Laila Boo! I started this journey with you as "aunt Crystal" because me and your mom were very close friends. You have your own style, your own flare and most of all your own amazing gifts and talents, and yes I am so proud that you take after me with your love of writing, creating and "artsy-fartsy-ness"! (Yup that's a word, I made it up!" Like I have told you, you can't be ordinary when you were meant to be extraordinary so never apologize for loving to sew, playing instruments or embracing the stage! Who else write plays in elementary school, and has rehearsals at recess? Who else sat unbothered in lunch detention because (in your own words) "I don't mind eating alone, I like myself!" That's who you are and we love you, and everything about you, my beautiful girl! We live for your big smile and the "Hey Grandma!" and "Hey Uncle Rich"...So of course I couldn't start this chapter without you!

I remember the day when you were born...you and my granddaughter Lexi are twins, born the same day, in the same place, just with different parents lol. When you were little, we used to always be on edge because you were our comedian and we "never knew what you might say". Now that you have grown up, you are quiet, but still hilarious! You may be happiest in the background, but when you stand out you are a show stopper! Over the years you and I have built a special bond, and I truly appreciate that no matter what I ask of you, whether it is to be "Tito Jackson" in a show, play the drums, or being a grooomsman...you always come through for us and we love you nephew! Not sure if you are actually going to "do" this whole wedding thing, (laughing out loud) last time I asked you, you told me "I'm thinking about it, right now I'm kinda thinking no!" But just in case, I'm leaving you listed and taking this opportunity to say how much I love you, and stand amazed at some of the things you say! We had a few moments where you and I had to have a meeting of the minds over a switchin' but when I say "I love you" I know you believe me, and I believe you when you respond with your "Love you too!" I love you Kolten, and although you and Keigan are very different my love for you both can't be measured!

Hey Maw Maw! I Diiiiiddd! That's how most of our conversations start, but they always end with "love you Maw Maw" and that just makes my heart soar! You don't like crowds of lots of people and you certainly don't like a lot of fuss or being confined to one space, but the way you sing out loud, laugh hysterically, run to cuddle when you see something scary, and will pick facetime us 7 times in a row let's us know that you have your own way of being you! “Having you as my niece is like having front row seats and a backstage pass to the coolest concert ever. Did somebody say Silk Sonic?" You are an amazing person, inside and out! Whether you are singing, dancing, decorating or creating something amazing, you have a gift that shines so bright! I am so grateful that you have been so committed to helping me get hitched, without a glitch and although you have so many things of your own to do, you locked me in on your to do list! Love ya bunches and bunches, Nia and you rock!!! And someday when I'm cutting up in the nursing home, you might get a call since you are the only one who has my location in your phone. But please, take your time, no rush, I probably just got bored!

"If you have a few friends in life, you are blessed. If one of those friends has a son who marries your daughter, you got it made!" Rhonda, we joke often about how we arranged their marriage, but I'm so happy and overjoyed that God connected the dots and allowed us to be in-loves. That's right, because in-laws can become out-laws, but our bond is deeper than that, and will never be severed. That is why we are so honored to have you as one of our Bridezilla Killaz and to stand in the gap as you always do, and grab the duct tape, super glue, staple gun or the Scotch tape and pull this thing off! May you have all the happiness your heart desires, you deserve it!

My Bonus Sister! The brains, the beauty, and the brawn (cuz uh she one tough cookie yall) yup that's her, please welcome my girl, Dawn! Whether you know it or not, I love your vibe and I don't even mind that you think you can beat me in spades (you may have once but I'm not going to confirm that) or that IF you did win a game, you had to go "Stevie Wonder blind" to do it! You are a beautiful person, inside and out and I am so glad that in our adult years I got to add another sister to my bonus sisters and we all have a blast together! When you are executing a wedding you always need another pair of hands, another pair of eyes, and another person who has your back! Because you are so good at all of the above, I am so grateful to have you in the infamous group, the Bridezilla Killaz! Love you Sis!

Bella Tucci! She's sassy, she's bright! She's has her own style, her own opinions and she is not afraid to let them be known! You have a witty sense of humor, and one of your one liners like "Big Cheesy" has us all in stitches! So glad God saw fit to give you us to love, and we really, really do love you so! Can't wait to see what you add to the petal princess wardrobe to make it your own, and watch you give us all a beauty queen wave as you come strolling down at our wedding. "Sugar and spice and everything nice, that's what little girls are made of!" That's you "londy bug", the sweetest and kindest little girl on the planet. I love the way you love chocolate, give hugs when they are needed, and giggle deeply when someone makes you laugh! Most of all I love the way my backseat becomes a studio as you sing your favorite songs to the top of your lungs like you are performing them for the crowd! You are a reminder to us that miracles happen, dreams come true and prayers are answered because you were born with the odds stacked against you, and you my pretty little one conquered all! So glad to have you in our wedding, and as you say in your cheer "P-A-R-T-Y party party on the Hairston side!"

As Pastors and First Ladies go, you two are the best on the planet. You are a Godly example of how to live, love and do marriage! It is not wonder that we look to you for guidance, for spiritual leadership and most of all for an example of what marriage is. That is why on this day, we wanted to give you both an opportunity to share a word with us, to express the process we completed in marriage counseling and to also bless our union with the hope that we too will be able to celebrate 50+ years of marriage. Thank you for being a part of this wedding celebration and the marriage that is to follow! Superman and Wonder Woman, that's who you are and we love you with the love you have given to us!

My niece and my namesake, who in all honestly grew up more like a little sibling than a niece. Whewww you were spoiled, and when Mama made me and Cohila do chores, you got to sit in the chair and watch because you were "too little". I can still remember that sneaky little grin beaming as we washed dishes and you watched! It is so unfortunate that due to all of the legal issues you won't be able to perform a solo for the ceremony. But you know when you are signed to a label and have so many working pieces, you just can't do public performances. So, I will just have to settle for you pitching in with the Killaz to make sure I don't have the stress that brings out Bridezilla! You don't know how much it meant to me for you to let me know that you would come early and help the week of...and even though it isn't a solo, I'll take it! I love you always....and yeah I'm still Big Crystal!

We were in the hospital together; although I was in Texas somehow we managed to have Gregory and JaLeisa one day apart! If I press rewind, I can go back even further...Mt. Vernon Youth Choir, Heaven's Gospel Harmony, my sister Barbara's tupperware party...wowwww we been friends for a long, long time! And we ain't but 30!!! (lol) You meet people in life who you just know are supposed to be your family, and whether it becomes official or not, it is so. I love you Tammy, and who would have ever thought my daughter would be working under your wing and that we would both be the grandmas of twins! Thank you so much for agreeing to be a part of the Bridezilla Killaz, which is just a funny name for the people who are going to help us pull this off! With your help, and all of the other talented and wonderful women of the squad, I'm sure Bridezilla will stay away and all will be well! (But if you see her sticking her head from under that veil...kill hurrr!)

Miss Jessie, the daring, the bold the beautiful! Most of all, my friend! We share so many things, from scars to laughs and I am truly amazed at how awesome you are with kids and those of us who are still kids at heart! Thank you so much for agreeing to help make sure Bridezilla stays buried! And, Miss Sophia...you know you are a STAR! You may be the youngest of the BKillerz but I have no doubt you are going to jump right in and help make our wedding great! Love you both!
