First introduced in 2009, at Palmer College of Chiropractic, Erin had no idea that she would be taking the x-rays of the man she would marry one day. Joe claims, “it was the ultimate slow play!”


Flash forward to 2019, and thanks to a slightly random Facebook message from Joe to Erin, they begin talking again. On November 15, 2019, both Erin and Joe would go on their last first date throwing axes and playing shuffle board.

Enter 2020.....Joe and Erin took their first trip together to Phoenix, AZ in early March to enjoy lots of sunshine and Cactus League Spring Training. Little did they know life would look completely different going forward!

The week we returned from spring training, we entered a national state of emergency...COVID... thus, ending our “traditional dates.” Hence forth, our dates consisted of hikes, homemade dinners, Netflix and spending time at the lake house.

Time continues and the world slowly starts to re-open. Joe and Erin start venturing out of isolation enjoying waterparks, beaches, restaurants, zoos, and our first wedding together.

As time continues to pass, our love continues to grow. Erin, Joe, and Landon take their first trip as a family out of state in late October 2020. We enjoyed lots of beach/pool time, pontoon boating, Disney World, feeding alligators, and mini golf.

But wait, there’s more! On October 29, 2020, at sunset on Cocoa Beach after an amazing steak dinner date, Joe asked Erin to marry him. SHE SAID YES!
