I ordered a cake topper from this company and it arrived quickly and just as pictured. It was carefully packaged and arrived in perfect shape. I absolutely LOVE it! Thank you so much!

I ordered a cake topper from their website. It said to put in the 8 character numeric date. So I put in 10102020 for October 10th 2020. When I received it it has 10.20.20. I emailed and called that same date. And I called and left message ones a day for three days. I finally got an email for an offer for $5 off if I wanted to reorder. This is crazy. Please read all reviews before you order. Even if you do what they ask they won’t take responsibility when they mess up. They should have reached out to me to ask if they were unclear on the date. And I don’t know why they wouldn’t have just pick the first 6 numbers anyway. Why did they pick 10.20.20. Very poor customer service

I ordered a cake topper with Calla Lillies at the bottom of the bride and groom but was sent the plain cake topper with no decoration. When I confronted them about it, they told me that they had sent me the correct cake topper. Firstly, why would I order the plain one and pay the same price as for one that has the decoration. Secondly, why would I order the plain one when I wanted the one with the decoration. When I tried to go back onto the website to get screenshots of their description, the site was down. When I was finally able to go back onto the site, I found that their descriptions had been changed. This is completely unethical. I spent over $100 on this item including the shipping charges and that's a lot of money for me here in South Africa. I thought that the Americans took pride in their work and customer service and so trusted that I would not have this problem by ordering my cake topper from them. Boy was I wrong!!! Planning a wedding is stressful enough but they are adding to that stress by sending people items that they did not order and then trying to cover up their mistake. I know they have pretty stuff and great cake toppers, but it's not worth the stress to order from them only to receive what you didn't order. Stay far far away from this company and the lack of integrity.

We ordered a custom wooden photo print cake topper, we provided a photo as per their exact specifications, they informed us they needed to crop the photo, we asked how, they refused to communicate how the photo would be cropped and instead offered us to pay an additional 20$ to receive a printed proof. they then proceeded to literately crop out over 50% of the original photo and they completely refused any refund reprint or other compensation for their terrible craftsman ship!

Very pleased from beginning to end. It was easy to place my order, it arrived quickly and it was an awesome product. It is a gorgeous keepsake.
