PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEWELRY HERE. My husband and I had the most horrific experience with Wedding Day Diamonds. We brought my wedding ring in for a simple prong fix. When we got the ring back we noticed it was different. They had changed the design on the side of my ring, all four of the prongs were different lengths, angles, and shapes, the diamond sat in the ring differently, and there was even ripples in the gold. It looked terrible. We brought it to their attention and they wanted a chance to fix it. We trusted them with it a second time which was a huge mistake. They did manage to make the prongs a lot better but the rest of the issues remained the same and this time managed to CHIP MY DIAMOND! Somehow it passed all their inspections and they didn't even bother to let us know. Seems like they were trying to cover it up. So once again we had to notify them and they wanted to fix it by polishing the rough edges of what was a perfect diamond! There is no way I would allow them to even touch my ring again. I wish I never would have went there because now my wedding ring will never be the same! If your jewelry means something to you please do not bring it here. I dont want anyone to go through the stress and disappointment we went through!

My fiance picked out my engagement ring here and I loved it! When we went shopping for wedding rings together we didn't like the others in the family of my engagement ring. We found another ring that worked perfectly. They got things to us in a timely manner and were helpful with each interaction. Two days after the wedding I realized it would be nice to have the rings soldered together before the honeymoon. They got the finished product done just a couple of days after that-just in time! We got my husband's wedding ring here too. He is having some issues with it getting scratched so we will have to follow up on that, but so far, they have been great to work with!

Were not very helpful in helping me find a solution to my ring. Tried to up sell me into something I could not afford. Unfortunately, my wedding and engagement ring came from them. It was not a happy experience.

Awesome Experience! I was a rookie when it came to diamonds and engagement rings but David at the St. Louis Park location was great! He was very enthusiastic and took the time to explain to me what I getting for my money. I first purchased an engagement ring and my Fiancee loved it. We went back and purchased wedding bands from Wedding Day Diamonds as well and both love them. I couldn't make up my mind on a wedding band size and ended up getting it resized 3 times. The staff never blinked an eye and completed each resize free of charge even though they had to purchase a new ring each time because it was tungsten carbide. You also can not beat the lifetime warranty that wedding day offers. I highly recommend wedding day diamonds and want to give a shout out to David, Aaron, Kate, and Jessica who all did a great job over the past couple of months helping my Fiancee and I buy our rings!

The St. Louis Park location is where my fiancee got my engagement ring, my wedding gift, and both of our wedding bands. The service was great, they are very patient in explaining everything to first time diamond buyers, and the final products were just beautiful. I highly recommend them!

We looked at a couple of other places, before coming to Wedding Day. In addition to finding the perfect rings, we also wanted the perfect jeweler who was welcoming, as we are a same-sex couple. From the moment we walked in Wedding Day felt different than the others. Sean worked with us, and even without an appointment, made it seem like we were the only thing he needed to do that day. There was absolutely no pressure, or hassle. Finding my ring at Wedding Day was like finding my fiancee, I just knew! Kristen and Mikel feel like friends after the process of getting our rings; they made things fun and exciting. They were also really respectful about our budgets and reminding us what our budgets were as we picked out diamonds. They took so much time, for both of us, to help us pick out stones. We felt like we could really trust them to help us make the right decision. We are so excited to go get our ring cleans, just to say hi! Our rings are perfect, and the experience was too.

My husband and I bought our engagement rings and also my wedding band at wedding day. I absolutely loved the service and the rings we received from Wedding Day. Charity was very friendly and always there for us if we had any questions. We both felt very comfortable trusting her throughout this process. My husband even bought me a pair of earrings as a present on our wedding day from Wedding Day. Overall we both were Very impressed and pleased!

My fiance and I had such a horrible time and would definitely not recommend wedding day to anyone. When we went to go look at engagement rings we were both really excited, but that feeling quickly changed after the visit. My fiance had a budget and did not want to go over it, so we told our sales woman the budget and started to look around. Once we had a few settings picked out we went to a desk in back to start talking about the center diamond. Not only did she make us feel like we should not be in there with "such a small budget" but she kept trying to make my fiance up his budget. She kept saying that the size diamond he could afford wouldn't look the best in the type of settings we picked out and that we should really spend some more so we can get a bigger diamond. Needles to say we did not buy anything from wedding day and will not buy anything from them in the future either!

Everyone in the store was incredibly kind and helpful. My husband got to pick out a super unique ring and it turned out exactly as he had hoped it would. I highly recommend this place for their employees and their choices.

ast August my fiancé Kate and I worked with Becca Fredin when we choose her engagement ring. There are no words that I could say that would do justice to level of customer service we received from her. I was planning a proposal in Duluth and when the ring was in danger of not making it to the store in time for me to pick it up, she literally did everything possible, and I mean everything, to ensure the ring was in my hands before I went up north. I was a nervous wreck for three days worrying that I wouldn't have a ring before I left and the intricate proposal I had planned would be blown. What a waste of time! Becca even had a back up already in place in case "The worse case scenario" played out. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Becca from the bottom of my heart for making my experience a Wedding Day Diamonds one that I won't ever forget! We have since moved to Burnsville and recently Kyle Schleis to pick out our wedding bands. Once again we had another remarkable customer service experience. Kyle, was a breeze to work with, and took the time to get to know our tastes and us. He knocked it out of the park with the two bands he picked out for us.

For the record we visited the Maple Grove location. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I left in tears. I had already bought my engagement ring from their competitor but my fiance and I were looking for our wedding bands. The second the sales person found out where I got my ring she tore it apart and made me feel like a stupid ill-educated buyer and I ran out of there crying. I emailed the manager and they offered $50 off our next purchase. I will never step foot in Wedding Day Diamonds again.

Fabulous to work with! Got my ring resized right away at no charge. Almost a year after I got engaged, I decided to change my ring from white gold to yellow gold. No charge! We received about 10% of the cost of my rings in rewards, so I was able to get a free fashion ring. Brought my ring in for cleaning just before the ceremony, and they polished it as well. Also gave me and my mom some free cleaner! Solder was no charge. Every experience with them was just awesome.

Michelle at the Bloomington branch worked with me remotely to find the perfect ring. They walked me through the entire process, stayed within my budget and delivered perfection. They even worked with my (future) mother-in-law, who was just as impressed as me. If/when we upgrade, adjust or need a cleaning, we will continue working with them in the future. Charity Palmer was very helpful in my process of picking out an engagement ring that was in my budget. She was never pushy on getting a more expensive diamond, and was always honest with me. She had a great balance between allowing me to make the decision while also providing her professional opinion when necessary. Wedding Day was fantastic and it was mainly due to Charity and her top-notch customer service!

Charity helped us when we stopped in. Very professional and took the time to look up all the diamonds and match us with the perfect rock for our setting. We looked a few other places but nobody was even close for value or brilliance. The lab grown option is awesome and it was a great experience overall.

We first started off online, and that is where Erin helped. Gave us ideas and even scheduled an appointment for us at the Maplewood location. When we got to the store, Kathleen helped us. She was amazing! We told her lie budget and she made sure to only show us bands within that range. She was super helpful and not pushy at all. We were looking for his wedding band. We definitely recommend this store location. Kathleen was very knowledgable and friendly. Will be going back for an anniversary ring later on.

Wedding Day was great about helping my husband and I create the perfect engagement ring. We wanted a sapphire stone instead of a diamond, and we are so happy with how it turned out. We love their lifetime warranty and payment plan offers. We paid off both our wedding bands and my engagement ring using their payment plan. As long as you pay off everything within a year, there's no interest! The monthly payments are much more manageable this way. They have also been very helpful and fixed issues with my ring at no extra charge. My engagement ring was supposed to have a matching band, but when it came in, it did not match the ring. They sent both the ring and band back, saying that it may take a month to receive them back. However, it took only two weeks, and the new band fit perfectly. I went in 4 days before my wedding to have my ring cleaned (a little late, I know), and they were able to clean my ring, as well as solder it onto the band with plenty of time for the wedding, again at no charge. I would highly recommend working with Wedding Day.

My Fiance at the time decided to just check out Wedding Day Diamonds out of convenience. He was assisted by staff that were very helpful and he ended up finding my engagement ring - which I love! We then went into WDD to find our wedding bands and had excellent service. They do not try to sell you on bigger or better stones - they are great at listening to your style and needs - which is great because a person should have a ring that exemplifies them!

My husband purchased my engagement ring through Wedding Day Diamonds in Burnsville. He worked with Alexandra, who was very helpful. I love my ring--it's very unique (there's actually no diamonds in it, just emerald and amethyst), and my husband so appreciated Alexandra's patience and assistance in choosing a ring. I really appreciate their customer service and lifelong protection with purchasing my ring there--my center stone has fallen out twice, and they replace and clean it every time at no cost. They provide free inspections and repair. The only drawback we experienced were we found the pricing to be rather high in comparison to smaller jewelers. We ended up purchasing my husband's wedding band online--it looked exactly the same, but was a fraction of the cost. Furthermore, I looked into getting a custom fit, plain white gold wedding band, and it cost more than my husband's wood inlay band. I actually had a poor experience with requesting a custom fit band, as they kept my ring for about a month for molding, meant to charge me but did not, and really pushed me to get the band after quoting me much higher than I expected. I ended up not getting a wedding band at all, as I was so close to my wedding date for anything to be made. All in all, Wedding Day is a great option for a high quality engagement ring, as their quality and protection is great. However, I would recommend shopping around for wedding bands.

My husband had a hard time finding a ring that he was enthusiastic about because he doesn't typically wear any jewelry. We were running out of time when we finally looked at Wedding Day Diamonds in Burnsville, MN. My husband's friend who had recently gotten married recommended Wedding Day, and my husband really liked the look of his friend's ring. My wedding band was purchased from Wedding Day Diamonds as a set with my engagement ring. I went in to purchase it by myself, and was still able to go through my husbands account wih them to make sure everything was correct. They even shipped it to me out of state, which saved me in taxes and from making a trip back to the store! The band itself is beautiful, very unique. Wedding Day is the place to get that one-of-a-kind engagement ring that's exactly what your fiance wants. I bought my fiance's engagement ring (and matching band) here over a year ago, and she never forgets to remind me how much she loves it. Everyone who works there is very professional, knows what they sell, and took time to walk me through the entire ring-buying process. The follow-on visits since buying the ring have also gone very well - my fiance has come in about a half-dozen times or so to get ring cleanings quickly and with no hassle. Wedding Day in Maple Grove is a great jewelry shop with personable and knowledgeable salespeople. Their prices are higher than other competing stores, but it's definitely worth a visit. Just know that when your fiance finds the ring she wants in here, it'll be hard if not impossible to turn back!

We used Wedding Day Diamonds for both the engagement ring and our wedding bands and are very happy with their services. The first time we visited Wedding Day we knew they were different. We were warmly greeted and didn't feel judged or constantly followed either. They have a beautiful range of products to choose from and are very friendly. I also appreciate that they don't have a warranty like other stores. They do warranty their products and will inspect and clean them at any time but do not require you to make specific visits to do so which is so nice.

In short, Natalie was fantastic. But just to point her out would be a crime, as all the staff at the Maple Grove store were extremely understanding of what I was looking for for my proposal, they listened to what I thought I wanted, gave a few suggestions, and there it was... the best ring I could imagine for my (now) bride to be! I actually drove away so I could compare pricing and policies only to realize how good I had it at Wedding Day. Twenty minutes later, I was back and purchased the ring. Natalie also helped us pick out our wedding rings which included creating a custom Irish design for me that turned out, in the words of MasterCard... priceless!

Wedding Day Diamonds was by far the best engagement ring experience we could have hoped for. Last summer we had gone ring shopping and stopped at a few different locations. No one was as genuinely helpful and taught us as much as Marie at Wedding Day's West End location. I was so pleased that my now-fiance stuck with her and had nothing but good things to say about the purchase process and her responsiveness and dedication to making our ring special. My Fiancé went to Wedding Day to pick out my ring all on his own. The girls there did a wonderful job at helping him and he was so impressed with their help picking out the perfect diamond! After the engagement I went in and met Rachel Novak (the lady who helped my fiancé pick out my ring). She was so enthusiastic and right away asked how he proposed and seemed genuinely interested. A few months later, my fiancé and I decided to look for a new band for my engagement ring (something that was a little more 'me'). We randomly stopped in and were assisted right away. Unfortunately the bands I wanted wouldn't hold my diamond. I then found a band I loved online, we emailed Rachel and very promptly she emailed back saying the ring was in the store and I could stop in and check I out. The next day I stopped in, I fell in love with the band and Rachel ordered it right away. I cannot say enough good things about Wedding Day Diamonds. I would recommend them to anyone! Rachel is so sweet and always a major help with anything we need. I know this is very winded but I wanted to stress how much the employees at Wedding Day love their job and take it serious! When my now-fiancé (who was my boyfriend at the time) and I talked about getting engaged soon, he suggested Wedding Day Diamonds to go look at some rings together. We decided to go shopping, and were surprised that Wedding Day was open on the 4th of July. We were helped by Natalie, who was amazingly helpful. She was really patient while I scoured every case in the store. She helped us narrow it down to two rings. There was one I loved, except for this weird engraving on the band. She assured me that they could special-order the band without the engraving since my ring would be custom made. Natalie was also very tactful about bringing up the issue of budget and whether we'd like to look at center stones together. We had already discussed a budget, but I appreciated her tact and sensitivity because I know this could be something really sensitive for couples who haven't had that discussion or where the one buying the ring doesn't necessarily want their significant other to know how much they spent. I also loved that we got to look at loose diamonds the same day. Wedding Day was the only store where we were able to do that. Everywhere else told us to make another appointment in 2 or 3 weeks and they'd have some stones ordered for us to look at. A couple of months later my fiancé proposed, and my ring is perfect! They made it without the engraving, and it fits like it was made for my hand. We recently went back to shop for our wedding bands with Natalie and had a great experience then too. She pulled some wedding bands we had looked at the day we found my engagement ring and saved to our "wish list," but also pulled some others that she thought we would like. She even suggested a band that was cheaper than the one I originally liked, but fit better with my engagement ring. I would definitely recommend Natalie and Wedding Day. It's not your typical chain jewelry store.

My girlfriend and I have been dating close to four and a half years and I had been looking for an engagement ring for probably close to a year. I visited every big name jewelry store near STP/MPLS but nothing seemed to speak to me. I wanted an amazing vintage setting for a .99 carat family diamond. There I met with Melissa Gamst, the most amazing, excited, helpful person anyone could ever ask for when looking to buy a setting for an engagement ring. She is crazy knowledgable. She also made the entire experience fantastic. Melissa showed me sooo many settings. Finally she brought over, "the one". Just the right amount of vintage. The diamond didn't sit too high, the whole ring wouldn't catch on sweaters. It was the perfect ring for my sweetheart. I recommend anyone to go visit Melissa at Wedding Day Diamonds. Top notch service. In the future I will be consulting with her about Anniversary gifts :)

I visited this location with my fiance Mark and we had Susan Medina as our sales rep. She was fantastic!! She was so kind and made us feel like we were exactly where we were suppose to be. She walked me through all the details of all the brands, she had special rings brought in just for me to see all the while treating us with respect and love.I had an issue with the company that designed my ring. Wedding Day and Susan stood by there guarantee and the whole issue was resolved with the other company for me. I ended up with a gorgeous ring and went back to buy the diamond later which was another lovely experience with Susan Medina. I will never visit a different jewelry store. Susan made our experience so great we will be customers for life!

I had the pleasure of working with Addy Stepaniak in Eden Prairie and couldn't have had a better experience! She was very knowledge (certified diamond expert) and very easy to work with! I never felt pressured to buy anything and she gave honest answers to my questions which helped me find the perfect ring!
