Anthony Gallegos and Isabella Allen both left their lives behind to seek out simple living in Yosemite National Park, where they would unknowingly embark on the most important adventure of their lives. Anthony walked into The Base Camp Eatery and saw Isabella for the first time on May 9th, 2023 and had to remind himself "Don't get too attached, you'll only be here for a summer." From that moment on, he did in fact get attached, and He spend every day with Isabella for the next year. They went on many adventures together exploring the Yosemite wilderness. Some of those adventures included the first "I love you"s, road trips, and the most amazing views on Earth and other adventures included frost bite, broken bones and backpacking trips that weren't fully thought through. Through everything, they only grew closer together and realized they shared a common dream; traveling the country! And in today's economy that gave them one option; living in a tiny home on wheels.

They decided in order to make that dream come true, they would move to Arkansas together and buy an old school bus to renovate into their perfect dream home. However this change came with many unforeseen challenges that made their dream seem impossible. They quickly realized this was not something that they could accomplish alone, and every open door that came their way led them to the love and grace of Jesus. They spent a year away from the bus to really work on the foundation of their lives and relationship with God before they went to work on the foundation of their home. They found a church they really loved and got connected to some amazing friends and mentors who have always been there to support them through the journey. During the waiting period there were so many things God showed them that confirmed their hope in renovating a bus. Once they were ready, they got straight to work on their home. Every step of the way was the hardest thing they had ever had to do in their lives, they had no idea how to do anything which led to learning from lots of mistakes and long hours of hard labor. It was so easy for them to get discouraged, but every time they hit a wall God was so quick to reassure them and give them a bit of hope. This process will have been one of the most challenging, grueling, and time consuming project either of them had ever attempted. But Anthony and Isabella have full faith that if it is within God's will for them, he will give them the strength and perseverance needed to get through this together. They are so excited for how it will turn out and what married life in a short school bus will look like on the road. They are confident that God has a plan for them working on His ministry from the road. Both of them are prepared to do whatever tasks, jobs, trials, God throws their way, they just hope they can do it all while showing others the same grace and truth that Jesus has shown them. While they are fully aware they have to trust god's timing, they are also praying that God's timeline for them to finish the bus lines up with the date of the wedding.
