Woodland Country Club of Carmel

From the very beginning we were impressed by Woodland. Their coordinator, Laura, was so helpful every step of the way. Their food was amazing & we received compliments all night. We also received compliments about how nice all of the staff was, which we very much agreed. The place was even prettier that night than I imagined it would be. If you are looking for a gorgeous place for your reception that doesn't charge near as much as other vendors, choose Woodland! I will be suggesting many people there for their next events!

I am so glad we made the decision to have our reception at Woodland. The event coordinator there was so helpful and very easy going; they made a stressful time ALOT less stressful. Also, they allowed us to make changes to the menu which I thought was wonderful. The only negative comment I can make is that we had one of our wedding cards stolen at the end of the night. We are not for sure on who stole it, but it is kind of uneasing to think that it could have been an employee. I would recommend WCC to anyone.

We loved having our wedding at Woodland Country Club. It was a perfect setting for our outside wedding on the golf course and inside reception. The event planner, Laura, was wonderful and incredibly helpful through all of our planning.

I don't think our wedding and reception would have gone nearly as well without the help of the staff at Woodland Country Club. Laura, the coordinator, helped us think through all the details, and she was there the day-of to make sure everything was set up perfectly and all of the vendors were there. Laura also went above and beyond her call, helping us during our rehearsal the day before. She also made sure all of our stuff was inside after the ceremony. The prices were reasonable compared to other venues we looked at, and the chef was able to customize a pretzel buffet for us. Everyone said they were very impressed with the food. Service staff was great the night of the wedding despite a looming power outage (a big storm rolled through right after the ceremony). If I ever have to plan another big event, I will definitely go back to Woodland Country Club.

We did not want the rehearsal dinner to overtake that which was planned for the wedding. So we kept it down to a five course meal. The food and service were great and everyone had a great evening and enjoyed the beauty of the facility.

This was truly a fairytale evening thanks to Woodland Country Club. Every time I asked about something the reply was, "It is your day, we can do whatever you want." I knew that attitude was out there, but for the price I could afford was even better. Everyone is still raving about the food and service. We had one extremely specific dietary need and they called us multiple times before the day to confirm her meal. They did all of that and prepared it at not extra cost!!!! You don't have to be a member to use the facility but they book FAST! You won't regret having it here! Enjoy your special day!
