There are probably an infinite amount of wonderful things I can say about Jen, and they simply wouldn't do enough justice to describe what she means to me. I met Jen while attending college at the University of Louisiana and it's easy to say that Jen is someone I have always been able to go to for anything, and her friendship is one of the best blessings in my life. We've traveled the world together, taking photos exploring cities, and hyping each other up throughout our adventures. Whether its sharing my successes or my failures, Jen has been in my corner cheering me on every step of the way. She is one of the most selfless people I have ever met and she consistently conquers every single challenge that comes her way. Through every laugh, cry, spotify sing session, study date, or scary movie, my memories are all made better just by her presence. One day I hope to be half of the incredibly kind, genuine, and beautiful person she is; for now I'm honored to call her my best friend & Maid of Honor.

How blessed can you be to have a built in best friend? I was lucky enough to have Julia by my side throughout my entire life. From playing game-cube late at night to making our moms sit through some horrid "fashion" shows we would put on by finding things in our closets, there's no one else I would love to laugh and cringe at all these memories with. While she is my cousin, I could easily call her my sister. Julia is one of the most dedicated, hilarious, beautiful, and selfless people I know. She has been a caregiver to people and animals alike, and I know she has impacted so many people just by the kindness she spreads around her. She is the first person to protect her friends or her family, and I am just so proud of her every day. The way she dedicates herself to progressing in her professional career is so inspiring and through all her hard work she will absolutely make time for everyone around her. She will make you laugh the first time you meet her, and her smile is infectious. I am so grateful to not only know her but to have grown up with her by my side every step of the way.

Gabbie was the first person I met on orientation day at college, and from that point I knew that I loved being around her. Her laugh, her spirit, her love, and her warmth are some of the many factors that make Gabbie who she is. We grew so much closer upon the end of our college careers and becoming teachers together. We support one another, cry together, laugh together, and I couldn't call myself luckier to have an incredible friend like her. She has overcome some of the toughest obstacles in her teaching career and has come out glowing each time and inspires me to do my best every day. I’m so proud of her always. I truly am thankful for the experiences we have had, and all the memories yet to come!

Emma is one of the most special friends I have, in that everytime we catch up it's like we've never left each other. I met Emma in college at University of Louisiana and from the moment I met her she had me laughing and sporting the biggest smile. To be around Emma is to feel her love, warmth, laughter, and genuine kindness. Emma is one of my closest friends who is always down to cry over art school, vent about anything under the sun, or watch Barbie throwback movies together singing all the way through. She is also incredibly humble, but I love to brag about her and how far she has come in her professional life. (She is literally the coolest person ever!) I'm so blessed to have met someone so incredible and have them stand beside me on my wedding day.

Meeting Sophia in college was hands down one of the best things to ever happen to me. Sophia is an absolute powerhouse of a person who always puts her friends before herself and is one of the most selfless people that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She is always ready to make spontaneous adventures from any situation. Since I've known Sophia, she has been busting through some of the hardest classes in college and still having the optimism to hype her friends up through their struggles. She is now about to graduate law school and while I can't even imagine how hard that journey is, she makes it look truly effortless (also one day she's taking me on vacation with her massive lawyer money bc she promised back in 2016 and I refuse to ever let it go.) In all seriousness Sophia is so humble, encouraging, and so so inspiring that I just find myself feeling like an entirely better person after a 10 minute phone call with her. She is nothing short of incredible and I'm so excited to call her my bridesmaid.

Not only is Andjela one of my best friends, she is one of my middle school best friends. Now that's saying something because I was ROUGH in middle school and Andjela saw right through that and became someone I couldn't ever live without. Andjela and I met through middle school volleyball and I knew she was going to be one of my best friends for the rest of my life. She is an absolute firework of a person who lights up every room she enters. She is intelligent, caring, kind, and always there whenever you need her. She is one of the most hard-working individuals and I can't express how proud I've been of her since day one. She is such a strong woman and through each hurdle life has thrown her way she always puts her family first and is so determined to be the best version of herself everyday. I'm so grateful to have her as my bridesmaid and I know we have so many adventures waiting for us!

Abby and I first met in 8th grade choir where I thought she tried too hard and she thought I didn't try at all. (Which we were both right.) Today, I am so happy to say that Abby is one of my best friends and someone I truly have so many fond memories with. Whether it's spending saturday nights at the Bruder house with wine and games, or laughing about our many experiences with teacher trauma, Abby is someone who is fiercely loyal and loving. She loves with her whole heart and I absolutely believe that this is a quality that those around her find so magnetic. It's also no secret that she is one of the prettiest people with the brightest smile, and that she will always go above and beyond in everything she does. Abby will always go out of her way to make those around her feel comfortable and welcome, and I am so happy to have a friend and bridesmaid like her.

I've known Bri since I was an ugly sixth grader from Texas moving into Ohio for the first time. Bri was one of the first people to come up to me as the new kid on the first day of school. In the first ten minutes she told me her full name and asked if I wanted to be best friends. 15 years later I think you know what my answer was. I'm happy to say that over the past 15 years her personality has not changed a bit. She is the same wonderful, welcoming, beautiful person that I met years ago and has only blossomed from there. I am so grateful to have Bri in my life always making me smile on my most difficult days, and taking walks with me when we just need to vent out our stresses. I can't wait to have her in my wedding, and as my friend for the rest of my life.

Logan was also one of my first friends from the 6th grade and went on to be my Homecoming date, my Prom date, and one of the best friends I've ever had. I had a tough time in my first year of teaching and Logan was someone who called me and talked me through one of my really bad days. I'll never forget the compassion, empathy, and care he showed for me; not just then, but throughout my life. He has always been someone who roots for my successes and helps me to want the best for myself. Whether it's hours of Stardew Valley board games with Alex, or helping me drive 16 hours when Bri falls asleep in the back of the car, Logan will always make me smile, laugh, and appreciate how lucky I am to have found someone so special to me.

When I first started dating Corey I knew that Jessie was one of his best friends, but I didn't know how special their friendship was until I got to see them interact over the past few years. Every phone call, every game session, and every laugh, Corey is always beaming after even the smallest interaction with his best friend. Jessie, his wife Amanda, and their three kids are an absolute blessing in our lives, and I'm so happy that Corey has such an incredible best friend. I know that Jessie's love, dedication, and support are what makes him the obvious choice as Corey's Best Man.

Taylor and Corey met in college in Lafayette and I got to see them grow as friends very quickly. To know someone like Taylor is one of the best things to ever come from attending ULL, and I don't say that lightly. Taylor is one of the most kind, talented, and thoughtful people you could ever have the pleasure of knowing. While he is very humble, I know that Corey and I could brag about him all day long. Just going to the print conference in Kent, Ohio, my heart swelled with pride watching Taylor network with other artists and talk about his work. We are so lucky to have him in our lives and in our wedding and we are so so proud of him.

Zoë is the kind of girl that people write about in books, and when I say that it is of the highest compliments. To know Zoë is to know love, and she absolutely puts her whole heart into everything she does. She is hilarious, empathetic, kind-hearted, and so talented it's insane. Corey and I are so happy to have her as one of our closest friends and she means the absolute world to us in every way. I know that she is a person who shines so bright and can light up a whole town with her positive energy. Her smile is infectious and she will have you feeling so welcomed from the first 10 minutes you spend with her. We are filled with gratitude that she is by our side on our wedding day.

To say Cole and Corey were fast friends was an understatement. The two of them were immediately close after one hour of being in the same room and have been able to to talk and laugh about anything ever since. Cole is adventurous, kind, witty, and a very caring person when it comes to his friends and family. I know that Corey and I are so lucky to know Cole and to have him in our wedding.

Cody is Corey's younger brother and I know Corey is so grateful to have such a great person to call his sibling. While they have grown up together, I know the two of them will always be in one another's corner cheering the other on through all their many successes to come. Corey is so thrilled to not only have Cody as his friend and brother, but to have him as his Groomsman too.

Jake is Shannon's younger brother, Jen's best friend, and now gets to become Corey's brother too. Jake is such a wonderful person and one of the most brilliant, kind, and strong-willed individuals we have ever known. From his talent in athletics, to his humor, to his magnificent screen writing skills, there's nobody quite like Jacob. We love him very much and we are so excited to have him as a groomsman.

Joseph and Corey met just a few years ago and became friends over their love of games and outdoors. They have so much fun over the smallest of interactions and I know Corey is so grateful to have found a friend like him. We are so thrilled that we get to have Joseph in both our lives and in our wedding!

Jacob is easily one of the kindest and funniest people you'll ever get to meet. Whether it's his humor, his warmth, or his genuine personality, he makes you feel like you've known him forever. Not only have we found a lifelong friendship with Jake, we have found someone we consider family and we are so happy he is a groomsman!
