West-Way Limousine Service

Used West-Way Limousine services for my wedding and they did not disappoint! They were on time and professional and my guests had a blast cranking up the music and using all the fun light features to set the mood. I would definitely use them again!

SAVE yourself the frustration & go with a different company! This place was horrible! They kept losing my information, and I had to call 6 times until they finally got it right and sent me a confirmation. Then the day of, they told me I needed to pay the balance in CASH. The guy on the phone, BRUCE, asked if I had “any heffers” when deciding what car to send & literally screamed at me for 15 minutes for not reading the credit card authorization to know I needed to have $600 in cash the day of.. The limo driver was nice, but the limo was old and DIRTY! Literally someone else’s garbage was in it and the music didn’t work!! This place was ridiculous. I don’t even understand how they’re in business & I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Let me tell you all this company is legitimately the best transportation company on here. I have tried many and West Way is the only one I use now. During my whole experience of having my wedding they were always professional and willing to be flexible with any changes. Since my wedding I have used them multiple other times and the service has been stellar everytime. I asked for the company to provide me transportation for 100+ people from the hotel to the wedding and back. They made some great suggestions and handled everything with professionalism. Bruce is the man! Don’t make the mistake of not giving them a try, their prices are the best around and their vehicles are stellar.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY **Anyone who is on the fence after reading this, message me and I will send you the recordings of the conversations with them.*** They picked us up a hour late with a cheaper vehicle. That's not even the bad part, when I called to complain to the manager (or person who claimed he was the manager) he was avoiding me claiming he had to talk to the driver and he would call me back the next day by 5 pm. He never did, I didn't get a call back till we posted on their Facebook. When he did call me back he insulted me saying "my employees work hard unlike you who probably doesn't work or have a job". And clearly this isn't the first time they pulled this scam because other reviews in the "non recommended" section at the bottom had the same issue. The manager made it seem like they did me a favor by providing this service. I paid $726 to be picked up and dropped off 45 min away!!! Worst decision I ever made, now I have to dispute the charge with the credit card company because I did not receive the service I paid for. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME, USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!
