Charlene and her team love turning their clients’ dreams into memories. The company regularly helps couples who need full-service planning from immediately after the engagement up to the wedding day. However, those who only want to make sure things run smoothly on the big day can also avail of their services. Charlene adores playing a part in her clients’ stories, and being there for her couples on their big day is the most rewarding experience.
Your Day Your Way! offers four primary wedding packages. These include full and partial planning, as well as month-of and day-of coordination. Couples can also choose from their list of à la carte services or the Petite Marriage planning package for celebrations of up to 50 guests. Each package includes consultations in which couples can customize their package as needed. In addition to their wedding planning services, this company can provide officiating services, a photo booth, and decor rentals.

Charlene and Tia did a great job helping me prepare for the wedding. Charlene put together the day of timeline and made adjustments based on what we wanted for our wedding. Tia was onsite all day during the wedding and did a great job making sure everything ran smoothly. I reccomend hiring them early in the process and making a detailed plan for the day.
I worked with 3 different planners and everyone was so kind and willing g to help make my dream wedding come true! Everyone exceeded my expectations!
Charlene and her assistants ensured that our day went as planned, and she was helpful in the planning process to answer all of our questions. She played a crucial role in making sure our day was what we envisioned and kept a strict schedule. I am thankful she was there to support us on our big day.
Hiring Charlene was the best decision I made for my wedding. We hired her as a day of coordinator, and she went above and beyond. With each meeting she gave advice and ideas that really helped put everything together. She made sure that all my vendors were where they need to be and our timeline on schedule. She's super organized and makes sure that the event stays about you. By the end of the evening I didn't have to worry about anything because clean up and pack up was already underway and taken care of. If you're looking for someone experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and kind-hearted, Charlene is the choice for you.

I was in need of a Day-Of Coordinator and Charlene was recommended to me from another vendor. After my initial phone call with her I knew she would do an amazing job. Charlene was very easy to work with and met with me several times leading up to the wedding. She conducted our rehearsal the day before and on the wedding day her team did a phenomenal job setting up, executing the timeline, breaking down, etc. I give her extra credit for spending her evening the night before trying to figure out how to setup our chuppa since it came with a piece missing, and then working with the florist on the wedding day for over an hour to make it perfect. If you're looking for someone to run your wedding day, I highly recommend Charlene and her services!
Char and her team were incredible! As a detail-oriented analytical person, I had a difficult time deciding to use a day of coordinator. As the father of the bride, the decision ultimately made my day and allowed me to thoroughly relax and enjoy my daughter's big day. Char and her team went well above my expectations -- meeting with us several times. She helped identify vendors, ensured the vendors were on time and on track, coordinated an excellent timeline that went off went out a hitch, and set up the venue to perfection (and we had a lot of items for set-up). For my daughter, Char listened. It was "Her day, Her way." I highly recommend Char and her team.
If you don’t use a wedding planner, I’d highly recommend a day-of-coordinator—more specifically, Charlene, and her assistant Chuck. My husband and I knew we wanted to do the bulk of the planning, and thought we could make it to the finish line alone, but once we made it about 5 months out, the deadlines, to-do lists, etc. became way too much for us, and that’s when we found Charlene. I called Charlene when I found her on Wedding Wire, and even before I signed a contract, she was giving me suggestions about our timeline that I immediately implemented and was extremely glad that I did. Obviously, we signed, and that’s when our lives became so much happier and less stressful. Charlene and Chuck took so many burdens off our plates, including being the mediator among all of our vendors; providing us the line-up for the processional and recessional to use during our rehearsal; giving us tons of suggestions, like games we should incorporate during the reception; doing all of the set-up on the day of, and refusing to let us help at all; resolving any and all issues that arose during the day, including remedying an issue we had regarding being extremely short on tables/chairs, and flawlessly adjusting our timeline after we started the ceremony nearly an hour late; taking care to make sure all cards/gifts made it into our car before she left; getting us drinks and appetizers while our starving stomachs were busy with family photos; and so much more. One thing that we will always value is the surprises we found on my husband’s phone about 3 weeks after our wedding—Chuck cleverly decided to take ownership of his phone at the beginning of the day and secretly not only took pictures during our processional, but also recorded our vows. Charlene and Chuck were so friendly, accommodating, full of recommendations, great problem-solvers, and ultimately, one of the best decisions you could make about your special day. We’d recommend Charlene and Chuck without any reservations!

We decided to meet with Charlene from Your Day Your Way as our "day of" coordinator after reading several reviews and talking with several coordinators on the phone. As soon as we spoke to her on the phone felt that she was the right fit for us--and we were not disappointed! From the initial phone call to the end of the ceremony, she was professional, on top of everything, had thought through all the details, and made us feel comfortable. We had been stressing out over a lot of details but she never seemed to worry and took care of everything. We were planning a wedding in Baltimore (from New York) in a venue in which she had never worked, but she made it all seem easy. She is very detail-oriented and handled everything beautifully. We HIGHLY recommend her for not just day of coordination, but also for anything--she clearly knows what she is doing (and more importantly, she seems to enjoy what she does!) We should have hired her earlier to do more than just day of planning! Working with Charlene and her team was incredible and our wedding never would have happened without her! I can't say enough good things about Char and her superb wedding planning skills. She made our day so stress free and smooth, which I was really nervous about because everyone tells you how chaotic wedding day is. My favorite thing was our timeline that was down to the minute in detail and direction ! Our bridal party’s and family members knew exactly what to do and where to be from the minute we woke up to the minute our reception ended. I thought to myself at least 5 times on my wedding day "what would I have done without her ?!" She truly is amazing. Not to mention, my husband and I just had a blast with her ! We often recall how fun and efficient she was. As well as how our day wouldn't have went so smoothly if it wasn't for her ! Highly recommend her as a wedding planner.
We used Charlene for our destination wedding , we had a unique venue (a Renaissance Festival) but that didn't even phase her. She adapted to the unique requirements we had without missing a step.
She met with us over the phone and helped coordinate our unique wedding from a distance ; the different elements (including a joust and visit from the Queen) did not give her any issues. She was extremely professional and worked with the Festival/venue to make sure a schedule was set,followed, and allowed us to enjoy our day.
The Wedding/Reception went beautifully, and she helped us make sure we had all of the little details covered, and reminded us of things we would have forgotten. Our Wedding would not have been what is was if not for Charlene and her support staff.
