We had our wedding here October 2023! They were absolutely 5 star. Extremely responsive during the planning phase and absolutely incredible the day off. All the staff is professional and passionate about what they do. Maggie our coordinator was top notch. Always responsive and couldn’t imagine our big day without her! Amazing staff, food, and property! Highly recommend!

Walden Retreats is the definition of easy elegance in the Texas Hill Country. The grounds, the gorgeous event space, the living wall! It’s the perfect place to step out of the busy world around you, feel grounded in nature and calmly focus on the momentous day ahead. We had a small family wedding here in April. Due to weather we were inside the event center and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The natural lighting and floor to ceiling windows brought the outside in, the living wall meant very few decorations were needed and the big space was easily used for both ceremony and reception. The management and staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. They are dedicated to making sure your day goes smoothly and will go the extra mile for you. Truly a rare find these days! If you’re looking for a unique Texas wedding experience for you and your guests, definitely consider Walden Retreats!
