Shuttle 🚌
Shuttles to the wedding will depart from Hancock House and Villa Roma at 2:30PM on the day of the wedding.
Shuttles will be returning to both hotels. There will be one early shuttle departing the venue at 10PM and the last shuttle will load at 11:30PM and leave promptly at 11:45PM.
Villa Roma Resort
You can reserve by calling 1-800-727-8455 and select option 1 for reservations or reserve online through one of the two following ways:
1. Reserve a room by visiting www.villaroma.com and choosing the Book Now button. After this, click on the box that says “Add Code,” then “Discount Code” and select a “Group Attendee” code, and then enter in DASH. This will then direct you to choose our dates and reserve a room.

Hancock House Bar & Restaurant
The best way to book, is by calling directly! Our wedding shuttle will also pick-up and drop-off to this location.
* Guests may choose to stay one or two nights but there is no minimum. If something does happened that they cannot come, they can cancel outside of 48 hours of the arrival date with no penalty.
* The Hancock House has 32 rooms total-4 King Suites, 2 Queen Efficiency Suites, 2 Handicap King Rooms, 8 regular King Rooms and 16 Double Queen Rooms.
