YO Ranch Steakhouse

Our son and wonderful daughter-in-law were married in Dallas this past June. Being from out-of-town, we sought suggestions for a festive site for the rehearsal dinner from the bride’s parents. Their recommendation, hands-down, was YO Ranch Steakhouse, and what a perfect selection it was. We had a dinner for about 100 and the restaurant venue was perfect for a fun night with pure Texas cuisine and room setting. The event coordinator was extremely helpful in planning, the setup of the room was very well done, but most of all, the dinner was perfectly prepared and served seamlessly by a very professional wait staff that moved about the room taking drink orders, answering menu questions and quickly moving, almost invisibly, the dinners from the kitchen to the table. You could tell that they had great experience at this type event. I’ve seldom experienced this quality of service at any venue, be it for a table of four or for this large a sit-down dinner. The meals were perfectly prepared and enjoyed by all the guests, so much so that several of our friends visiting Dallas returned nights later on their own for another dining experience. That’s the ultimate compliment for a restaurant – returning customers immediately after attending a large event. We had five entrée selections from which to choose and, whether Sea Bass or filets and ribeyes raised on the YO Ranch, every meal was perfectly prepared. And, the appetizers and desserts are “to die-for”. Vegetarian and gluten-free diets are easily accommodated. The venue at YO is fun and festive and a perfect place to enjoy family and friends on the eve of a wedding. We highly recommend you call them and set up a tasting. The choices of menu are expansive and their event coordinator will help you make the right selections for your budget and the tastes of your guests.
