Join Chris & Doyle on an adventure into the history of the Texas Hill Country German immigrant community which was President LBJ’s childhood playground. Please check in at the Visitor Center at LBJ State Park then meander to the front of the Sauer-Beckmann Farm Front Entrance Gate where we will meet you will a big ole Texas welcome. Basic Farm Rules: 1. Be Happy! 2. Stay Hydrated! Bring water! 3. Do not pet the farm animals; all farm animals have jobs and petting them could hurt their performance reviews. 4. Be curious. 5. Ask questions! 6. Remember Buffalo are from Africa but Bison are Native American. 6. Have fun! 7. Cheer at the end if Chris does a swell job! 8. Know we are beyond grateful that you are here. 9. Any and all donations to the park are welcome but not required. 10. Laugh and Love!
