Do not order from them. I ordered 65 personalized glasses for my daughter's bridal shower . The glasses are small, 3 of them were were broken , and I ordered boxes that I didn't receive. I have emailed several times, sent pictures of the broken glasses and have only received the run around.

DO NOT order from them!! I ordered 36 stemless champagne glasses for a shower favor. They where all personalized with the name and date, and everyone of them pealed after adding champagne to the glasses!!! Ruined the glasses!! I emailed Favors LTD and they told me I should have checked them before I used them!! They would not give me a refund!!! I wouldn’t use them!!!!

This place is a scam. They have multiple sites and really drive up the “shipping” then refuse returns unless you insure it, expedite it, and basically pay more for it that what you paid to get it to you. Pass it up. There are many sites out there you can use and might save you a dollar. THIS ISNT ONE OF THEM! Their merchandise is really bad. Like BAD BAD and they can’t stand behind it. They just try and make you spend more to ship it back to them. All I have to say is I’m glad I only tried to order bridesmaids robes and not real wedding favors. If you are like me (struggling to organize a beautiful wedding mostly online due to Covid) you are being faced with more challenges than most brides. We have enough challenges without companies scamming our money out of us and taking advantage of this situation. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I did however use a site called Nice Price Favors and so far have found them to be legit and cost effective. So there are decent companies out there still. Good luck everyone. Hope this helps save a birdie the money they scammed out of me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Checkout is confusing and their customer service department is terrible. Two women (Rachel and Doreen) kept giving me conflicting information. The wedding favors are smaller than they appear in the pictures. The prices are way cheaper than anywhere else because they charge you an arm-and-a-leg for shipping!!! THE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE!!!!

I ordered wood and silk fans and they were a disaster. 25 percent of the product was damaged--moldy, broken, or poorly made. And 100 percent of the fans had so many splinters poking out of them, I actually sanded them for the guests. I would have returned them if I'd had more time. What a poor quality product--and I spent $90 for 80 fans! Take your business elsewhere. Their idea of customer service was to send me more broken and stained fans. They refused to give any kind of credit. Awful experience.

We ordered 50 stemless wine glasses for our wedding and they turned out great! None of them arrived damaged and we've been very pleased with the quality. All of our guests loved them as well. They have great prices and I would definitely recommend!

We ordered 140 Kate Aspen pizza slicer favors (https://www.weddingfavorsunlimited.com/slice_of_love_pizza_cutter_favors.html) and were really pleased with the product. Wedding Favors Unlimited by far had the best prices, but we did pay a hefty amount of shipping (which I suppose is to be expected, and the packages were enormous/heavy when they arrived). However, when I first looked at favors in June (for our wedding in late August), they were in stock. I then got an email from the site shortly after about how they were running out of favors, and that my favor choice was back-ordered, forcing me to place a much larger order than I needed far in advance since it was well before our RSVP date, when we'd have a more accurate head count for favors. I don't really know whether that back-order was forced or real - it's a busy time of year, so it's entirely possible it was real - but I felt a little pressured to order because of it. Then, once we got our headcount in and only needed 120, they couldn't do a partial return, even though the boxes were unopened. I know they price by how many you order, so that makes a bit of sense, but it would have been nice to get something back and not have 20 extra pizza slicers sitting around. :(

Both we and our guest LOVED our plane bottle openers. Wedding favors unlimited as a wide variety of parting favors that are fairly prices and GREAT ideas for themed weddings. The quality was also amazing.

This place was amazing. I don’t normally write reviews, but they asked, and I felt obligated to oblige. So we ordered some pint glasses as wedding favors. We found some on this site for a very very reasonable price and pulled the trigger. The shipping was a bit more than expected, but I think that is because glass is pretty heavy, and I am used to Amazon prime/free shipping anymore. Anyhow, it basically doubled the price, but overall the price per pint glass was still way less than I would have expected. So the pint glasses came approx. 2 weeks before the wedding, they were super cool, but sadly they were the wrong color (we ordered white but they came in blue). I kind of figured that you get what you pay for, and we contacted the company. At this point, I concluded we were going to get blown off, or at best, ‘10% discount off of our next order’ type deal. When we contacted them, they were super helpful. Apologized for the mix up and expressed our original oder to the front of the line in order to get them to us by our wedding date. Sent us the new pint glasses at no cost. The pint glasses were a huge hit at our wedding. Then they sold us the original blue glasses at 50% off (which was like 75% off since we didn’t have to pay for shipping). So overall, a small hiccup (which happens to the best of us), but great customer service. This seems especially true given that it felt like even mentioning ‘wedding’ at most other places seemed to signal an invatation to double the price and treat us like dirt. Very impressed, and have recommended this site to others.

I am very pleased with Wedding Favors Unlimited! I have ordered from them on two separate occasions. Back in 2012 for my daughter's wedding (beach-themed picture frames ~ for seating), and recently for my husband and I (Vow Renewal after 35 years) ~ wedding favors and gifts with a black & white color theme. The products, service, prices, and delivery were excellent! I highly recommend ordering from Wedding Favors Unlimited! I am confident you will be happy with your purchases, just as I have been, and continue to be (yes, I have recently ordered even more items, as my event is coming up, and the guest list is growing)!

I ordered heart shaped wine glass markers for our daughters recent bridal shower, since the party was held at a paint and sip venue and we were painting wine glasses. They came in on time and we were surprised to see they were beautifully packaged with a ribbon. Then we realized we needed extra, but unfortunately they were out of heart shape and offered to send starfish shaped markers. They were perfect since it was beach season and some people preferred those. They arrived on time, too. We would definitely recommend Wedding Favors Unlimited!

I ordered the perfectly plain glass jar place card holder. They arrived quickly, and were all perfect! The corks fit snugly, but were easy to remove so I could fill each jar with M&M's. I was impressed, and would highly recommend this product!

We ordered personalized mints. Individually packaged, with our Names, Wedding Date and Image of our choice! Very reasonably priced compared to the many other places I had shopped around at. We are so pleased with our purchase! We could smell them right through the box! They are exactly like regular spearmint life savers! Can't wait to set them out in our cute candy dishes and have our guest Ooooo and Ahhhhhhh over them! Thank you all again and I promise it won't be only time to shop! We will be back!!!!

Hedberg I purchased The Perfect Mix pink whisk for my daughter’s bridal shower favor. I found adorable white with pink dish towels online and tucked a hand written recipe card with the “Recipe for Love” in side the folded dish towel. I tied a pink ribbon around all three and received so many compliments at the shower!! The quality of the whisk was excellent for the value.

I bought the glass starfish bottle stoppers for my sister's bridal shower. they came beautifully packaged and all 40 were in excellent condition. shipping was fast and easy and these were beautiful favors at a exceptionally reasonable price. i will be using wedding favors unlimited in the future for sure.

Wedding Favors is the best! The pre-printed gift tags and antique style keys looked exactly like pictures. Great quality and the delivery was super quick!! Looking forward to ordering from Wedding Favors Unlimited again!!

I ordered 36 of the burlap, "The Perfect Blend" bags and labels for my daughter's wedding welcome boxes. Everyone loved them! I filled them with local coffee blends from Nacogdoches, Texas from Java Jacks Coffee House. Received lots of "Ooooh's and Ahhhh's over them. Thank you so much! I ordered 150 'Double Heart Votive Candles and they arrived in 4 days. Three of them were broken but I called customer service and without hassle three replacements were shipped the same day! I would never hesitate to purchase here again. I cannot believe how quickly everything came and all boxed ready to be used. Has to be the very best i have purchased from for favors ever.......excellent isn't good enough of a rating. I tried looking around for better pricing, but they were the lowest. My sister had a horrible experience with another favor site that had horrible customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to go with this company again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The actual wedding favors were great! The tags that I ordered were WRONG. I did the sample that they use and it was CORRECT but when you put the string into the actual cart it did not come through as it was supposed to (The date spaces). Even though I replicated the issue, the lady SARAH (MANAGER) basically said she had no problem when she was doing it. And that I should have checked the confirmation email- YES I SHOULD HAVE- Apparently the PROOF SAMPLE is NOT enough. She told I had to pay since it wasn't their fault, even though their system has a problem. They lost a customer for $20.00. If you are going to order from them TRIPLE CHECK EVERYTHING! At the end of the day, they don't care whose fault it is. Very disappointing!

I recently purchased the XO Design Bottle Opener Favors for my quests at my upcoming wedding and I couldn't be happier. They came very nicely presented in a gift box with a ribbon. I ordered the crystal diamond shaped candle wedding favors for my parents' 60th wedding anniversary celebration. The order process was easy, they shipped within days of my order and they exceeded our expectations. They are beautiful candle holders that come with the candle. Wedding Favors Unlimited are great! You'll receive your favors in a plastic box with a bow along with a 'thank you.' This saved me the time and hassle of finding a box for the favor to go inside of. I'm completely satisfied with this vendor and will recommend to future brides!

I ordered the Winter Finery Note Cards to be our Thank You cards for our wedding. The item description could have been a little more detailed as these are more like index cards vs. stationary note cards. Also they do not come with envelopes. Unfortunately I was late in ordering these and did not have time to contact the vendor before or after the order arrived and had to make what I received work (Paper source to the rescue). So I can’t I had any issues with their Customer Service, I’m sure they would have been helpful. They just could have had a better description on the item up front. Otherwise the item arrived in time (even with a late order) and in perfect condition. Would use them again, but would ask about the item first before ordering.

I used the Wedding Favors Unlimited website to order our Bridal Shower favors and Wedding favors. I love that the website allows you to look at favors by theme. Our wedding was Wine and Vineyard theme and they had tons of stuff at great prices (other sites had the same stuff for a lot more $). We chose oil pourers and coasters with a wine bottle design on each of them. They were amazing. Pretty good quality too :)

Nice, creative products. Some came in damaged. Order with plenty of time to spare so you can return them and get new items just in case they come damaged or wrong. Good bang for your buck.

I purchased champagne flutes and knife servers from this company. The glasses came defective. They were willing to only refund me for the glasses, and not the knives, unless I paid return shipping for the knives (it would cost more to send the item back to them than to just keep them). Also I had already paid over $10 for the original shipping. I spoke to a manager to see what could be done, and she informed me that that because the orders were considered two separate orders, they were not willing to budge and pay for the return shipping of the knives. However, I was only given one order number (which makes no sense in my opinion). And it states in their return policy, "Also, note that we do NOT accept partial returns for an item. For example, if you order 100 favors, you must return all 100, you cannot return 20 because you ordered too many." So it only makes sense to me that given the fact that I was given only one order number, the entire order should have been refunded with no problem. No customer should have to deal with this if their items come to them defective. If it were the manager and her staff dealing with this kind of predicament, I'm sure they would expect it the same way.

I was able to easily get my cake topper wedding favors and cake boxes at this easy to shop stop. Delivery was a little slow though
