Hey friends!! My name is Abbie Hartley:) I was born in Anderson Indiana, but grew up in Frankton, Indiana! By the time of the wedding, I will have graduated with a degree in Elementary Education, and plan on being a 3rd grade teacher! I also am very passionate about Children's ministry and am excited to get plugged into a local church whenever Caleb and I move to Texas. Aside from that, in my free time, I love to travel, visit coffee shops, play sports (basketball, running, tennis, pickleball), read, write, crochet, and would LOVE to pick up sewing and other artsy skills! I've also been getting into gaming a bit, but only when it's a.) with Caleb, and b.) we're playing Minecraft. As cliché as it sounds, a song that really describes my life is "Vienna" by Billy Joel. As my pastor puts it, many of us have a specific "song" our soul preaches. My "song" is to "be where your feet are." Matthew 6:34 says, "Therefore don't worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." I feel as if the song preaches this, because it’s all about being present and appreciating the little moments. In a world of busyness and anxiety, the one thing we can control is how we choose to be present. It’s a reminder to slow down, embrace every moment, and let go of the desire to rush.

Hey everyone! I'm Caleb. I was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota, but lived in Indiana while studying at Taylor University. I LOVE Jesus and making him known to others. I graduated last year with a degree in Christian Ministry and recently became a Missionary for Time to Revive! When I am not doing ministry, I love to play the guitar, watch movies, play Xbox with my buddies (and Abbie), and plan adventurous road trips. Any of these hobbies paired with Abbie doing one of her hobbies is probably my favorite pastime ever. Oh, I also love to make Abbie laugh. Ask her about her favorite Caleb joke; I promise she won't roll her eyes. Finally, a song that I may resonate with most is Old Church Basement by Maverick City. The lyrics are all about a man reminiscing on his life in high school when he used to worship with his buddies. These lyrics are incredibly meaningful to me. For the last 5 years, my friends and I have met in churches, classrooms, football stadiums, and by lakes to pursue God through worship and prayer. I will never outgrow the joy of worshipping God with friends any and everywhere.

Hey!! My name is Delaney Detling and I’m from Anderson, IN. I love thrifting especially with Abbie, trying new coffee shops, and hiking. I also love playing any kind of sport/working out. A song that describes my life is “keep me in the moment” by Jeremy Camp. I think this describes my life well. I try my best to just enjoy the little moments I am in and being present where my feet are and this song describes that super well! Abbie has been such an important person in my life since we become friends when we were about 4 or 5 years old. From going to our brothers sporting events, to playing sports together, or our random play dates where we would make YouTube videos!! We have had some of the best memories that I will always cherish!! She is one of the only people that I have truly done life with and been through the highs and lows with.

Hey guys! My name is Anna Landes, and I'm originally from Anderson, IN but moved to Frankton in 2020. I have always enjoyed singing and dancing (although I don't get to dance much anymore). I also enjoy painting, writing poetry, and occasionally joining Abbie for a crochet day. I'm always down for making new memories, so I'd say a song to describe my life would be "Remember This" by The Jonas Brothers. Abbie has been such a blessing in my life. We met at the gas station in Frankton (I was working) when I was at a really low point in my life. She invited me to church and we quickly became besties. Now, she's not just the girl I see every once in a while during my shifts, she's one of my closest friends.

My name is Heidi Gernand, and i’m from Daleville, IN! Some things I enjoy doing are, getting coffee with my friends, weekend road-trips to MI, working with kiddos, and journaling! I think a song that describes my life is “Celebrate The Lord” by UPPERROOM! I live desiring to seek the Lord more each and everyday and I just LOVE celebrating Him and all His glory! I met Abbie when she answered a facetime call on a mutual friend’s phone! After that we started hanging out almost everyday of our senior year of high school and ever since then, she has felt like a sister to me!

My name is Kate Sperry, and I’m from Frankton, Indiana. I spend my free time playing a LOT of ping pong. I also love reading a good book. If my life had a theme song, it would be “Bohemian Rhapsody” for reasons I probably can’t explain in under three minutes… or for that matter five minutes and 55 seconds. I became friends with Abbison(a nickname I coined) in high school, originating when we bonded over dog trauma that turned into a forever friendship ultimately because of the Lord. We could not see each other for a year and immediately pick up “right where we left off.” As cliche as that sounds— it’s true. I love Abbison with my whole heart and am so thankful to have witnessed all that the Lord has done in and through her life over these many years!

Hi everyone! My name is Jerrica Hensley. I was born in Anderson but pretty much raised in the Frankton community ever since. I love spending time with my friends any chance I get and putting on unintentional car concerts for them. I’ve also been getting into baking more recently! I feel like a song that describes my life would be Landslide by Fleetwood Mac. Growing up in a small town has its blessings and curses. Everybody truly does know everybody. I remember Abbie from as far back as my memory goes. From her making YouTube videos in elementary school to eventually making Tiktoks in middle and high school. Abbie had always been around but we didn’t talk very much until senior year and even more now that we’ve graduated. If you ask me my most prominent memory that I have of Abbie from school it would be towards the end of senior year. I had a busy life at the time and didn’t get my homework completed very often. I walked into Mr. Robinson’s room almost in tears because I hadn’t finished Mrs. Deckers English essay for next period. Abbie stepped in and typed the ENTIRE paper for me in 30 minutes and I went on to get an A. That’s just one of the stories of how awesome Abigail Jean is and I could tell you a thousand more. She’s now one of my best friends and one of the most amazing people I have had the pleasure of getting to know!

Hi peeps! My name is Alivia Fye, I was born in Peru, IN but lived in Alexandria, IN for most of my life besides 7 months in TX! In 2022 I moved to Fishers, IN and have lived there ever since! I love to go on walks, to the gym, and read! My aunt has re-sparked my love for running and we are running our second mini this year! I also enjoy painting, singing, cooking, baking, and a lot of other random things! If I had to choose a song to describe my life I would choose, “Something Beautiful” by NEEDTOBREATHE. Life is never easy, but we have a gracious God that loves and searches for us! This song reminds me that even in the midst of trails, He makes it beautiful and is glorified! Meeting Abbie was definitely a God sent! I met her in the middle of the night at my house in 2020! My brother was dating one of her friends at the time and she came over with her. I walked into the room, saw her, we at popcorn, played Minecraft and have been friends ever since. It’s hard to not be friends with her once you meet her!

I first met Abbie when I started my first public school, back in 5th grade. She welcomed me and made me comfortable and we have been friends ever since. Hi guys, my name is Addie Heath. I was born on St Patrick’s Day in 2013. I’m from small town Frankton where you know everyone. In my free time I enjoy singing, running, crocheting, gardening, crafting and just learned from Abbie how to Knit! My favorite subject in school is reading and I love my school! I’ve known Abbie for almost 5 years and she’s one of my best friends. I’m 12 now but Abbie doesn’t make me feel 12. She calls me her soul sister. Hey hey! I’m Ben, Caleb/Bob’s brother. I grew up in Rochester, MN, but now live in Minneapolis. I studied film at Taylor University and am working as a freelance filmmaker. Last year, I made my first feature-length film titled Testament (Заповіт) in Ukraine. I love reading long fictional books that require many YouTube breakdowns to understand, pretending to be a wizard with friends, watching old movies that require subtitles, and making people smile. Yoooooo wazzzuuuupppppp!!!!! My name is Bennett Hill or Benny Hill. I was born and raised in Fayetteville, Georgia, and have lived in Upland, Indiana, for the past 4 years while attending Taylor University. I’ll be graduating this Spring with a double major in Business Management and LOVING Jesus! Some of my favorite hobbies include the following: playing the acoustic guitar for worship and for leisure, watching the Bachelor, snowboarding, spending quality time with friends and family, playing all kinds of games but specifically Catan and Dutch Blitz, running, baking, griddying, and learning more about that MAN named Jesus! There’s 2 songs that I would say describe my life and the first one is “The Lord will Provide” by passion because it truly reflects my journey with the Lord when it says to “seek first the kingdom and its treasures and everything else will be added and I know the Lord will provide”. I had the opportunity to not only live in the same residence hall as Bob for 3 years, but I also had the privilege of doing ministry with this guy for all 3 of those years, and I’m truly thankful!

Hi everyone! My name is Andrew Hartley, and I’m Abbie’s handsome older brother. I’m originally from Frankton, IN were I spent the first 18 years of my life, until I moved to Muncie, IN to get my degree in public health from Ball State University. I am now living with one of my best friends in Fort Wayne, IN. Some of my favorite hobbies would be spending time with my friends, playing sports such as tennis and basketball, and playing video games with my roommate and friends back in my hometown. If I had to choose just one song that describes my life, I would say it is “In My Life” by The Beatles. Even though things are constantly changing, I like looking back to all of the great memories I’ve been able to make and just appreciate those times I had.

Hey! I’m Aaron Hartley, Abbie’s little brother. And, if you ask me, I’m definitely her favorite. :) I’m from Frankton, Indiana, where I’ve lived all 18 years of my life. I love listening to music, playing video games and sports, and LOVING God. I also actually really enjoy learning. Nerdy, I know! In my free time, you can usually find me in my room (I’m more of a stay-at-home type of person). I’m typically either watching something or reading/writing about my best Pal, Jesus (pronounced “hey-zeus”). If I had to choose one song to describe myself, I would choose “Don’t Worry, Be Happy” by Bobby McFerrin. It reminds me that, though “in every life we have some trouble,” worrying will not help. As Luke 12:25 says, “Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life?” Instead, I try to just trust in God’s great plan and “be happy.”

My life is always being changed by His presence, and I find myself rejoicing constantly because of being with Him! I was Caleb’s roommate in college, but I met him when he hosted me as I was visiting Taylor University. Since then, we have been able to do ministry, go on adventures, and experience life together. I am a big Fortnite player, and I love binge-watching shows, movies, and anything fun. I also love pickleball and volleyball. I have known Caleb since 2017, but we finally met in the summer of 2018 in the Dominican Republic. I am Blakely Mattingly. I was born in Muncie, Indiana. I enjoy gymnastics, dancing, roller skating, doing crafts, and being weird. I met Abbie on the first day of aftercare in second grade. It took me a few days to get to know her and then I thought, “I want her to be my babysitter.” I’m a big part of Abbie and Caleb’s story because I helped her talk to him and see if he was good with kids (by challenging him to a dance battle, that I did win by the way). My name is Dalloway and I am 4 years old! I live in Saint Paul, Minnesota. I love reading chapter books and especially love fairy tales like Little Red Riding Hood or Hansel & Gretel. I am a big storyteller and love writing my own poems! You can usually find me picking ground cherries in my garden with a chicken tucked under one arm or climbing trees with my neighborhood friends. I love being outside no matter the weather, looking up at the trees or playing with my two kittens, Caterpillar and Chimes. My name is Levi Hunter Overleese and I’ll be 7 in February! I’m from Frankton. I am Monster Jam obsessed so you can usually catch me playing with my giant monster truck collection!
