Q + A

FLIGHT INFO

We recommend to fly into either Cancun International Airport or Tulum International Airport. Hotel Panamera is about an 1:45 minute car/bus ride from Cancun International Airport and 1:15 minute car/bus ride from Tulum International Airport.

Tulum has opened their new Airport - There are direct flights out of Houston and Dallas but I have not seen any out of Austin. However, I would watch for direct flights into Tulum airport in the coming months and compare costs from both airports.

transportation INFO

We are working with a great transportation service for all guests to make reservations for arrivals and departures. https://www.yourcancundmc.com/sloane-cam-bryant/Please use this link to book your transportation to and from the hotel.

Where To Stay

We would love all of our guests to join us at Hotel Panamera where wedding activities will take place. We have a room block for guests. You are more than welcome to come earlier than June 6th, or extend your stay after the wedding. If this is something you are interested in doing, please make these arrangements when emailing Hotel Panamera! To book your stay in our ROOM BLOCK, please follow these steps: 1. Each guest is responsible for their own reservation, they will send their reservation request to Panamera Reservation Department so they can confirm the available room categories and prices. Please say "Bryant Wedding Room Block" when emailing. 2. Hotel Panamera will collect the 50% deposit and send the room confirmation. Guests will fill out credit card authorization form that Hotel Panamera will provide via email. Reservations contact: information: reservations@distritopanamera.com // Whatsaap num +52 1 998 109 2540 Here is the pricing you should be quoted per night based on room type: PANAMERA I IS COMPLETELY BOOKED - PLEASE EMAIL HOTEL PANAMERA FOR UPDATED PRICING *There are 2 different sides to the hotel. Panamera II is now open for booking under our room block* This is a small, boutique hotel! All rooms are single King beds - just to keep in mind when booking if you have more than two in your party/family.

Hotel Info

This is a boutique hotel located on the Tulum Strip/Tulum Beach. This is not an all-inclusive hotel. Therefore, food and drinks throughout your stay are not included when you book your room. We are excited for you to experience our wedding weekend with us! The average cost for food and drink per day per guest would range anywhere from $50-100. This hotel sits right on the beach, and you are able to walk down the beach to other boutique hotels, beach clubs, restaurants, shops, bars, and more! Please keep in mind; this hotel is 18 and up in the pool areas.

Travel + Hotel Info

tulum info

Tulum is actually split up into 3 different areas, all commonly described as “Tulum”, which can make things a bit confusing for first time visitors. Tulum Town (aka Tulum Pueblo, or El Centro) is where locals in Tulum actually do business. Here you’ll find grocery stores, local restaurants, and other Mexican shops. Tulum Beach (aka Tulum Hotel Zone) is where all the beaches, resorts, and tourist shopping is. This is actually a 5-10 minute drive away from Tulum Town. Walking this distance would take about an hour (not recommended). A bike or taxi should be used instead. And finally there are the Tulum Ruins. Some important structures at the Tulum ruins are the Templo Dios del Viento or Temple of the God of the Wind, Pyramid El Castillo, Temple of the Descending God, and the Temple of the Frescoes. *You are able to stand in line and walk through the ruins or you can schedule a guided tour. I recommend scheduling a tour so you do not have to wait in long lines*

Beach Clubs

This is a laidback beach club a few miles down the Tulum Beach! We hung out here almost everyday and loved it. This place would be great if you are not interested in the "party" crowd. Please note that all "beach clubs" require a fee that goes towards your food and drinks while enjoying their beach access. These range from $35 to $50 per person, but will go towards whatever you purchase when at this location.

Ziggy's

This place is a PARTY! Mia has a DJ on the beach everyday that was a lot of fun! Please note that all "beach clubs" require a fee that goes towards your food and drinks while enjoying their beach access. These range from $35 to $50 per person, but will go towards whatever you purchase when at this location.

DINING EXPERIENCES

Very unique dining experience! This is on the pricer side but the food was great.

ARCA

AMAZING FOOD AND DRINKS! This is a Greek Restaurant that does a live show every night. Very entertaining!

Ilios | Greek restaurant in Tulum

Cute little pizza place further down the beach! I would suggest getting a bike or a taxi if you want to go to this place during the day! It would a further walk down the beach but is super fun to hang out and eat at this restaurant!

Posada Margherita

Other activities

This site provides several great options for day excursions around Tulum! You can book through this site or if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out and I will work with our wedding coordinators to help make any reservations for tours!

Tulum Tours

public beach: Playa Paraiso

This is a local hangout spot in Tulum! This beach is beautiful and you will be able to walk and shop at local shops! This is near the Tulum Ruins so would be a great spot after the tour! When we visited, you would need a taxi from Hotel Tulum to Playa Paraiso as it is a different beach than what Panamera is located on.
