We kindly ask that you respond no later than September 12th, so that we can provide an accurate count to our vendors.

We included RSVP cards in the invitations, if you prefer to mail your response, but we encourage you to RSVP here if it is more convenient!

Cocktail attire is encouraged.

The short answer: Yes! But... We do request that you "unplug" for the ceremony . If you take pictures during this time, please do so discreetly, so as not to interfere with the professional photographers. We want them to work their magic! We will gladly share any photos you are interested in after the big day. For the rest of the event, we have no restrictions. If you are on Instagram or Facebook, please tag us! We would suggest you arrive fifteen to twenty minutes early, in order to allow time for parking and walking to the location. It is easy to navigate, and there is parking located at both the ceremony and reception site, but we want to ensure our guests are comfortably situated at the time the ceremony begins. Please feel free to reach out regarding directions!

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Quail Creek Country Club - The ceremony will be on the lawn outside the Quail Creek Grill, while the reception will be held in the Crystal Ballroom of the Madera Clubhouse, across the street from The Grill. They are not located far from one another, and ample parking is available at both The Grill & Clubhouse.

The ceremony will take place outside, while the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

Arizona can be somewhat unpredictable in terms of temperatures, but usually the beginning of October is mild. This area averages in the mid 80s for the daytime, and low 60s in the evening.

We have reserved a block of rooms at Canoa Ranch Golf Resort, about 20 minutes away from Quail Creek. You can find all the information for booking a room with them on the Travel section of our page.

Yes! Kids are welcome, and are included in family invitations. But if you want a kid free night, we understand that as well.
