my wedding and always answers my texts/emails with questions within a day. I’ll absolutely be using them for future transportation needs. Hire them for your event or wedding day and you won’t be disappointed! 100/10 service!

We needed to change shuttle vendors about a month before our wedding and frantically started looking for the perfect shuttle service. I can not recommended Jermaine and his crew enough. Jermaine spoke to us at all hours and made it easy to coordinate plans. The shuttle drives were attentive to our needs and we heard many good things from each trip. If you’re looking for a great shuttle, clean buses/vans, attentive and safe drivers, look no further than this great company. Highly recommended.

V.I.P. Shuttle L.L.C. really made our wedding party and guests feel like VIPs. Jermaine scheduled multiple calls leading up to the big day to make sure we had the correct routes and schedule in place. His team arrived early on the day of the wedding and were very accommodating while chauffeuring us around for pictures and to the venue. The unlimited rides allowed us to focus entirely on the day and less on the time. Without the support and excellent service of Jermaine and his team, the day certainly wouldn’t have gone so smoothly. Jermaine and V.I.P. Shuttle saved us last minute when another limo company left us high and dry with less than 24 hours notice that the limo I had booked for a month was no longer available.
Jermaine was super communicative and made the process easy to save my event. If I could, I would give them more stars.

V.I.P shuttle helped make my wedding day go so smoothly! They were so accommodating, helpful and communicative. Jermaine had several meetings with me to ensure that our package was the perfect fit and that all meeting points and times were planned out perfectly. V.I.P shuttle made sure every guest arrived at the ceremony on time and stayed the entire time of the wedding until every single passenger was brought home. We also used V.I.P to transport our bridal party around for our wedding photos. They showed up 10 minutes early to ensure we were on time, let us choose our own music and kept the shuttles blasting the air conditioning during our photo sessions so we wouldn't be overheated. Our drivers even carried our bags up to our bridal suite. This company seriously goes above and beyond to ensure that their customers are happy and stress free on their big day. I highly recommend using V.I.P shuttles for your event! They are simply the best!!
