We picked Windy City Limo because our planner had recommended them and we're so glad she did! We booked the 39 passenger van for a shuttle to/from the hotel and the venue. We ended up having wayyyy more people staying at the hotel and taking the shuttle that were not booked through our block. Our driver, Ahmed, didn't hesitate to do more shuttles both before and after the wedding than initially planned. We could have ended up with dozens of people stranded without a ride if it wasn't for him! Very thankful we picked Windy City Limo and got Ahmed as our driver!

Reliable service! We needed a shuttle for our wedding guests from the hotel block to the venue. We spent many hours reviewing some options and found many of the highly rated companies had reviews that seemed too good to be true. After deciding we would go with a recommendation from our venue, we’re so thankful we went with Windy City Limos. The initial conversations on the phone and via email provided clear pricing, all follow-up questions and the final itinerary via email were answered very quickly, and the (very nice) shuttle showed up on time as promised.

Amazing service! We got the 23 passenger mini bus for photos around the city before the wedding, plus shuttling guests to and from the venue and hotel. We had to last minute change some photo locations due to protests and the company was super flexible and accommodating. The driver always arrived early, was in constant communication with our wedding coordinator, and even took photos of each group of guests which was a great memory!

I would not bother to contact them. I sent a message requesting pricing, and that went unanswered. I called and was asked if they could email a list of their vehicles and then call them back. I said no. They said they would quote me over the phone but cut the call off after I told them my event location. Apparently, they do not need my business.

We had windy city limo for our wedding day and they were timely, polite, and the vehicles were in pristine condition! Would book again for an event. You don’t want the trave accommodations to delay specials days like a wedding, and they didn’t disappoint

From the moment we first interacted with Linci and the wedding team at Windy City we knew we were in good hands. We had a complicated order that required multiple vehicle types over a multi-day timeframe. Linci quickly understood exactly what I was looking for and built the proposal perfectly. Leading up to the day, she was super responsive and answered any and all questions we had. The day, all of the drivers were on time (actually all were EARLY, which is amazing!) friendly and so courteous to all of our guests. Transportation went off without a hitch the entire day and we cannot recommend the team enough!

She provided quick and easy to understand information about the various price points, scheduling needs, and so-forth for our wedding and was very responsive throughout the process. We hired Windy City Limos for our wedding, and were very happy with their work. They provided a clear set of prices up-front and let us customize our booking to exactly what we needed. The driver arrived promptly and was happy to adjust the schedule based on some last minute changes we encountered. The car was clean and spacious. Overall, Windy City provided us an excellent limo service and we recommend them highly!

We booked a 56 passenger bus to take guests to and from reception/ceremony sites. The bus made multiple trips to ensure everyone got a ride and the driver was timely in getting everyone where they needed to be. Our guests all appreciated it very much. No complaints whatsoever!

Our drivers from Windy City were great the day of! They were personable and on-time. The busses themselves were also very clean and high-end. We gave them a 4/5 instead of a 5 because they were difficult to work with during the contracting stage and not very good at communicating the month before our wedding. Our Day of Coordinator said this is common with transportation companies and she was able to work with them to confirm our details. We would hire them again, but would love to see improved communication.

Windy City was amazing! We booked them for our wedding and their coordinators Linci and Debbie were so attentive and responsive and really helped us out when we were in a last-minute pinch and needed to schedule a second shuttle the week of our wedding! My experience with Windy City was TERRIBLE! Do not book with them for your wedding. I booked a 39 passenger bus for my wedding on 09.16.22. I tried calling to speak with the wedding representative on multiple occasions and did not hear back. Here’s all the things that went wrong: -music on the bus didn’t work -driver called and texted me all day even though she had two contact numbers she was supposed to call -car was not properly checked for fluids, and ran out of coolant. Driver had to leave during my paid time to get coolant, and caused me to have to push back my entire ceremony/reception. I also had to pay extra money for my photographer and videographer due to this -I was charged for the full day even though we cut services off early, and she left for an hour to get coolant. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Caused so much stress during my wedding day and so much extra money had to be spent due to their terrible execution of my event.

We booked two 54-person busses from Windy City Limousine for guest transportation at our 8/13/22 wedding in downtown Chicago, and everything went very smoothly! It was easy to communicate with them about timing and any adjustments that came up approaching the wedding day, and all of our guests made it to our ceremony and reception on time. Shuttles not showing up/being late was one of my biggest fears for the wedding day, but we were in great hands with Windy City!

We used Windy City Limo for our wedding transportation in June of 2022. We booked two 14 passenger vans for five hours. Both our drivers arrived early to the first destination and communicated with us and our wedding coordinator very well. The drivers were very nice and the vehicles were kept in great condition. One of the drivers helped our wedding party with unloading and moving around items with was much appreciated! Unfortunately, our experience with the front office was much different. Windy City Limo does not provide contracts, so we were never sure if our services were confirmed and if the information was correct. The paperwork they provided in advance had incorrect information and we requested updates numerous times, but each “correction” was still wrong. Due to this, we were incorrectly billed fr the services. Additionally, we were charged the incorrect hourly minimum for services. Our representative did not tell us the hourly minimum had been updated since our initial negotiation. The billing department was quick to correct these issues, but we were frustrated with this error after several requests. In short, the drivers and vehicles were fantastic, but the front office service was less than ideal.

My husband and I rented a large shuttle for our entire wedding party to take to the ceremony and photos. Our wedding day ended up being an 85-90 degree day (early august) and to our surprise.. our shuttle had ZERO air conditioning. It wasn’t until the bus got to 90 degrees and my husband asked for a new bus that they sent another but by then… it was too late. We had 9 men in tuxedos, 8 women in satin dresses and myself in a very large wedding dress and by the time we got to the ceremony, we looked horrible and felt miserable. Our hair was falling, our makeup was smearing, the girls dresses had sweat stains for the ceremony, our flowers were wilted. If you’re getting married in the summer and want to rent a bus during photos to use as a place to cool everyone off, don’t or go somewhere else. These buses are old and dated.

Both reservations showed up on time and were very professional. We didn't have to worry about the drivers. The dispatch was super helpful in planning a shuttle schedule for the wedding day and guest travel.

EDIT 8/18: You'll see the below response from Windy City indicating that it "has been handled with a credit card." This is highly misleading - we were offered a 30% discount after escalating our complaint to the president of the company. We were not satisfied with the "final offer." We were also told more or less that it was our fault that we scheduled photos outside on a hot day by 1 individual over the phone, and that the oversight of the water bottles, incorrect itinerary, and malfunctioning AC were the fault of the driver and Windy City wasn't liable. The feedback below from the vendor should only solidify why you shouldn't work with this company. Whatever you do, do not book Windy City Limo. My wedding was on 8/6/2022, on one of the hottest days of the year in Chicago. My MIL had primarily worked with Linci to coordinate two buses - a 23 passenger bus for the wedding party and a 56 passenger bus for guests. Initially, communication was very good and our buses were on time. To summarize, we were promised the following by Linci: 1. An air conditioned bus 2. Water - we actually didn't ask for this, but it was offered to us 3. Correct navigation based on the itinerary we discussed Unfortunately, as we embarked on our bus to take photos with the wedding party, the following occurred: 1. Our best man needed to sit in the front of the bus with the driver to "troubleshoot" the AC. At one point, it was 85+ degrees on the bus. 2. No water bottles. Because this was promised to us in our contract, I told the wedding party to not bring water with them. Why offer this to us if you had no intention of actually providing waters? 3. The driver went to the incorrect location. I had to shout off directions as the bride to our driver, Julie. This situation was unsafe given the heat and this company was dishonest across all aspects of what we were promised. The thousands we spent on hair and makeup didn't matter because we sweated it all off on the bus. I actually cried before the ceremony because how much stress this put on me and the day. It pains me to read the positive reviews from other brides and groups. Because of Windy City Limo, one of my bridesmaids almost passed out, our hair was ruined in photos, and we ran behind behind schedule. To make matters worse, this company doesn't seem to care and my Mother in Law has had to follow up several times. Brides - please, please, PLEASE stay away from this company.

We originally were not planning on needing same-day wedding transport, so only reached out to various vendors for quotes about 60 days before the wedding. Our options were limited, but Windy City Limousine had the lowest quote for the size of bus that we needed. We were a little disappointed that they required a 6-hour minimum charge, since we only needed service for about 3.5 hours. But it was nice that it was all-inclusive, including tip, and it was still less than the quote for similar size buses for 4 hours, so it was good value. They were easy to work with and ultimately did a great job day of. The driver arrived well in advance of the start time, and was fine to wait for us to be ready since we were still taking pictures. She took us around to multiple stops around the Loop, doing a great job navigating traffic and finding places to drop us off for pictures. The bus was also clean and perfectly air conditioned and comfy, and well-stocked with water. Also had bluetooth so we could play music. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lot of moving parts during our wedding weekend and Windy City helped everything run smoothly to transport guests and the bridal party throughout the day. It was also Lollapalooza weekend, so it was a huge relief to out of town guests to be able to rely on transportation being on time and available. I would definitely recommend booking for your event!

We booked two buses for our wedding. They were all on time through out the entire day and into the night, and all of our guests were happy!

I hired Windy City for my wedding. I booked a 23 passenger bus to help transport patients to and from the venue and hotel. The bus was on time, the driver was very friendly, and the bus was very clean. I was grateful that they made my wedding day stress free!

Great pricing and easy company to work with. All emails and phone calls were answered promptly and everyone I spoke with was kind and knowledgeable. We changed which bus we wanted halfway through wedding planning, and it was a very easy adjustment. It was nice having everything included in the price- taxes, gas, tip, etc. The driver was prompt and the bus was super clean and very nice quality. Would recommend!

Driver was prompt; the 14-passenger lux minibus we had was very nice and comfortable. Our driver did a great job shuttling us to our ceremony, driving us to our picture spot, and driving us to our reception.

With changing ideas of what would be possible in a late COVID wedding, we adjusted our transit plan with Windy City Limo several times, and they were wonderful about it each time. They sent us new estimates promptly, and communicated consistently about what to expect on the day of. For our wedding, the shuttles we used worked perfectly, and the limo we ordered to take us back to the hotel was prompt and lovely. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to you!

Windy City Limo was the best for getting our wedding party all around Chicago for pictures! We needed to be picked up at the hotel, dropped off in two different locations, and then taken to the venue. We hired the 23 person party bus and the seats were spacious and comfortable. Our driver, Montia was AMAZING! She was on time, super friendly, a terrific driver, and was able to pick us up in really convenient locations without us having to walk all over to get to her. Getting the bus scheduled was also super easy and stress free! I worked with Bailey to get a quote and get all the details nailed down and she was prompt and very helpful. I would definitely recommend WCL for getting your wedding party to your photo locations!

Maribel was awesome! I did extensive research before booking for our city photos and the factors that sold me were the working air conditioner and the company's performance on punctuality. You'd be amazed how many poor reviews are out there for other companies due to those types of situations. If you're looking for a company with credibility and to help make your busy day to run smoother, go with windy city :)

Compared to a lot of weddings I'm sure we were pretty low-key (we only needed one sprinter van and it only had to make a few stops) but Windy City was so professional and made us so much less stressed about getting around for photos! The driver was so nice, he showed up early, and he worked with the photographer when we had a last-minute location change for photos due to a street fair. They were reasonably priced and had great service.

Windy City Limo provided one way transfers for our wedding this past weekend. The drivers were on time and very friendly. The vehicles were comfortable. I found some of the email communication confusing at times, but other than that they got the job done at a very fair price.

We used Windy City to organize shuttles for our guests to get to our venue and it was a great experience. Windy City was so flexible and accommodating especially given how Covid impacted our wedding guest count. They were prompt and on time with the transport throughout the evening which gave us peace of mind that our guests would be able to enjoy themselves.

Our driver was excellent and super helpful—he even gave us ideas for impromptu places to stop for more photos! The office team quickly handled any administrative issues that came up (there was a miscommunication about the timing and billing but it was easily patched up).

We booked a party bus for our bridal/groom party. Windy City called us the night before the wedding saying that the bus had a technical malfunction that was not going to be able to be fixed in time for the wedding. I understand that it is a busy wedding year, but there was no back up party bus or offer to find another party bus for us to use. However, they offered to switch to a regular shuttle. We decided to decline the shuttle, and fortunately our wedding coordinator was able to find an available party bus from another company for a much cheaper price. We also booked a sedan via Windy City and had no issues there. Our driver arrived on time and promptly took us to our destination.

These guys were amazing and kept us right on track during traveling around the city for our wedding photos! Great prices and great customer service!!!

Could not have been an easier and more accurate process. Very easy to book/update and get honest affordable rates. They worked closely with our planner and it was very easy to reschedule when COVID hit. All fees were included and great updates on the day of the wedding to make sure everything went according to plan. You don’t get charged anything until your close to the date. Book them right away for your event!

After my sister got married in June and used Windy City Limo my wife and I knew we had to use them for our wedding as well. I called and the process to book was exceptionally easy and the cost was great! We had Tony as our driver the day of and he was amazing. Helpful with loading stuff on and off the bus and was even willing to make some last minute additional runs to take some guests back to the hotel after the ceremony. He was super kind and was a great driver. We are very happy that we went with Windy City Limo. They put our minds at ease and made sure we had a great time.

I used Windy City Limousine for both my bachelorette party and wedding in Chicago. Everything went smoothly for both - the company staff was really responsive to my questions leading up to the events. I changed the bus size numerous times as the group size changed and they would update the contract within a few minutes. The only downside was when I updated from a 12 person bus to a 21 person bus - they made me get a security guard, which cost an additional $200, so the cost went up a lot. I also tried to reserve the bus for an hour later at night to drive guests from the reception to the after party - but they were unwilling to rent for less than 3 hours. Overall, they made everything really simple and anxiety free - I definitely recommend.

Really recommend this vendor. They were easy to book, deal with; punctual and professional on day of event. Limo and busses looked great, and very comfortable. Really helpful staff for my husband in wheelchair. Would book them again!

Working with Windy City was great! They were easy to get in contact with, reliable, and affordable. I worked with the wedding team, and they did an outstanding job. The bus we had was the perfect size, and it was clean, and got everyone to the wedding on time. My only issue was at the end of the night I wanted the driver to take a group and come back for the rest of us, but instead he stayed outside for 30+ minutes waiting for people. So some people (the older crowd) were stuck on the shuttle for 30 minutes waiting for the rest of us to leave the wedding and get on. I don't think it was the drivers fault, but I wish he had taken the first wave, and then come back for us. When you plan your transportation, make sure to make that clear! Thank you, Windy City! I will use you again for sure!

Our driver, Tim, was awesome, kind and knew exactly where to stop for photos. Thankful for one less thing to have to stress about during the big day!!

I was recently married on 10/19/19 and used Windy City to take our bridal party to and from the Oak Park Library for wedding photos. I looked through dozens of vendor options and so many were $1000+ for just a few hours of service, so I was happy to find that Windy City was much more reasonably priced and had some great reviews. My only critique would be that there wasn't much communication the week of the wedding -- I had to reach out a few days ahead of time to double-check when the service cost would be due, but they were quick to respond when I did so. The driver was very nice and super cautious (but we still made it everywhere on time) and wasn't bothered by my somewhat rowdy group. I would definitely recommend Windy City to brides and grooms looking for reliable transportation on their big day.

We used Windy City Limo to transport our wedding party, as well as for our guests getting shuttled to & from the reception. From start to finish they were very communicative and accommodating. We had a few changes to our bridal party itinerary in the week leading up to the wedding and they had no problem making the changes. They sent us multiple confirmation emails throughout the process so I never had to worry. The drivers were all friendly, prompt and had no issues with directions or destinations. I also shopped around and they were definitely cheaper than competitors. We would absolutely recommend them for your wedding needs.

Windy City Limousine was perfect and helped make our big day easy. Honestly I had very little interaction with them, which was perfect as there were plenty of other things to worry about. I set up two reservations several months in advance for different sized vehicles, once I had a more solid head count I canceled the reservation we didn't need with no issues. About two weeks before our wedding they contacted me again to confirm all my details and make sure the times and locations were right, I also left the mothers of the bride and groom as points of contact day of. On the day of the wedding they never tried to contact me (knowing that I was obviously preoccupied) but instead contacted the mothers. From what I hear they arrived early, drove professionally, and got everyone to the next location in about the exact time they estimated. Overall great experience! I worked with Bailey and she made everything a breeze.
