This resort made it super easy to plan our 15th anniversary destination vow renewal remotely. Hailey with Blush Weddings was amazing to work with and the vendors we had to choose from were all high quality professionals. We loved how wonderful our chosen vendors were to work with on the day of our ceremony. They all made us feel special and personalized so much for us and that made this even more meaningful and special to us. Would absolutely without reservation recommend all to anyone and would gladly return to use them all again in the future. Best vow renewal experience and we renew our vows every five years, so not our first ceremony. Don't hesitate to reach out to them to plan your special day.

We had a great experience with Blush Weddings. Lauren and Crystal were so attentive and professional. Every email/correspondence was answered quickly. The location was perfect. I wanted to get married on a beach and that was exactly what I got. The scene was absolutely beautiful. I would ask Lauren for her recommendations on things, and completely trusted her judgement. My fiancee and I decided to elope in Hawaii this summer. We wanted an intimate ceremony with just our closest family and friends. The Waikoloa Beach Marriott had the most beautiful venue right on the ocean. Crystal and Lauren made our planning so easy and helped us take care of all our vendors and decor needs! Planning a wedding from far away seemed a bit overwhelming but they took care of everything. The luau dinner afterwards was wonderful as well and our guests really enjoyed the show!

Lauren and Crystal from Blush Weddings were the most perfect wedding planners. They planned a wonderful rehearsal dinner at the Hawaii Calls Restaurant that is conveniently located at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott and planned our dream wedding at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott!! Not only were they professional and timely in their responses to me, but they were also so incredibly detail-oriented and proactive in making sure we got everything on our wedding wish list. The Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa venue was an absolute dream and Lauren and Crystal are experts in personalizing the space so it was perfect for us! They also went out of their way to make sure to save us costs at every turn which was a huge help!! Lauren and Crystal did an incredible job at keeping us in the loop when communicating with Vendors which was always a relief to just know that these things were taken care of right away. They have such great expertise in what vendors to work with and know the business inside and out. For someone who lives in Washington DC, which is 12 hours away from this venue, it was so good to know that I could always trust that they had everything under control. I could go on for hours about how grateful I am for the fact that they helped make my wedding 1000 times more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!

Planning a wedding is hard, especially a destination wedding where you cannot visit the locations and taste the cake or food beforehand. With that in mind, the Blush Team was very helpful in giving us peace of mind. They were communicative and organized, and had a clear list of preferred vendors that we could draw from. I thought they could have done a better job describing what common things were not included in our wedding package (Eg a mic for someone reading a Bible verse or singing). They also should have allowed more direct communication with vendors because I believe a few things got lost in translation. That said, they helped me plan the wedding of my sister’s dreams and I think it’ll take a while before I can say I’ve been to any wedding as good as the one at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott. We liked the prompt communication, and the final execution of the wedding on our special day. Erika, Lauren, and Crystal were excellent during our prolonged planning process due to COVID. We highly recommend Blush Weddings at the Waikoloa Marriott. Our reception was a huge hit and everyone enjoyed themselves!

Lauren and Chrystal and Erika planned our wedding with Blush wedding. At the Waikōloa Marriott. They made planning an easy breeze for a destination wedding. They were all very professional and responsive to all our questions needs and ideas. I’d highly recommend these ladies to anyone looking for a planner that is there for you for all your needs to make your day magical.

The Waikoloa Beach Marriott is a wonderful hotel. Cheryl and Kristy at the front desk went above and beyond to help our guests and make sure that everyone staying in our room block were comfortable and had what they needed. Michaela helped with our breakfast and was so sweet and friendly when also in the pool area. Uncle Stevie, our bartender, was awesome and all of our guests enjoyed chatting with him during our reception. Michael, Director of Events, was also willing to take the time to listen to our concerns and feedback we had about our overall experience. They all deserve a FIVE star review. The reason I am leaving a poor review is due to our experience with Crystal. There is not enough of a character limit to post my entire review, however here is an abbreviated version. Over the two years that we worked with them communication was very challenging. We constantly had to reach out to them for information, specifically around covid, and responses were not in line with the Marriott’s 24 hr response policy. We had multiple issues with our BEO (banquet event order), including an almost $11k charge (that we did not owe), being missed on the “final” BEO by crystal. We then found a lot of errors with our Floral quote also not being updated. We were told to show up by 4:45 for our pre-wedding meeting and Crystal did not arrive until after 5. On the day of the wedding, she showed up after all of our vendors. During our reception, four people crashed the event. One even ate cake off the table. No one could find Crystal to alter her, so I had to ask them to leave myself. I requested to save all of my flowers, and when I went back to get the, my bouquet and 3 others were missing. Crystal told me she saw my friend walk off with them. I checked with all guests and no one took them. I don’t understand why Crystal didn’t stop them if she saw this happen. When we received our bar tab it seemed really high and we mentioned that to crystal (14 drinks a person high),  and rather than helping us understand how the bar tab works, or how drinks are measured, Crystal told me "Anna when I saw you and Jeremy in the lobby yesterday you told me your guest had a good time and several were hungover and one of your bridesmaids didn't make it to breakfast because she had too much the night before."  Her lack of customer service and attitude in this situation was astonishing and very disappointing. The lack of professionalism that was shown to us by Crystal was very unacceptable and not something any other couple or paying customer should ever have to endure. I didn't enjoy the wedding planning process. This first year of planning with them, prior to needing to postpone our wedding was so disheartening that I did not want to postpone our wedding in 2020 and find a new venue and coordinator who placed more value on communication with their clients and professional customer service practices.  We did not cancel as we were told too much had gone into our planning and we would not be eligible for receiving our deposit back. Again, the hotel deserves five starts, but because of our experience with Crystal I cannot give that. I would not recommend this hotel/venue. I don't think anyone should have to willingly go through the same disheartening, disappointing, and frustrating experiences we had, especially as paying customers trying to plan their dream wedding.

The Marriott Waikoloa was absolutely gorgeous. The food and service were amazing. Lauren and Crystal made planning easy and everything went so smoothly and just perfect! Everyone had a great time and it was the very best day ever!

The wedding planning process went very smoothly, Lauren has been very responsive and tried her very best to make the whole process very easy for us! On the wedding day, Crystal was on site with us the whole time and made sure everything went as planned. Our family and friends had so much fun that night, and we still talked about it these days. Thank you Lauren and Crystal for giving us the dream wedding we wanted!

We got married at the Kings Knoll location within Waikoloa Beach Marriott which was absolutely amazing! It overlooked the ocean with palm trees in the back which was the perfect setting for our sunset wedding and made for fantastic wedding pictures. The hotel also catered our reception, the food was delicious and the service was wonderful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them!

This Marriot resort was amazing! It was in prestine condition and has a wonderful wedding coordination staff on site. We had our ceremony at King's Knoll which overlooks an amazing view of the ocean. Our reception was at the hotels restaurant and the service was great. The servers attended to our every need. I would definatly recommend staying here and having a wedding at this location for anyone having a wedding or reception.

We stayed at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa for the second half of our honeymoon, after spending the first 4 day on Maui. We were there for an additional 4 nights. We absolutely loved the resort and it made us wish we hadn't spent the first four days on Maui! The staff was very friendly and accomodating. While we were there, we were evacuated due to a tsunami warning as we were on the second level. They were able to get us a room on a higher floor for the night to get some sleep and then we moved back to our original room the following morning. The views were amazing. There were 3 pools and 3 hot tubs, all were gorgeous. The only downside was the ocean was very rocky, so it was better to drive to a different beach to get in the ocean. We have already discussed how we didn't get to spend enough time on the Big Island and how we'd definitely be back. When we make it back, we will definitely stay at the Marriott again!

The wedding was beautiful. The kings knoll where we got married was private, secluded, gorgeous, and we couldn't have asked for more. The hotel was lovely, and all the guests were pleased with the accomodations. The reception area on the terrce worked out well.

We knew that we wanted to get married on the Big Island in Hawaii and were looking for the perfect spot. We chose the Marriott Waikoloa Resort & Spa because of the King's Knoll wedding site, which was an incredible place to have a sunset wedding. The spot is on a grassy knoll over-looking an old fishing lagoon and the beach is just steps away. We couldn't have dreamed of anything better than this spot, and our pictures are unbelievable!
