met in high school when we both participated on a school leadership committee. We hung out with different friend groups until our paths crossed again in December of 2016. We went to look at Christmas lights while we were both back home in North Platte for break, and soon found ourselves driving back and forth from Kearney to Lincoln on the weekends. We bonded over our love for Husker football, Garth Brooks and spending time with our loved ones.

Drew proposed the day after we closed on our first home in Lincoln in April of 2021 in front of all of our family and friends. We are so excited to begin our lives as husband and wife and we cannot wait to celebrate with the ones we love most!
