An Intimate Wedding at the Cheval Manor Ranch in Murfreesboro, Tennessee
Tiffany Adams (25, a quality assurance auditor) and Matthew Matulin (31, an information systems technician) met through mutual friends and quickly started seeing each other. Five years from their first date, Matthew proposed. The couple went on a weekend trip to the beach and stopped to watch a lightning storm from their balcony. “Right before the clouds broke and the rain started to fall, he got down on one knee and asked me to be his forever!” says Tiffany. Two years later, her and Matthew had an intimate wedding accented in blue and purple at the Cheal Manor Ranch in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Focusing on the venue’s natural landscape, they added simple touches of blue mason jars filled with lavender along the aisle, white folding chairs, string lighting and a simple wire arch. Tiffany carried a bouquet of blue, white and purple hydrangea down the aisle. The couple served lemonade and tea before the ceremony, as friends and family signed their painted tree guest book. Tiffany, Matthew and their guests then moved to a local Italian restaurant for their reception. “The reception was a lovely time to wind down from all the wedding photos and trying to get everything just right at the ceremony, and we were all just able to eat, drink, and be merry,” says Tiffany.
