The waters edge was awesome!! We planned this wedding in just one month and they were so helpful!we couldn’t have done it without all of the vendors and waters edge helped us every step of the way! Kynzie was the best planner! So grateful

Our wedding and reception were hosted at the Waters Edge and it was everything I could imagine and more! Savannah was the absolute best at keeping everything in line and organized while making all of our visions come to life; from fireworks, cold sparklers, a cigar bar and more, everything was perfect. I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else!

This venue and staff was amazing!!! I had a short fuse request (7 days) to accommodate 200 guest for our annual organizational Christmas/Holiday party. The results were remarkable!! If you were present, you thought we had been planning for months. The venue is stunning, particularly at night. Thanks Waters Edge for the great memories!!

We are Event planners who travelled from CA to do this wedding! This was our first event at Waters edge. We fell in absolute love with this venue. It was a two-day event. Their outside patio area is heavenly. The weather was perfect (we always thought California had the perfect weathers in December!). Waters edge has well planned layout for events! Their outdoor area is apt for Baraat and Cocktail hour and their indoor space worked out well for the pre-wedding rituals, Sangeet/Mehendi and Reception. We had some last-minute hiccups and the venue managers, Savannah and Kynzi were like Angels accommodating all the last minute surprises. They were quite responsive on the day of and loved working with them. Definitely recommend this venue!

Waters Edge..well Savannah and her amazing team made my dream come true!! Up until the last minute she keep her word and made it happen. The best part was the boat exit!! P.S when I walked in on my wedding day and Sav had on Chucks I knew it was about to go down. #FULLERTOGETHER 7-17-21

We had our wedding ceremony and reception here, and everything was amazing! Throughout the planning process, Savannah was very responsive in answering all of our questions. She was very flexible on the day of our event, when we thought we would have to move the ceremony to indoors. The bar staff was very friendly and attentive; every time I went for a drink they already had what I was drinking ready! The venue is a little pricey, but it’s definitely worth it and you get what you pay for. It was a beautiful wedding and I would chose them again for sure! Thanks for helping to make our day amazing!

Absolutely beautiful venue with a great staff! After our cruise wedding canceled we ended up having our wedding in a destination venue close to home, and it was better than I could of ever imagined. With the staff, we planned our dream wedding in just 3 months. Their vendors are amazing, the catering, cake, bartender and DJ were better than anything I could of found on my own and made the planning process so much easier. They took such great care of us and ensured that everything was handled and went off without a hitch.

Water's Edge has a beautiful location on the water and our pre-wedding meetings went very smoothly. This is why I was completely stunned at the behind the scenes chaos that took place the week and day of my wedding. The vendors were not called with a timeline as promised, so they were all calling the bride on wedding day, not knowing exactly when they could arrive at the venue. There was a post the night before the wedding on facebook asking for help for the event- "no age limit or experience needed". We booked this event 6 months prior to the event. We were adamant that tea and water was to be on every table and refilled so our guests would not have to look for a drink...we were promised this would happen at every pre-wedding meeting, but as we arrived at the reception, we were informed that they had set up water stations. Not only did they not do what I paid them to do and made this decision without my consent, there were no glasses at the water station to use. The caterer was sent away when they arrived with food for 300 people saying they did not need to be there that early. Again, they had not been contacted by Water's Edge after multiple phone calls trying to coordinate. Once the caterers were there to plate food, they were put in a very small, filthy room that was filled with clutter, including food warmers and dishes on the floor. They had trouble getting help from the venue staff with setting up, serving, and cleaning. At one point, the caterer had to send out her own staff to serve tables because guests were coming to the back room asking for food.  We paid a hefty up-charge to have food served to the tables.  They did not have enough dishes to serve the number of guests and were picking them up off the tables and washing them before reusing  them for the remaining guests. The staff only put half of the bread we paid for on the tables and brought the rest back saying it wasn't needed.  The groom's cake was never cut. They tried to tell us this didn't happen, but we saw the uncut cake at the end of the evening. They threw out ALL the left-over cake! And, when it was time to clean up, they all disappeared and the family cleaned up. Our bread boards were brought to us by the hired security guard with butter smeared all over them. This is unbelievable considering the amount we paid for this venue.  There were tables that were to be broken down for the dance floor and this was never done.  The owners (although they kept saying they were "on the floor" with us during the event) were not seen most of the evening. My photographer, videographer, and DJ were the ones who assisted us when we needed anything. One of the most disappointing problems from the night was the fact that several guests, family, and other vendors witnessed Water's Edge staff drinking alcohol at our non-alcohol event. One was even drinking straight out of the whisky bottle.  There were little things that were not done but I would not have posted a negative review regarding those things had it not been for the other, bigger issues of a filthy area for the caterer, guests not served, poor communication wedding week, etc.  Even after lengthy, detailed meetings and promises to carry everything out to perfection, I'm sad to say, Water's Edge was a disappointment. 

Savannah, Rachel and Candie are the most genuine, heartwarming and professional ladies I have ever had the pressure of working with. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is absolutely perfect.

The most beautiful venue with the friendliest staff! They made our wedding dream come true with our budget! Everyone is still talking about how mesmerizing and wonderful the evening was. Rachel and Savannah are both amazing and helped our vision come to life. The vendors in their package are all so wonderful and some of the best in town if not the country. Thank you for helping us create the most wonderful memories as a beginning for our marriage. We will never forget the feeling of walking down that beautiful aisle. It was all perfect. Y’all rock!

The venue is beautiful and unique. Waterview from all areas. An option for outside ceremony with a great option if weather changes or does not allow to bring indoors. You have to see it to appreciate it. Secondly many inclusive vendors which have been vetted and are quality service. This allows you to spend time looking for vendors in other areas such as photography ,makeup etc. A list of amazing vendors is shared. We choose Etoile for makeup and it was better than I could have ever imagined!!! You can relax the day of the wedding getting ready in a lovely room with full bathroom options including shower, dressing room, makeup chairs with mirror. Included is a bottle of prosseco if you wish to calm those nerves and anxieties. Truly a professional well orchestrated team of staff who are available to assist with planning and execution of my daughters most beautiful wedding. We had 8 weeks to plan a wedding and although busy it is very doable with this wonderful team of women who attend every detail Kudos to Savannah for the vision and attention to details which allow us to enjoy the special moment. Waters edge was beautiful and the staff made sure my wedding was beautiful and I had the time of my life.

We held our wedding reception at Waters Edge this summer. It was truly a remarkable experience working with the W.E. team at their amazing venue- couldn’t have asked for a better team. They took all of our thoughts and ideas to a whole new level, and more than exceeded our expectations. Easily one of the best views you could find throughout all of Houston. Never thought we would arrive to our reception via party boat with the whole wedding party, but they made it happen. Thanks to the team, they even helped me surprise my bride and the entire party with a full scale firework show...I’m talking 3+ minutes, city permit, etc.. It was a night we’ll never forget. If you want phenomenal results, this is the venue that will guarantee it. A million thumbs up!

This. Place. Is. Amazing! Not only is the view one-of-a-kind in Houston, literally everything about my wedding was so easy. Savannah and Rachel were fantastic and helped me each step of the way. It's all-inclusive, so all I had to do was tell them exactly what I wanted (color, food, etc.) and it all came together. Everyone keeps saying how beautiful the wedding was. Obviously, the waterfront ceremony is insanely gorgeous. The trees and flowers outdoors were beautiful, the fire pit and patio were awesome, the chandeliers and greenery walls were beautiful, and the lighting really turned it up a notch. Thank you for giving me the day of my dreams!!

Savannah and the team at Waters Edge were excellent hosts for our wedding ceremony and reception. They worked with our wedding planner through all of our detailed plans and budgetary constraints while allowing our event to be unique and fitting with our personalities. This included allowing us to modify their provided ceremony and reception packages to meet our desires and tastes. The venue is absolutely beyond beautiful, and their provided vendors were excellent. My wife and I cannot say enough about the professionalism exhibited by Savannah and her personal willingness to go above and beyond to make our wedding day as successful and fun as possible.

Rachel and Savannah are phenomenal people. Just the best coordinators we could have asked for. Both were constantly engaged and working tirelessly to make our wedding night perfect. Planning with them was great too. They made sure everything was set and followed up with me appropriately. The bushel on my dress actually broke about 5 times throughout the night and Rachel and Savannah both sat there pinning it back together so I could go back out and continue having a blast at our reception. Truly amazing people, an amazing venue (seriously the best), and amazing staff all around! I would do it over in a heart beat. Love Waters Edge Venue!!

This venue is absolutely gorgeous! It was picture perfect. They offered a great deal with the summer special, an all inclusive package that included DJ, catering, and venue. The catering was with Robinette and the food was delicious. Everything was perfect until the very last two weeks before my wedding and the planner at the venue, Savannah was extremely unprofessional through email about the catering, since it was all supposed to be a part of the package, I had to deal with her and not the vendor directly which was an unnecessary headache right before such a big day. It was frustrating enough that I would have canceled if it hadn’t been so much money, planning, and other people involved in the whole process. The catering was finally settled and the food was great on our wedding day. I thought that having the wedding planners there on the day of was supposed to help ensure that everything went smoothly but there was very little involvement from the day of coordinators. It would have been nice to have them help more with the timing of things and making sure all of the key moments went smooth but they disappeared and I was left to try to figure it all out. It was great having all of our family and friends there to celebrate with us because the frustration of not having the help that I was told that I would have was very disappointing.

Waters Edge is one of the most beautiful modern waterfront venues there is. They were nothing shy of presenting amazement up to and on the day of my wedding, 8/18/18. I highly recommend having your ceremony right at sunset. The beauty of the sunset, the water, and most importantly the venue will have you stunningly amazed. Savannah and Rachel are really great planners. They take away all the headache so you can focus on enjoying your time with friends and family celebrating your “BIG” day!!!

Rachel and Savannah were amazing from the beginning of our journey through our honeymoon! All our guests raved about how beautiful our wedding was and how much fun they had. My photos from the venue are picture perfect on the water - just like I dreamed it would be. With the wedding packages offered, it was pretty much a one stop shop. I'm a lawyer and my husband is a doctor. We are both very busy. The way Water's Edge set up our package made it very easy for us to have the wedding and reception of our dreams without too much effort on our part. As I got ready to walk down the aisle, butterflies hit my stomach and Savannah looked at me and said something (can't remember her words) but I just remember whatever she said immediately calmed me and I was ready to join my husband at the end of dock. Rachel made my bridesmaids at home during the day of with plenty of food and drink. At times during the reception I just wanted to have a moment to relax and their bridal suite was the perfect escape to catch my breath in peace and then re-join the party. All of our items were safe without security concerns. I loved being able to watch our guests fill in their seats from the window in our bridal suite, too. I cannot say enough about what the folks at Water's Edge did for us to make our BIG day absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this venue.

We had such a fabulous experience working with the Savannah and the Waters Edge Team. This water front location totally captured our desire to host an elegant evening wedding. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The Water’s Edge was absolutely the most beautiful venue we had ever seen! Once we saw the 360 water views, the stylish decor, chandelier room and and modern finishes we knew this was the right place for us! Savannah and Rachel have the timeline and the right vendors down to a science! They were easy to talk to anytime we weren’t completely happy and fixed the problem immediately. They were an absolute pleasure to work with! Book your wedding with them and I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

Oh Waters Edge! I can't even begin to explain how miraculous this place is. I will forever be thankful for choosing Waters Edge for my wedding venue. Savannah and Rachel made everything so easy for Scott and I! Amazing people, amazing view, amazing venue. It really was my best day EVER :)

Had such a wonderful experience and a special day to remember for the rest of our lives. Savannah and Rachel are great to work with and most importantly patient. Savannah was always checking in on me to make sure that I was ok or if any of the bridal party needed anything the day of. They are definitely a great asset to Waters Edge :)

Waters Edge was a dream come true! I actually found them on theknot.com and was in love from the beginning. They were our 4th venue to look at and on our drive home we agreed that this is where we wanted to get married at. They made everything so easy and give you all the information in your contract. I probably emailed them on a weekly basis (whoops) but they were always so kind and I received responses within a couple of days if not the same day. The food, CAKE, view and entire venue was amazing. They made Sangria for my specialty drink and it was very tasty. Halfway through the reception everyone moved outside to enjoy the beautiful view, lights, fire, and patio furniture. The guys had cigars and the girls sipped on our sangria and had a blast. We moved from Tx shortly after our wedding but I would definitely consider them again if I planned a big event back home for my family. Thank you to everyone at Waters Edge!!

Loved! LOVED! Our wedding venue! Not only did they execute the wedding the day of without an issue they were exceptionally accommodating. Savannah, the venue coordinator, was with us every step of the way. We booked the venue more than a year in advance and Savannah reached out a number of times to help with the planning and answer any questions. It was like having a wedding planner built into the cost. She offered advice on things that we could skip to keep our costs down, as well as, provided recommendations for our rehearsal dinner, that were both in the area and fun for groups. But don’t forget location, location, location, there are a number of hotels nearby for any guests coming from out of town that are less than a mile from the venue. Also, they are close to some of Houston’s best attractions both Kemah and NASA Space Center are nearby to keep people entertained prior to the day of. We were really happy with all the vendors Waters Edge provided, since the venue is semi all inclusive (they provided the DJ, cake, up lighting, linens, caterer, bartenders, parking valet, and security) I was initially a bit uneasy about being locked into vendors I hadn’t personally vetted but I really didn’t have anything to worry about. We met with all the vendors individually, and picked out everything we wanted. Additionally, since all of these vendors work with Waters Edge every weekend, there were no problems with set up, timelines, vendors not showing, or being late. Extras that were not included with the cost of the venue, like flowers, photographer, or your officiant, Waters Edge reached out the each of them in advance to provide them the timeline and make sure that everything ran smoothly. The execution was perfect. As the bride it was really a stress free day, even the weeks before the wedding Waters Edge made the whole planning process easy. Lastly, the venue was absolutely gorgeous. The weather worked out so that we were able to have an outdoor ceremony, but since everything was setup and handled by Waters Edge. The wedding was exactly how I pictured it would be. Fun and Beautiful.

We highly recommend this beautiful spot to anyone looking for an indoor/outdoor venue. I happened to drop in at Waters Edge and was in love at first sight! Waters Edge came to our rescue at the last minute during the unusual January 2018 rainouts. Both Rachel and Savannah, along with their staff, helped us pull my daughter and son-in-laws “backyard” wedding together. They helped us transition our plans with very little stress and added touches that we had not planned for. We can’t wait to see how beautiful the wedding pictures will be. Kudos to Waters Edge for a very pleasant experience! Rachel and Savannah will not disappoint ♥️

Waters Edge did a fabulous job with coordinating and planning my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding. After our original venue in Port Aransas was demolished by Hurricane Harvey, we called Waters Edge and they were kind enough to juggle their planned events to accommodate us on the date we requested. Rachel and Savannah relieved our stress and helped us with everything in a timely manner. They do all the finishing touches including ordering special glasses for our signature drink. They also followed up afterward with some things we had forgotten to collect after the wedding was over. They made the whole experience fun and hassle free. I highly recommend this beautiful venue with compassionate caring event coordinators!

Waters edge was the second venue we visited and our last. We both fell in love., the place is absolutely beautiful! This venue was the best of both worlds for me and my fiancé at the time. I love elegant & classy and he loves the water. He is from Galveston Tx & I was from Cypress, Tx (Houston) so waters edge was literally the best of both worlds and met at the very middle. We were very excited to book our venue, and that is when we officially met Savannah. She was always so helpful with everything !! Fast forward to wedding day, she was our wedding coordinator and made my life WAY easier by always helping and thinking a step ahead of me! Savannah is great at what she does! Can’t thank her & her team enough for making my dream wedding come to life! Waters edge is a great venue, that I will recommend to others who are engaged!

What can I say! When I tell you that this venue is one of the best in Houston, I mean it. The venue is beautiful, the crew is more than accommodating for anything you need, and there is never a time that you worry about anything. Do you and your fiancé a favor and have your wedding with Savannah and Rachel, you will not regret it!

Rachel and Savannah were such an amazing team to work with. The answered all our questions and helped us with every step along the way. The bartenders and wait staff were so amazing and the dj the recommended had all our guests dancing the whole night. This is such a beautiful venue, I would definitely recommend!!

Waters Edge is a gorgeous venue. My wedding was a dream come true thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond during the entire process. I had visited many locations and this one had everything I wanted and they worked very hard to accommodate all my requests. I couldn't have asked for a better day!

Gorgeous venue! The outside space and indoor space is very beautiful. There is an amazing chandelier room that overlooks the water. The staff is extremely attentive and professional. Loved it!

I was a bridesmaid and this venue surpassed my best friends expectations and made her wedding a dream come true! They provided a seamless experience for all involved. I would definitely recommend this venue to any couple who are looking for a special place to say "I Do"!

I can't put into perspective how awesome Water Edge has been to us during our wedding experience. Needless to say the venue was beautiful. It's the most remarkable venue we have seen in Texas. The food was superb and the floral decor was lovely. Our Cake was TO DIE for. All of these places were provided to us in our package all we had to do was pick what we wanted. Savannah is one of the most amazing people I've ever met. She is sooo on top of things and takes a tremendous amount of weight off of one's shoulders during the wedding day. I remembered I was getting dressed and I was peeping out of the window and I saw her on a ladder decorating our hedgewall! The whole time I assumed I was going to have to do that lol. She also sent someone to go to the store to get eyelash glue when I felt my eyelash coming off right after the ceremony. Before I could even panic the glue was in my hand and she had already taken care of it. CRAZY right?!?! I mean who does that!? Lol. At one point during our reception I saw her behind the bar helping serve drinks! There were also other times when I would see her just standing from a far and scanning the room making sure everything was going the way it's supposed to. Savannah is Hands down the best coordinator I've ever known, and she is so genuine with what she does. She does everything with ease and gave me a sense of comfort, which makes it a plus. We were dealing with alot during our wedding planning process and going with Waters edge was the best choice we made. This is the real deal, seriously OUTSTANDING. You will only regret not choosing this venue.

My husband and I got married at Waters Edge this past October and couldn't be happier that we chose their venue! First off, let me start by saying that the venue is breathtakingly beautiful. The view of the water is just incredible, and since we had a later wedding our family pictures were right at sunset. Talk about gorgeous! We had the honor of having Savannah as our events coordinator, and I'm so glad that we had her. I highly recommend choosing a venue that has an on-site coordinator and good suggested vendors to use because it really was just a matter of calling and setting up appointments and picking what we wanted (food, linens, etc.). As it would be expected, we hit a few minor bumps in the road where things didn't go quite as planned on our big day, but I feel like they were handled well and none of our guests really even noticed, so that must be a good sign ;) The Waters Edge crew definitely helped everything go smoothly, and I loved that Savannah was just a call/text/email away whenever we had questions along the way during our wedding planning! Overall I'm happy with this venue and highly recommend it to any newly-engaged couples looking for the perfect place to say, "I do." :)

I don't know if I can put into words how amazing I think Savannah is and how perfect my wedding was because of her! I knew I wanted a venue on the water, and when my fiance and I walked into Water's Edge, we knew it was the place we wanted to get married. My wedding was everything I wanted it to be and more, and it was all thanks to Savannah and her staff. From the very first meeting Savannah was so helpful and even though we lived a few cities apart, she would always make the time to call, text, or email with me if I needed something. Everyone at my reception kept telling me over and over again how beautiful the venue was, and I couldn't agree more with them. Savannah and her staff made sure to check with us throughout the night to see if we needed anything and Savannah rushed to get me Advil because I was crying so much throughout the ceremony. She did above and beyond for me and my wedding party and we felt pampered the entire night. The Water's Edge had the complete package including the linen's, DJ, bridal cake, and caterer and they were all amazing vendors and I have nothing bad to say about any of them because they made sure that my wedding went off perfectly. The Water's Edge is such a beautiful venue and I am so happy that we picked this venue, it was an important day and Savannah and her staff made sure that it was perfect for me and my husband. If I have any other event I will make sure that I book The Water's Edge!

I can not say enough amazing things about Savannah, my wedding coordinator, the venue and her staff. From the first meeting with her I knew this was where I wanted to marry my fiancé and she was the woman I wanted helping me navigate through the chaos that is wedding planning. I sent countless emails to Savannah asking for assistance in planning, updates on our invoices, but mostly just freaking out about the smallest details. She was quick to respond with the information I needed to just to tell me to relax. She worked 2 miracles the day of my wedding, my 2 year old nephew (ring bearer) was literally having a crying fit moments before he was to walk down the aisle. She knelt down on his level and spent a few moments talking to him in the sweetest voice and like magic... He stopped crying and started smiling. His walk down the aisle was adorable and the photos were even more so! Secondly, my bustle broke right after the ceremony and my bridesmaids thought they had it fixed... Not so much. Savannah came in, worked for 20 minutes and he it fixed for the rest of the evening. She went above and beyond every second of the day to make sure things were great for my husband and I <3. She is a master at her craft and an essential piece to a perfect wedding day! Her staff are as remarkable as she is. My husband and I felt totally pampered the day of our wedding. Neither of us ever wanted for anything because the staff kept checking on us throughout the night to see if there was anything they could do for us. Here's another example of how they go out of their way to make your day amazing... My husband is from Pennsylvania and loves a local brew, Yuengling, that is not yet available in Texas. I don't know how they did it or who did it but my husband had two iced down bottles for this to enjoy on our wedding day. That is something they did not have to do but did to make the day a little more amazing for him which he still talks about a month later! Waters Edge offers the complete package; venue, caterer, bar service, linens, wedding cake, and DJ (I have reviewed each vendor separately) which made the planning so much easier. We didn't have to go taste cake from 5 different vendors :) Waters Edge has paired themselves with first class vendors that work closely with you to make your wedding the day you've dreamed of. They also provide you with a preferred vendor list for those services that are not included in their packages. It takes all the stress and hassle out of wedding planning! When trying to find a venue my fiancé and I had a rough time trying to figure out what kind of place would reflect who we are. We're not rustic Texans, no barn. We're not city folk, nothing downtown. But we love living life the water so Waters Edge was the perfect choice. The venue is breathtakingly beautiful before you begin to decorate with a picturesque view of Clear Lake from inside the building and it provides a gorgeous backdrop to your ceremony. Between the day we booked and the day of our wedding they added a pergola which they draped with white cloth for our ceremony adding a extra touch of romance to our ceremony. The rear doors collapse into themselves to give you a panoramic view of the lake and make the inside and covered patio space appear to be one large flowing room. There is nothing they could have done to make our wedding day more spectacular than it was and both of us are eternally grateful to them all.
